Cette spacieuse maison de ville est une merveilleuse retraite pour les familles et les groupes à la recherche d'une escapade amusante au bord de la plage sous le soleil de San Diego. Cette propriété est située au centre de la partie la plus exceptionnelle de San Diego. Sortez par la porte d'entrée et vous êtes à moins d'un pâté de maisons de l'océan ou dirigez-vous dans l'autre direction et à l'intérieur d'un pâté de maisons, vous pouvez plonger vos orteils dans la baie et faire du paddle. À quelques pas du parc Belmont et des restaurants!

La maison offre une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des téléviseurs à écran plat sur le thème Beachy-chic dans le salon ainsi que dans la chambre principale, des draps, des serviettes, diverses fournitures, des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, etc. sont offerts pour votre convenance. RARE d'avoir un garage pour 2 voitures et PAS en tandem!

La maison de ville offre une vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, un plan d'étage ouvert clair et lumineux, une cuisine améliorée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, un tapis chaud, de nouvelles fenêtres avec des stores de plantation, un bar, une suite parentale spacieuse avec une salle de bains attenante et un balcon. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont une salle de bain pleine grandeur jack et jill, une chambre avec un lit king size et l'autre avec un lit queen. Un magnifique salon et cuisine au 3ème étage est beaucoup d'espace pour la famille pour se détendre et profiter des longues nuits d'été. Le canapé en cuir sectionnel en L se retire pour un sommeil supplémentaire. Sortez sur la plage où vous pourrez surfer, nager, faire du boogie board, bronzer ou faire des promenades romantiques le long du rivage. Marchez jusqu'au parc Belmont à proximité qui propose une variété de manèges dans les parcs à thème et les montagnes russes Big Dipper. Ceci est proche de plusieurs sociétés de location de vélos, de planches de bodyboard, de parachute ascensionnel, de jet ski et de pêche sportive. À quelques minutes de Sea World, du zoo de San Diego et du parc Balboa.

Great house and location near the beach!!

This was a golden goose of a property. It was a wonderful stay and accommodated our family vacation really well. Not only is the location just the best, it has parking!! The bed in room we stayed it was ridiculously comfortable. The house had all the necessary amenities and tons of beach equipment. We will definitely be back!

Close to the beach

My family and I stayed here, it was so beautiful and spacious. It had a great view from the kitchen and so close to the beach! The two car garage was so helpful with parking. Kitchen was fully stocked and had huge windows. Some minor things but overall perfect! Would absolutely love to come again!

Yes, there is one flight of stairs to reach the main entrance of the home where all the bedrooms are located since the covered garage is below but this is very typical for beach homes in the area with the kitchen quarters on the second floor. Fabulous beach house

We absolutely loved this place. There was plenty of space for a mom and 5 teenagers. The decor and furniture made it warm and comfortable. Great kitchen with gas stove and fully stocked. We were able to cook meals all week. The location was ideal, one house away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the kitchen table. A short walk to Belmont Park, and we loved eating at Kojack’s and the gelato place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location

We loved the proximity to the beach, yet quieter ambiance. Furnishings, supplies and beach gadgets were all enough for family of 8. We loved the garage and parking flexibility. The only minus is non existing balcony but we knew that when we booked. The place would be extra amazing if there would be a roof top. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you!

Great Stay

Loved the property. Excellent location. Very clean. Good communication with property owner. We would stay here again for sure. Make sure the fridge has been fixed/replaced before you book. Practice your parking skills before going. The garages in Mission Beach are super tight. You will love the proximity of this place to everything around Mission Beach. It’s very nicely maintained as well.

Close to everything

Well, that title is likely a bit misleading as we only hit the beach, the bay, and Belmont Park (and these are very close), but everything else is also close--we just didn't have time to get there. The kids enjoyed being a short walk to the beach (having access to the surfboards was a big plus--very fun to paddle past the break to be in with the dolphins), being able to walk to the roller coaster, easy access to food (we recommend Luigi's--great service, good prices), and the great San Diego weather. The place was very clean with plenty of room (really much more than we needed) and the check-in/out process was very easy.

Great for family

Pro's: - 30 secs from Mission Beach and boardwalk as well as Belmont Park entertainment - Easy to walk to lots of local restaurants - Smart TVs in 2 bedrooms was very convenient - Lots of living space in upstairs - Bar fridge was nice, would have been utilized more without kiddos - Check-in info was a breeze - Communication with owners was easy - Check-out expectations were very reasonable with $225 cleaning fee, "just take out trash and maids will do the rest" - Keypad lock made it super easy to keep everything secure for in and out - Available washer and dryer was great - Garage parking was great - Big kitchen for when we ate in - Exterior light was helpful for early AM and evenings Con's: - Floors, bathrooms, and showers could have been cleaner (easy fix) - Entrance/exit is right on alleyway, and lots of late-night passers by (not much they can do about that).

Christmas gift

My husband & I gifted our 2 kid’s & granddaughter with a trip to San Diego for Christmas. They both had items on their bucket lists that we worked on. The location was perfect for us. Once we parked after visiting the zoo or other attractions we walked to places to eat & the beach. Belmont Park was an added plus on Friday night. The condo was very clean & had every thing that we needed to be comfortable. I never needed to call the owners because everything was communicated before I arrived & I never needed anything from him. I would consider that a successful trip. Thank you very much for sharing your adorable piece of sunshine. We will be coming back.

Best Location in Mission Beach

All about location. Steps from the beach, a block from shops and restaurants, perfect. Place was clean and as listed. Check-in was easy. Garage is amazing to have but tight. Two mid-size SUV's fit, but anything larger would be tricky. Street parking can be far from unit. No AC other than floor unit in living area. The weather was perfect and we did not miss it, but be aware. Large ceiling fans are in each bedroom, and you get the ocean breeze on the west side bedrooms. Communication with management was quick and helpful. Wish balcony was larger to be able to sit out on with family, but now just nit-picking. 10/10 would stay again.

Wonderful home for family and children

We rented this home for our family during the holidays. It was a great location and you could literally see the beach from the window. It was also stocked with most of our family’s needs ranging from both the kitchen to the bathroom supplies. Our vehicle was too big for the garage; however, we were able to park just outside of the garage inside of the red line. Totally clutch given parking is difficult/expensive in the area. The only rub would be the issues with the electricity in one of the rooms as well as the broken dryer. We packed with the intention to wash our clothes and weren’t able to do so at the property. Daniel, however, was super apologetic and offered to remedy the issue by taking our laundry for drying. He was also really accessible and responsive to the electrical issue. I would recommend and personallystay here again because it really was a comfortable place that is set in an amazing location.
