Ce nouveau développement vient d'ouvrir afin que vous puissiez être l'un des premiers à profiter de la propriété. Cette unité de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains est au 4ème étage avec un accès facile au stationnement au même niveau. Le condo a un plan d'étage ouvert et un grand balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe. La chambre principale a un accès direct au balcon.

L'unité a un beau mobilier et des draps haut de gamme et des serviettes de bain. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant votre séjour. Dans le cas malheureux d'un jour de pluie, vous pouvez utiliser le téléviseur 65 pouces dans le salon, le lecteur Blu-Ray, une variété de jeux de société et de puzzles. Vous pouvez utiliser le pop-corn popper dans l'unité pour prendre des collations tout en profitant de vos activités intérieures. L'unité comprend également laveuse, sécheuse, télévision par câble et wifi gratuit. Profitez des merveilleuses commodités de la propriété, notamment un accès facile à la plage, une rivière paresseuse avec toboggan, des piscines intérieure / extérieure, une piscine pour enfants, un court de tennis éclairé, des bains à remous, un centre de remise en forme et des barbecues.

Great Family Trip

We had a great time during our 8 night stay on Orange Beach. The weather was great a couple days it rained early in the morning or later in the evening but the sun would always pop out for the day at the beach. My family enjoyed the hot tub and the lazy river along with the inside pool. We used the charcoal grill a few times and visited the local eating places for great seafood. The family enjoyed the parasailing and we even rented a pontoon for 4 hours of fun on the water. Thanks for the nice condo with three rooms and baths along with a sleeper sofa plenty of space for every one. Along with the beautiful view from the balcony! We will be planning our next visit with you!

Family Trip

We take a family trip to the beach every year! We hadn’t visited Orange Beach in several years and we were not disappointed....We absolutely loved the condo! Lots of room, gorgeous view, very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool with the lazy river and slide was a huge hit with our grandkids and adults as well! Very convenient location...We walked across the road for ice cream and pizza. There’s a Publix and Walmart across the street as well for grocery shopping convenience. The owner was so gracious and helpful with any questions or needs we had. The walkway to the beach was very easily accessible and there were several different spray off locations which was a great asset as well! Our group ranged in ages from 1 - 81 and everyone had a great time! Would definitely recommend this facility and will for sure be back in the future!

Last Minute Trip

First, this was a last minute decision and Christine was awesome from the start! Although our stay was flawless I am confident she would have been right on anything we may have needed. The pictures don’t do the condo justice. Absolutely beautiful and spotless. The kitchen was stocked better that any other property I have stayed in before. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Did I mention spotless???? The unit is on the 4th floor and you could park right outside the unit. Very convenient for unpacking. Check in and out was easy and smooth. No complaints whatsoever. Great property and highly recommend!

Unit 402

Nice property on 4th floor, great access with same level parking making unpacking and packing very convenient. Living room could use a rug. The dryer vent was off and lots of lint had accumulated in the utility area prior to us using it, I called and they came out the same day and replaced the vent. Condo could use a thorough spring cleaning! Not terrible, just not what we usually experience at Phoenix Orange Beach.

Nice Stay - Confusing Check In

Both the property manager and VRBO sent emails about checking in BUT they were entirely different. At the condo the people checking you in at the lobby said that our unit was not one they managed and they could not help us. This was very confusing as I kept looking up the instructions about check in from my VRBO emails. Who knew that the instructions I received from VRBO after renting on VRBO would be wrong. Either the property manager needs to fix this or they need to do something more to alert you to this difference. Sending an email out with different instructions under an email address that I wasn't looking at is not enough.

Hey Craig, I apologize about the confusion. We switched property managers right at the time of your stay. At that time, I thought that the new property manager would leave a check-in packet at the front desk of Phoenix Orange Beach. However, subsequent to this, I learned that instead they send an email a week prior to check-in with instructions. I am so sorry about this as it is my fault for not sending out the proper communication to you. I hope everything else about your stay was great and that you enjoyed the condo. Christine

Fall Break relaxation

My family thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We went for fall break which was the first cold snap of the season. So glad we chose this property. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice on the cool days. The balcony was just amazing on the warmer days, and we loved the beach. Would love to go again next year!

Best Condo Ever!

This unit was incredible. It was large and comfy. The view was amazing. The balcony was spacious with great seating and tables. This was only a week-long trip for us so we didn't do a lot of cooking but this kitchen was stocked better than any other condo we've stayed in ( and we've stayed in quite a few). There was more than adequate amounts of high quality pots, pans, small appliances and serving dishes available to accommodate the ten people that this unit sleeps. Believe me when I say that that is not always the case. There was a wet bar with an automatic ice maker. There were very nice beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels available with this rental and they are stored conveniently in a storage unit across the hall which helps to eliminate sand being drug into the living space. There's no need to transport games or puzzles when you visit, there are plenty there. The facility was still in the final stages of construction during our stay but all of the people working there were very accommodating. They even moved some of the indoor pool lounge chairs to the outdoor area for us since the outdoor chairs had not yet been delivered. The owner was very nice and was available by phone during our entire stay. She even notified us by text that the water slide would be unavailable for a short time due to a minor repair and inspection that needed to be done. We received another text about three hours later that it was back up and running. We came in March so the outdoor lazy river and slide were a little chilly but surprisingly tolerable. It wss a great place to stay.

Outstanding accommodations at this beautiful property!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations were upscale with an extremely homey feel. The owners were very accommodating with our schedule and concerned about our experiences with this brand new property. We were the first renters in the building and a few of the amenities were still being finished. The exercise facilities, pool and hot tub were fantastic. Beautiful beachfront and outstanding local restaurants in the vicinity. This is definitely a place our family would come back to again.
