Venez vous dĂ©tendre sur la magnifique Ăźle de Sanibel Ă  Loggerhead Cay 313. Ce spacieux condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain ajoutera Ă  coup sĂ»r du plaisir Ă  vos vacances en famille avec ses couleurs vives et amusantes qui vous rappelleront certainement de jouer et de quitter le travail! Nous avons affectueusement nommĂ© notre condo "Poco Loco" en l'honneur d'un magasin de crĂšme glacĂ©e et des perroquets Ă  Jerry's Market Place (vous devez les vĂ©rifier!) et une Ɠuvre d'art que mon doux ami a faite pour notre condo. (Vous devrez venir visiter pour le voir!) Nous espĂ©rons que vous et votre famille vous ferez de bons souvenirs en explorant les Ăźles de nombreux trĂ©sors de la faune et de la nature. Loggerhead est situĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© est de l'Ăźle, quelques minutes seulement aprĂšs son arrivĂ©e sur l'Ăźle, afin que vous puissiez commencer vos vacances dĂšs que possible! Nous sommes Ă  proximitĂ© de nombreux restaurants et magasins le long de Periwinkle Way et Ă  quelques pas de la plage (environ 300 pour ĂȘtre exact pour tous les compteurs d'Ă©tapes!). Nous avons une vue sur la cour du paysage magnifiquement entretenu et mon arbre prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©, l'arbre Poinciana. (Venez en mai-aoĂ»t pour le voir en pleine floraison!) Nous pouvons accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Il y a un lit king confortable dans la chambre principale, 2 jumeaux confortables (mes filles ont approuvĂ©!) dans la chambre d'amis, et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Nous avons 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat prĂȘts pour Netflix, Hulu et Amazon (avec vos numĂ©ros de compte), une connexion Wi-Fi haut dĂ©bit (si vous devez travailler un peu), des livres, des jeux, des puzzles, des serviettes de plage, des jouets, des chaises et un parapluie pour votre usage (situĂ© dans le placard de rangement) et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Sanibel Holiday, notre gestion de condo, fournit des draps, articles divers, dĂ©tergent Ă  lessive et savon Ă  vaisselle et est disponible pour tout problĂšme imprĂ©vu lors de votre visite. Great place, great location, great complex. We really appreciated that the cleaning people did not use scented products and that there was no air freshener going on (my wife is allergic).The condo had everything we needed and more. Roomy, comfortable, wifi worked great - very relaxing and enjoyable experience.Brooke was always very responsive to questions. This was definitely one of the most enjoyable vacations we've had and where we stayed had a lot to do with that!

Our recent vacation to Sanibel was amazing! Loggerhead Cay was clean and well maintained. The condo itself was updated and had every amenity needed to make sure our stay was comfortable. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and beach equipment was included to make each day full of fun! The vacation rental company stayed in touch to make sure the vacation went smoothly and was available to ensure all of our needs were met. Thank you for allowing us to stay! Our family had such a great vacation and it was such a blessing to spend time together and relax and reconnect! Thank you again for helping to make our stay so amazing!

Amazing property

Our family stayed here for a week. The condo was perfect the pool was clean it was family oriented- nice and quiet. They provided a wagon and beach chairs for us to use the beach it was a perfect spring break!

Relaxing getaway to SHELL!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a fun island experience and this place was awesome! Such a great location and we enjoyed the laid back feeling of Sanibel. I'm an avid sheller and the beaches didn't disappoint. We were nervous about the possible hurricane coming later that week but we found many places still open and service was fantastic. The beds are comfortable and condo is quiet. I will be staying again for sure. This place has everything you need for a fabulous time on beautiful Sanibel!

Judah’s 1st beach trip 2022

Last year was our first time visiting and was called home for the birth of our 1st grandson, so we returned this year with Judah boy, and it was definitely a blessing. Pictures and description of condo is spot on, we will definitely be repeat renters of this condo! ❀ Rented 2 condos close to each other and we are already planning for next year!!

Spring break getaway

Wonderful property and condo. The property was quiet and very clean. It was a short walk from our unit to the beach and all beach supplies that we could have wanted were included in the unit (tent, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, skim board). Safe area to let teens go out and wander and hang out. I highly recommend it!

Relaxing and Stressless

We had a wonderful time reading on the balcony, watching the basketball playoffs, and searching for shells on the beach. The property owners had tons of beach items ie. umbrellas, wagon, chairs, skimmer boards, towels, etc. The ocean was so close we never even went to the pool. The sound of the ocean and seeing dolphins jumping in the waves were a huge draw! Brooke and Dean's place was well appointed and had great internet for studying too. We would love to stay here again if a future journey leads us to Sanibel again.

5 Stars - Perfect Beach Getaway & Amazing Memories

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach rental! The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach without needing to cross any main roads, which made it incredibly convenient and safe for our family. Parking was also easy and plentiful, which is a huge plus. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from cookware to utensils—it was like cooking at home! This was especially helpful for enjoying relaxed dinners in after a day of fun in the sun. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt, which made everything stress-free. They were friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. It’s clear they take great pride in ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. All in all, this rental was everything we hoped for and more. We can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach escape. Don't look any further - this is the one !

Loved our stay at Poco Loco!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Poco Loco and our little dog was so pleased to be included, as well. Everything we needed was there to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom bed was a definite plus and my daughter's bed was also great. Everything we needed for the beach was included in the storage locker, including a beach tent and chairs, along with a wagon. Loved the bright, cheerful decor and the overall family friendly atmosphere!

Great Accommodations and Location

Our week's stay at this Sanibel property was really comfortable. The condo is not far from the beach and pool, which kept both our kids entertained. Both the property manager and owner were responsive to our questions.

Paradise

Great condo in great location. Huge complex pool and just a short walk to the on property beach. We also enjoyed shuffleboard and bags. Unit had a wagon to take beach chairs, floats, and umbrella. It really had absolutely everything we needed. Property owner was responsive to my questions and gave us lots of great tips about the island :) Would definitely stay here again.
