Wrigleyville Inn - Unit 1

Completely rehabilliated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom high end, 1st floor condo in a historic Greystone. Only a 5 minute walk to Wrigley Field. And only a 2 minute walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking is included.

For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

What a wonderful home. Every amenity you needed, very clean and decorated beautifully (with special Christmas touches), and location was great to enjoy everything in Wriggleyville and surrounding areas. We would stay here again!

The unit was awesome and close to city trains :8 getting around was great. Parking spot was great so no street parking. You can walk to so many things, can’t wait to stay there again!!!

Very clean, nice touches with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in both bathrooms, along with makeup wipes, toothpaste and extra toothbrushes. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and pods provided. Close to Wrigley Field and all the restaurants, shopping, bars and fun! Host was very responsive and informative about checking in and out. Top-notch!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family get together from around the country to play in the city and catch a few Cubs games! We rented two units so we could all be together. They were clean and comfy, nicely stocked with even some beverages and water in the fridge. Close to so many places! The host was great at communicating. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend it!

Excellent Location in Wrigleyville

The owner was very easy to work with, provided timely responses, and the home was very clean. I will look to stay here again in the future when we are looking for Wrigleyville accommodations.

Wonderful property

We were in town for the Winter Classic at Wrigley Field. It was about an 8 minute walk and we felt very safe. The house had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms immaculate. The kitchen was well-equipped. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location- Even Better Accomodations

We came up to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday. This place was perfect. We stay at a lot of VRBOs. By far, this place is the best renovated, maintained, and decorated we have ever stayed in. This place is simply beautiful!

Prefect place!

Absolutely fantastic place! Super clean and well appointed. Comfortable living room/kitchen space is great for hanging out. All new kitchen and bathrooms. Short walk to Wrigley. Owner was proactive and responsive. I could not be happier with my experience.

Wonderful Stay!

Our extended family rented the whole building of Wrigleyville Inn while we were in Chicago for our nephew's wedding. This included Units 1-3 & the Garden Unit. This is a BEAUTIFUL building in a great neighborhood with fun bars, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Our host Peter was so accommodating, including giving us street parking passes along with the 6 spaces behind the building. Each unit is tastefully done and provided with top of the line amenities. Best of all there was even beer, water & other drinks in the frig. We very highly recommend this property and hope to stay again when we are in Chicago.

Fantastic place to stay for a Cubs game.

Three friends and I rented this property for a Cubs game recently. This is a fantastic apartment and could not possibly be more convenient to Wrigley Field. There are 3 bedrooms and a couch that we utilized for sleeping arrangements. Two bathrooms. The entire apartment is updated, clean, spacious, and luxurious. The owner was extremely accommodating as bad weather was coming in so we had to communicate more than normal about whether the game would be canceled and our trip canceled etc. and he was courteous and professional throughout the whole process.

Great place!

We stayed during a girls trip for the Christmas pop ups. Location is great and within walking distance to the bars, Wrigley Field, Wrigley Christkindl Market, and shops. The apartment is in a beautiful row of historic brownstones. It was clean, beautiful, and had every amenity we needed. The owner is very responsive. We will stay here again!

Very Nice Property in Great Location

The condo was really nice and its location was great for access to Wrigley, but not so close to hear the noise from the late night activity! Highly recommend!
