Le complexe Sand Cay est situé dans le centre de Longboat Key, à cÎté du nouvel hÎtel Zota, avec ses excellents restaurants et bars. Le complexe possÚde une plage de sable blanc immaculée, une piscine chauffée, un jeu de palets, un terrain de basket et un terrain de tennis complet. Nous avons une buanderie gratuite à cÎté de la piscine, un grand espace barbecue et un ascenseur. Notre unité rénovée comprend une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, un salon avec une télévision haute définition 43 pouces, une télévision haute définition dans chaque chambre et une salle à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes. Nous avons un trÚs grand lit dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Le balcon privé peut accueillir quatre personnes et offre une vue sur le jardin, la piscine et le golfe.

We will definitely be back!! This condo was stocked with everything we needed. We had plenty of room. The pool was beautiful. The beach was steps away and was gorgeous. I would 10/10 recommend staying at this property.

This property is outstanding. If you’re looking for a relaxing time, a clean and responsive environment, SHORT walk to the beach, and a SUPER SHORT walk to the water this is for you. Only stay here if you want one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences in this area.Chairs and umbrellas were provided but you need to set them up yourself. Publix and a CVS are a quick trip down the road.The kitchen was well-appointed.ALSO - DOLPHINS WERE PLAYING RIGHT WHERE WE WERE SWIMMING. It was incredible.

Relaxing, Comfortable, Beautiful

The condo was Amazing! Very comfortable! Clean! Big! We enjoyed our stay here! We would Love to go back! Kim was Super Kind and Helpful to us. We were supposed to go down last November but due to the hurricanes we couldn’t. Kim helped us change our vacation date to the following year. She is Soooo Kimd!!! I would go here again in a Heartbeat! We have even talked about when we can go back already!

Lovely place for a vacation!

Not only is Longboat Key wonderful. But Sand Cay is a really great place to be. This unit is great!Top floor unit. Well furnished and very well equipped
and when I needed something - for instance not enough coffee mugs (due I’m sure to general rental use) - owner and property managers got me some right away. The response time from all involved was great! Good morning sun on the patio and enough of an ocean view to make it a great place to stay!

OMG-Amazing!!

Such a beautiful home, super friendly atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and pool. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t have any back pain! Couldn’t be any better.

Beautiful Veiws from your balcony

Great location! Just steps from white sand beaches. Heated pool. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Plenty of privacy for 2 couples.

Easy, Accessible, Relaxing

The reservation process was easy, the owner was very friendly and helpful (even with a last-minute extension request), and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. In fact, the entire Sand Cay complex was very welcoming. The proximity to the beach is tough to beat, as was the ability to play pickleball, free use of washers and dryers (common area), and all-around relaxing atmosphere.

Get girls getaway

Property overall including unit itself was clean and in good condition. Be prepared to walk quite a bit to get luggage cart to the ramp, as the ramp is on the back end of the units, not near the front units. A great time was had and we were pleased with the location and stay.

Wonderful location and property

This was a perfect property for our family getaway. We really appreciated that the owners provided everything we might need - especially the beach umbrellas! Everything was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of places for us to all spread out and have space to ourselves when we hung out inside during the hottest part of the day. We loved that we could see the water from the balcony, and that it was just a short walk to the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful at night, and the large dining room table was perfect for family games. We all decided this is the only place we would want to stay when we’re back in Longboat!

Beautiful Beach Stay

This unit had everything and more that it advertised! Everything was clean and welcoming when we first walked in. Beach towels provided and beach toys. We will definitely be back in the future! Quick note, this unit is on the 3rd floor and at no fault to the owners the elevator did not work most of the time while we were there.Arrival and departure was a little tricky since we had to use the stairs to bring up and down our luggage. Thank you for a great stay!

Interesting Vacation

Property was exactly as pictured. However we had encountered problems with the air conditioning in this unit it broke down. The staff on site was very helpful in getting us into another unit since we had a 10 month old baby with us and had to move the baby rental equipment to the new unit. The unit was cleaned per the instructions left inside the room. I contacted the owner after our stay as to refunding our money due to our inconvenience. However they declined and covered the rental on the other unit. Since our stay I believe they put in a new A/C unit so it shouldn't be an issue for future renters/vacationers. Over all I would stay there again because its a beautiful property.

Sand Cay

We really enjoyed our stay and had beautiful weather ! Luckily we had no next door neighbors until the last day since the balcony is conjoined. Nicely appointed. The twin bedroom is more suited for children than adults.

Longboat Key

Condo has an Ocean view. It has everything you need and there’s plenty of room for everyone in this condo. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely go back. I would highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful!

The office personnel were wonderful and accommodating. Our condo was as beautiful as the photos and the view from the lanai was stunning. The gulf View was breathtaking. The Sandy Cay is close to all the shopping, restaurants and a lot more. It had everything you could want and need. The restaurants were good but we really enjoyed going to the Beach House, the food is amazing and the cocktail drinks from the bar were incredible. I highly recommend the Sandy Cay!
