Great stay

This was just what we needed to visit and drop my niece off at school! The place was closed to a good amount of places and not too far from the airport. We would definitely stay there again.

Rest and Relaxation

I had a fantastic stay! It was exactly what I needed for rest and relaxation. Just a heads-up: you’ll need your own transportation, but it’s well worth it. The property manager was incredibly communicative and added to the overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Convenient location and enjoyable pool

Location was just right for us, close enough to the GWCC bldg for our event, but far enough away from the rush of traffic. The teens said their beds were comfortable, but us old people's could have had more support. However we are just old, and dont have the greatest of backs anymore. The pool was the frosting on the cake, due to the upper 90 temps the week we were there in June, we spent as much time as we were able to in the pool. We felt safe with the location as well.

We had no incidents during our stay. Close to airport. We visited aquarium and zoo during our trip. House was close enough distance to both. The backyard was very nice and the and kids had a nice time in the pool.

Family Gathering for Thanksgiving

This was an excellent choice for our visiting family. From the moment we entered we felt comfortable and as if we were at home. The location of the property was perfect and convenient to most of our shopping and activities. Communication with the property owner was pleasant and our inquiries were answered promptly. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, so we will need to rent again during the summer 😊. Thanks!!!

This was the perfect location once again for our family gathering. Convenient to family who live in the area, shopping and local activities. The house was just the right size for the adults and children. We haven't had an opportunity to take advantage of the pool yet but the fire pit was great for our "fireside chats" :-). The property was clean and in great shape. Communication with the host was minimal because there were no issues. Whenever there was a question, (maybe two), the response was almost immediate.

Extra Charge for Grill?

Property is in close proximity to the airport and convenient to Six Flags and Fun Spot amusement parks. Property is mostly clean (there were a few bugs inside home (spider, caterpillar) and there was human hair from prior guest in two of bathrooms. The property is also close to the woods and is located on a dead end street which has its benefits (private/secluded). But being so close to nature also led to my kids sharing the pool with a baby brown snake. My main issue was the accuracy of the listing which didn't mention paying an extra charge for use of the gas grill. I found that misleading and a bit excessive given the nightly rental rate.

Ok property

The pool is a nice size and the space outside is big and comfortable table with enough chairs and tables. Two grills (charcoal and gas) is also a positive. The kitchen is a good size, but the refrigerator was broken, making water run on top of the food all the time and a hassle to keep It dry. The plates are many kinds and thick so they do not feet well in the dish washer, there are not enough glasses. The big issue for us were the bed frames which were fragile and made noises when somebody were on them. The mattresses (all four of them were uncomfortable). The walls need cleaning.

I appreciate all your comments to help up get better and I apologize for any inconvenience you have had through your your stay , I wish you had reached out to us during your stay because we would like to address any issue immediately. Our company has 24-7 response crew , As we work hard to ensure every guest is happy , some things are not visible unless guests reports to us . High traffic of guests causes faster wear and tear of items unfortunately. We love to listen, We have replaced ALL bed frames and mattress this week, also we have noticed the water leak inside the fridge , we had decided to replace it and had delivered a brand new fridge to the home . The house was really nice. Well stocked kitchen everything you need. The toaster needs replaced it only toast one side of the bread. Wish you had a griddle. Upon arrive the pool was nasty but the owner quickly addressed it as well as getting the lawn mowed. The pool and area around it was awesome. Owner was great to communicate with. The area is a little sketchy. My only complaints and that from my family was the beds were not very comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the day bed in the front room it was nice. Would recommend it

Perfect Friends Getaway!

Booked this property to celebrate my 30th Birthday with a group of close friends and it was everything and more! It was the perfect amount of space and our favorite part was the pool! Very close to various food options and grocery stores and about 10 min or so drive from Camp Creek area which has so many shopping and restaurants options. Check in & out was smooth and straightforward and Galit was so nice and accommodating throughout the entire process. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks again!

Fun House

Our party of 9 enjoyed our stay at this home as a base from which we explored Atlanta. It's on a large lot. Plenty of yard space for kids to explore and run around. Plenty of space inside as well. Stocked with basic needs which was much appreciated. The older kids enjoyed the small pool table. Master bed was not comfortable. The pool provided a cool reprieve. However the pool area and pool were not as clean as expected. The pool is quite deep and not recommended for small children. The property needs some updating and more seating in the family room. Recommend that the owner invest in a pool area shed so the pool toys and supplies, chair seat cushions, etc. can be properly stored. We couldn't enjoy the patio seating because the cushions were dirty and continuously sopping wet from rain and humidity. We called it the fun house, not only because it was fun, but also because the floors are a little warped. In all, a decent place to stay for a few days.

Good location, safe neighborhood, large backyard, great for families

Location is safe and quiet, neighbors are close but not too close. Grocery store very close and convenient. Great yard and large pool, and extra big deck. Very nice. Rooms had good size beds, everyone slept comfortably. Total in our group was 10. We had 3 small children, one teen, and the rest of us adults. Grandparents, parents and children, all had a great time. Wished we could have used chimney, but never asked owner if it was working. Would’ve been nice. Overall great time.
