Cette maison de 2 chambres avec un plan d'étage divisé fonctionne magnifiquement pour accueillir les vacances de votre famille. Vous entrez dans une cuisine bien équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle. À travers la cuisine est une salle à manger avec table et table à jouer / table de jeu, qui se double d'un espace bar. D'un côté de la maison, vous avez la chambre principale avec un lit king et une salle de bain principale. De l'autre côté de la maison, vous trouverez la chambre d'amis avec deux lits doubles et la deuxième salle de bain.

Le salon est équipé d'un canapé-lit queen-size, de tables basses et de bout, d'une télévision et d'un magnétoscope. Hors de la salle à manger, vous trouverez des portes en verre qui donnent sur un grand porche grillagé avec beaucoup de meubles de patio. Cette maison marche directement à la piscine, puis à droite sur la plage. De plus, la Villa Jasmine possède son propre abri d'auto privé.

Lovely villa and perfect location. Very clean. Communication was great, and access was easy. Highly recommend. The only downside is no washer or dryer in the unit.

It was everything I needed, tranquil, peaceful, beautiful, Pool, great sand beach, beautiful sunset. I hope to return again soon The location was close to great restaurants and shopping. The Villa was clean and laid out nicely.

It was very comfortable for two couples. We loved the screened in porch and the covered area with the grills close to the beach. The proximity to the beach was amazing. Only negative was the dripping faucet in the bathroom shower.

Cute cabin on the beach

Comfortable cabin for 4 adults for a weekend trip to the beach. Equipped with everything we needed including beach umbrella, towels, cooler and beach chairs. Lovely screened in porch overlooking the pool. Great location. Highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Spot!

I was looking for a beachfront property for my sister and her family (husband and 3 kids under 6) and me. I had a wedding to attend at the St. Regis and this spot couldn't have been a better location! It was right by the pool and just steps from the beach. The online pictures just don't do it justice! It was a perfect spot for us all to gather and I will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

Perfect location and plenty of room.

Overall, a great stay. Pool is right outside screened lanai but closed at dusk so no problems with noise. We spent most of our time out on the beach which is just past the pool area. Easy to come on and off the beach for snacks, drinks, or a reprieve from the sun. Perfect for two couples.

Family friendly

We loved having the house right on the beach and the pool was right out our enclosed patio. Kids could come and go and we all felt safe. Groceries were just a few minutes down the road. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The beach was not busy at all. Seemed private most of the time which was crazy because it was spring break week for a lot of people. If we go to Florida again this will be the spot that I'd want to come too again! We played shuffle board and putti putting as a family!

Great time!

This was the perfect safe vacation getaway for a family of 4. We have two small kids and this villa with it’s pool and beach access is perfect. The screen room was an absolute treat because it extended our villa. The beach is beautiful- chairs and towels provided by resort. Grills were nice- we opted to cook in because limited restaurants in area and very pricey. The Publix down the road was convenient. We will definitely be back!! Villa was very clean and very comfortable!

The condo was adorable with a great location! It was clean and spacious. There was one thing though.. it was INFESTED with fleas!! My family and I came home covered in flea bites all over!

Turtle Crawl

This was our 2nd year at the Turtle Crawl Inn and we had a wonderful time. We were ready to rebook 2 properties for next year and then found out that they had already rented our unit for one of our weeks next year out from under us. It was a simple mistake that could have been resolved amicably, but instead we were lied to. It really broke our hearts as our family has really enjoyed this property and were looking to be able to return for many years to come.

The villa was really cute, but very outdated. It did have everything we needed for our stay. There were not all stainless steel appliances, nor was there a griddle. Somethings were falling apart, such as the shower/ tub in the Master Bathroom. The place was cleaned up, but there was a lot of areas they didn’t dust and it was dirty in those areas as well. No information was given about check-in and on the day of check-in, I had to reach out. Owner will respond to messages, but expect a delay. The location was great. We loved the access to the pool, beach, grill, and outdoor eating areas.

Simply the best!!!

This was the most incredible stay!!! We had booked a few villas and condos on property and reserved this one special for my brother and sister in law to enjoy, while my parents hosted their kids nearby. We were next door in another villa and very jealous, since this was most amazing place in Florida!! Beautifully decorated, 4* type accommodations. My aunt was also in same owners 101, and was first trip in 40 years of knowing her that she had zero complaints (and that includes many ritz Carltons, four seasons, and every fancy resort in world). The owner his spectacular host- checks in to see what you need, goes above and beyond and just amazing all around. The resort is lovely- directly on beach, so many options for both young and old- great location. The villa itself is the star it’s like staying in 4 million beachfront. Everything you would need and right next to pool also. Can’t wait to come back next year (I even hesitated to review since I hope no one takes our dates before I get a chance to book), but would have been remiss to not share how incredible Zilli villa and the options are!!!

the house needed a lot of updating, it smelled musty, furniture old, bed not stable, porch furniture needed replacement, screen on porch torn. roof leaked from several areas after heavy rain causing us to clean floor.the tv in bedroom was not cable. would not stay at this house, but would consider staying at turtle crawl at another house if better than this one,, the main disturbing issue was when we reported the roof leaking the staff stated this had happened in past and had been reported to owner, and nothing was done.

A great place on the beach

If you are looking for a comfortable villa that is steps away from the beach, this is a great location. The villa is part of a larger complex, so the pool pictured in the listing is a shared pool (just outside the living room and dining area of this villa), but they do have "quiet hours" so it isn't too noisy late into the night. The kitchen was decently equipped, but it is a "galley" kitchen, so its tight to have more than one person in there at at time. However, if you don't plan to cook much, you will be fine, as there's plenty of local restaurants to enjoy. It was nice that this villa had its own screened in porch (overlooking the pool), and then you walk through the pool area and grill/shelter down by the sand dunes, to get to the beach, and this grill/shelter is a shared space. It was nice that this villa is part of the Turtle Crawl Inn, as that meant there were beach chairs available to use, as well as outdoor showers by the pool to rinse off after being in the water/sand. The beds were comfortable and the Inn provides pool towels in addition to the bathroom towels provided, which is great if you don't have room to pack towels. While you are steps away from the beach, this villa does not have a direct view of the water, so if you're planning on waking up and looking out on the water, this may not be the place for you. The building itself is a little dated, but the interior decor is nice. You can tell this was a place on the island from back in the day.

Peaceful and private condo!

Our family of 5 stayed for three nights in March 2022. This condo is part of the Turtle Crawl Inn resort, so you check in and out at the hotel desk. The owner didn't respond to communications via VRBO, so if you have questions, it might be best to contact the hotel directly. The unit is as pictured, completely detached from any other units. The building itself is older, but has been maintained and the interior has been remodeled recently. The unit is well furnished, kitchen is well stocked, furniture and beds are comfortable. Cable and wifi was good. We loved having the pool right outside our unit, and the pool was heated very comfortably. Note that the pool is closed from dusk to dawn. The hotel only has a few units, so our family was the only ones in the pool area when we were using it. Also note that you can't *see* the shoreline from the condo, as there's a burm/dune straight in front of the unit. But a few steps past the pool and grilling area, and you're staring at the beautiful ocean waves. The beach area is wonderful. The provided beach chairs are great, and the beach is quiet and not busy at all. As others have mentioned, you'll have to drive to get food on Longboat Key - the only thing within walking distance is a nice community park. There's lots of activities in the area, only a short drive away. We drove up to Anna Maria Island and rented jet Skis, and down to Lido Key for some snorkeling and a dinner cruise. Overall, we loved our stay at this condo, and would highly recommend it for families looking for a quiet retreat. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Could use a little TLC

This is the second year we stayed at this property, and honestly we hope to stay again next year. The rental is nice, but definitely could use some TLC. Most are easy fixes but exposed (uncovered) electrical outlets in the lanai could pose both a fire hazard as well as a physical hazard. We gave a list of seven items that need attention to the property manager at Turtle Crawl, who said she would pass the list on to the owner. One confusing item was check out time - VRBO has the check out time at 11, but the paperwork given by the property manager when you check in has the check out time as 10. Not a big deal, just needs clarification.

Paradise

Location is literally steps from the beach. Bonus the pool is basically attached to the property so if you enjoy sun and relaxation this is the spot. Plenty of things to do we rented a boat and enjoyed the water. Will definitely go again.

Family winter escape

We had a wonderful time in this property. The house is setup to perfectly to accommodate a family. The kids loved watching the pool from our lanai and the short walk to the beach was perfect with three kids under 4! We would recommend this property and would love to stay again.
