Awesome stay at PCB Majestic Towers

We had a wonderful family vacation at Majestic Towers in PCB. The condo was in a great location and has multiple indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and poolside H2O grill with really good food. Located on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Our condo had 2 beach chairs/umbrella included. Reserved parking space included in parking garage. Ages of kids ranged from 7 to 15. Condo had Starbucks, a market, a movie theater and game room. Had everything we could possibly need. Shops and restaurants were also available within walking distance. Host was very responsive. This is second time we’ve stayed at Majestic Towers. We will be back and highly recommend it. Jet ski rides and banana boat rides were also available at the beach .

Enjoyable stay

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. We had problems trying to get registered at the parking garage and the attendant was pretty rude and not helpful, but the property manager was quick to help get that situated. Also had a maintenance issue basically as soon as we got in the unit, but that was handled in a decent time. The unit is almost at the end of the hallway which is nice. Elevators were pretty quick. We would consider staying here again.

Condo switch

We had to switch condos last minute due to a plumbing issue in the original unit we were going to stay in. Panhandle properties reached out ahead of time and sent us a replacement unit that was 3 bedroom instead of 2. The top floor unit had a great view but was not as upgraded as the unit we originally booked. They did give us a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience. Overall the replacement unit was adequate but could use a refresh.

Perfect

I was worried taking my family, ages 17-10months, to PCB on spring break. Then we got to this place, and I was great. It’s far enough down from the crazy and much more friendly. The condo is decorated super cute. The ice maker was broken but we were given ice bags for the inconvenience. It worked better for our cooler anyway. The kids loved the pools and easy access to the beach. We had one night of rainy weather and went to the movie theater located in the building which was awesome. The parking was easy, and with this unit, the parking spot was super easy! We would happily stay here and I’m picky. Choose this place, you’ll be happy.

Beautiful condo but broken appliances

The condo was beautiful; however, we had a broken ice machine and a broken ice dispenser. We reported both of them to property management as well as maintenance on the day of our arrival. Two days after we reported it maintenance came to check it and determine a motor was missing from the fridge ice dispenser. He informed us someone would be there the following day to repair it. He also told us that when they came to repair it they would address the stand alone ice maker as well. The next day, no show. I did however get a text saying our issue had been fixed. It had not. I called again. I was told someone would be out the next day. The next day came and went without anyone coming back to fix or even look at either of the ice machines. I again received a text saying the issue had been fixed. I understand there are many many condos in this building, but I think it’s a little ridiculous to ignore customers who have paid for specific features within units. Again, I get that stuff takes time to fix and if we had been told it wasn’t going to be able to be fixed while we were visiting I totally would’ve understood. But to just ignore and say it’s been fixed simply to clear your list of jobs is unprofessional and honestly disrespectful. The condo was beautiful but sometimes it’s the little things that make people look elsewhere.

I loved the room but....

The room is awesome, except for a few things. When I walked in, I could smell a foul odor filling the room, which I later learned was the dishwasher. I was pretty creeped out by the Ring Camera looming over the entrance door.There were lots of tiny flying bugs, possibly drain flies. And the living room light in the ceiling fan doesn't turn off separate from the fan. So, you'll have to choose between having the fan on with the light or having the light off with no ceiling fan blowing. Also, the Master shower is a great size but there's very limited shelving for shower accessories. In fact, there's only a small shampoo bottle shelf in one of the walls, so you'll have to put everything else on the floor. The jacuzzi tub is massive! I'm 6'3" and I was able to soak in it comfortably. Overall this room was great. It has an amazing view of the ocean. It has all of the dishes you'll need to prepare meals. It is an excellent room with only a few exceptions.

Beautiful Condo

Great location and parking is excellent with a designated spot and air conditioned walk over to the elevators. We were not able to check in till almost 6 but the cleaning guy did a great job and let us in as soon as finished.

Overall good stay!

Could have been cleaned a little better prior to our arrival. Drain flies present (believe common for humid environment) informed management who responded immediately to address the concern. Both individual ice maker and refrigerator ice dispenser were not working properly. Great location, decorated very nice and stocked with kitchen dishes, pants, utensils, etc
 even though a few hiccups would consider renting again!

Truely satisfied

This property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a very good selection of kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes, no need to carry any with you. The beds were comfortable. This place is like home away from home. Manager communication was on the spot, you have your own reserved parking space conveniently located on 3rd floor parking garage. Great location in walking distance to Pinapple Willies, Barefoot Bar & Grill and many other stores. Hotel staff was courteous and polite. We had a great time

Great stay right on the beach! Clean, spacious, and great location.

We had a great stay at 1208. The Majestic towers overall are a nice place, that are maintained well and in a good location. 1208 was very clean, spacious, and updated. The large balcony was perfect for mornings, evenings, or to watch the rain! The process to check in and out was easy. Lots of room with a huge master bedroom and a smaller room with two double beds. Only thing missing were some cookie sheets to make some food in the oven. Otherwise everything else you could need was there. We would love to come back and stay again!
