Beautiful place to stay

We loved everything about this property! The views from the 20th floor were spectacular! Would definitely stay here again!! If I could give 1 little piece of feedback would be to get a new washer and dryer.

Relaxing!!! The property was exactly what I expected. The bed was comfortable, it was great for my back! The view was priceless. We loved every moment of our time spent here.

Condo is beautiful and well equipped

Everything was great! My only complaint is, the room was still being cleaned at 530 when check in was at 4. We waited an hour and a half outside the room with a cart full of stuff. Other than that the condo was amazing!

Beautiful View!

I was a little hesitant to stay on the 20th floor when booking, but it was a fantastic view! The check in process went smoothly. The Resort was very nice. Food at the Bar and Grill by pool was pricey but very good and convenient. FYI jump on the elevator when you can or you may have to wait awhile! The condo was nice, but a few suggestions would be to clean the throw rugs, make sure all kitchen utensils are there(Spatula). Provide a broom/dust pan and update the mattress or get a pillow topper.for the pull out couch! All and all, We would definitely stay again!

Nice and clean great location

The condo was very nice and the location was very accessible to everything in the Panama City Beach area. The staff at Majestic was really helpful and so friendly to us. Now, on the condo, there were some minor things that may need to be looked at. The toaster would only toast one side of the bread. The ceiling fan automatical would turn on by itself every once in a while. Other than that the place was really kept up nice. Would definitely rent again.

Nice unit, but no AC.

We have been staying at Majestic since 2019. At least 20 times in different units. So we have had many different experiences. First the Pros. The unit was nice and clean. That’s it. The Cons. The pantry was locked. How can a family stay for a week with no pantry. The food was stacked on the counters. Second. You can not bring all your kitchen needs with you and most u its are stocked well with the basics. This unit was barely stocked. Only a couple of eating utensils. One pot for cooking. Had to use a knife to open cans. Now the worst part. No air conditioning. Most units are controlled remotely by WIFI and this one was. It was limited to lowest temp of 70 degrees. It sat there the entire week but only ran a very few hours of the day. It was so hot and humid in the room. You could not sleep at night because it was hot and damp. Part of the air conditioning is to get rid of the humidity in the unit. Since it did not run very much the unit was always damp. We would try to hang bathing suits and towels to dry but they never would. It was just way too damp. Also, since is was so warm and damp, we lost a lot of our fruit and vegetables after three days to rot. We went to store on Saturday and by Wednesday all our avocados rotted and peppers and oranges we rotting. It was just too warm and humid. I messaged the host but nothing ever happened. I’m sorry but I would never stay in this unit again. It was miserable. Like I said, the unit was nice and clean but the environment bad.

We're genuinely sorry that the air conditioning caused discomfort during your visit. Once we received your report two days into the stay, we immediately created an urgent work order, and our vendor was able to resolve the issue that same day. As for the pantry, some owners choose to keep certain storage areas locked, but we understand how this can be inconvenient and will note the feedback for review. We also appreciate your comments on the kitchen inventory and will have our team reassess the stock of essentials. Parking & Checking Process Confusing- Lots of Walking Required

The Majestic is a beautiful property with awesome amenities. The only drawback was the check in process and the parking requirements were less than desirable. Upon check-in you need detailed instructions on how and where to proceed to get checked in. You have to explain your stay to the security guards at the parking garage entrance. They give you an 8 hour pass to get your official parking pass, and the required bracelets to wear during your stay while on the property. You have to park across the street in the parking deck which is 4 levels. You have to enter the building through the 3 floor parking deck. You can only park on the 1st & 2nd floors. Then walk to the parking deck elevators and go to the 3rd floor. Walk a ways to access the catwalk to get to either tower 1 or tower 2 elevators then a walk to your room. To get a luggage cart you have to give the guard your ID and have 30 minutes to use the carts and then return them. Elevator waits were excess of 15min at times. The security was obviously no problem so that’s a positive. It’s just a lot of walking and quite cumbersome of a process. Walking into that unprepared on the process was frustrating. That’s the reason I’m writing the review is to prepare anyone else that may be planning a stay. Otherwise the room was nice and the property was beautiful. The room AC unit was locked with a code and we were not given access to the thermostat for an entire day so the first day was really uncomfortable and highly frustrating.

Overall it wasn't too bad, the only thing was having to wait on the elevator every time and the pools and hot tubs being very crowded.

We will be back!

Everyone one site was super friendly & everything was very clean! Our condo was gorgeous with amazing views! Our only complaint was parking garage being across the street & the elevators glitching! Everything else was perfect! The kids loved the indoor heated pool & movie night by outside pools! We will definitely come back to visit!

Nice 2BR condo but wasn't clean

We had to guy buy a broom to sweep the floors when we arrived. None of the required parking passes or arm bands were left and took hours to get. We were missing linens that had to be brought to us. Kitchen and LR are nice. Bedrooms ok. Great view on the 20th floor. This is in Bld 1 and has problems with elevators most days. Lots of waiting for elevators. We really liked this rental dispite the issues.

Great condo!

This is a beautiful condo in a good location. Amble parking in the garage but a little confusion with where to park. There was staff at the entrance who were very helpful. The hospitality app they send to help with all the check-in/check-out and resort information is fantastic!! We’ve stayed in several places over the years but the first time using an app.

We had a great stay only comments: -There is black mold on the shower ceiling which was alarming. - My pillow bedroom pillow for sleeping was really stained underneath the pillow case I noticed kind of gross. -There was no sheets on hide a bed just a mattress cover.

Beautiful inside & out!

This condo was spotless and smelled fantastic (even the bedding!). We had everything we needed and the view was A. Ma. Zing! This was a last minute book due to Hurricane Sally damage at first location, but this EXCEEDED my expectations. The property management team was courteous, kind and easy to deal with. HIGHLY recommend!

Great stay

Everything was great only reason for 3 star on cleanliness was because if you walk around barefooted in the condo the bottom of your feet will turn black from how dirty the rugs/floor are. Besides that one issue everything else was awesome.

Condo smelled

Upon arrival we got to the condo 1hr early. They were very accommodating in changing the code to let us in. The whole condo smelled horrible we had to by air fresheners just to be able to stay. There was still sand on the floor from the previous guest. None of the TVs worked and I called maintenance Thursday for help. Before they could get there Saturday I was able to fix myself. The previous guest had unscrewed all cable boxes and left them. Another small nite is the coffee pot leaked all over the counter. So instead of having vacation I spent my time trying to refresh and maintain amenities. Will not rent unit again. Too many good ones out there.

Lovely condo!

We have a wonderful time. The place was clean, furniture nice, bedding and towels were nice. Details were beautiful. Hair dryer was so convenient (not all units have provided this), extra tissue, laundry soap, super thoughtful details I just loved!
