Very happy

My family and I are very happy with our stay at this condo. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing! We also liked the property a lot, it had great pools and a nice beach. The area is great too, right next to the mall but not loud or crowded, and tons of great restaurants a short walk or drive away.

Beautiful property and location

I have stayed in a number of units at the Grand Venetian and I loved this one! The second room is a little small with two double beds, not queens but does the trick for kids! The view is amazing and the management company very responsive. I had a great time!

Wonderful Condo and a great location

Last minutes booking and so happy they had availability!. Condo is nicer than the pictures, very comfortable, great property manager! Lovely complex, really nice restaurant on site perfect for lunch by the pool. Condo is very well equipped and great markets are just a 50 peso cab ride away. Cabs are very easy to get and a short ride to downtown. Cant go wrong with this choice, Thanks again for your help in getting us in on short notice. David & Susan W

8th floor condo

very clean, good location, well stocked with towels, sheets. The only issue is not well stocked with basics like other condos we have rented. (no salt, pepper, bath and kitchen cleaners, laundry detergent)

Owner double booked and lied about it, stating it was maintenence. They required us to find another place for our last night and said they would help, but did not. We requested a place to store our luggage and they told us to ask the "property manager" who said we could keep it, packed up in the condo. At 10pm the night before our new, earlier check out we were told we could not keep our luggage in the condo. After communicating further with the "property manager" he agreed to take our luggage to his home. He was just as frustrated by the situation as we were. He was great and helpful, but the owners are dishonest and unhelpful!

Great view

We had a great 10 night stay! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the condo and balcony were amazing we spent all our time on the balcony had coffee and breakfast. Evening cocktails cooked on the bbq a few evenings. Owner alway was prompt in questions as were the property managers. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Good from Far but Far from Good

Old towels with stains and holes/rips/etc. Sheets had stains. Water jug had bugs in it. Mold in the shower. Obviously this place was bought in 1995 and hasn't been taken care of since. For the price at the time of season I could have stayed at 5 star with fresh CLEAN linens and towels.

Luxury and Convenience

Our 3rd time staying at Gran Venetian but first time in Tower 1. The unit is very well positioned, we fitted out and we would stay again. We wish they had more than one entry key as this caused some co-ordination issues. In the spirit of continuous improvement, the kitchen cabinet doors were also a little worn. which did not fit in well with the rest of the units high standard.

It was fine and location very good. The condo was good but could use a few more supplies if you want to cook breakfast or lunch. example 5 forks. The tv was in Spanish and after a call to manager (Freddy) the owners paid for a new service, in English, which we appreciated.

Grand Venetian Holiday

Overall our stay was fabulous. Love the pool, beach, location, food and condo. A few things would make the stay a little better though. The toaster and dishwasher did not work. There was very little hot water. The four of us are all in our 70's and a grab rail in the shower would be helpful. We hope to stay with you again soon.
