Loggerhead Cay 351 is a fantastic ground floor walk out condo residence in the sought after Loggerhead Cay development of Sanibel`s East End. "Sunny Sanibel" features two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, direct Gulf views, and a walk out patio, this residence is both beautiful and functional! With resort grade amenities including tennis, pickleball, Olympic sized heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, and community grills, guests will surely return year after year!
The Space:
Loggerhead Cay #351 is a two-bedroom, two bathroom fully equipped condominium located on the east end of Sanibel Island. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with gel mattress topper and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed along with a twin bunk beds. The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has TV, and the main living area has a 65” smart TV with a Premium Cable package with sports, local news, and family channels in addition to streaming channels. Relax in the comfortable living room chair after a fun day at the beach! The gorgeous chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, sand toys and boogie boards, ample books and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short three-to-five-minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building three on the ground floor with a walkout patio, making the unit ideal for guests with limited mobility. There is an assigned parking space located directly behind the unit. Please note that this unit is pet friendly for guests with one small or medium sized dog.

From an access perspective, guests will enjoy full access to Loggerhead Cay amenities, as well as dedicated access to the Loggerhead 332 parking space.
The Neighborhood:
For those familiar with the East End of Sanibel, Loggerhead Cay faithfully represents its laid back nature and sublime beauty. Featuring picturesque landscapes of beach reeds, Seagrapes, and Buttonwood trees, foreshadowing the lush 20+ acres of tropical beachfront this property sits on, one can easily understand why so many have adopted this community as their vacation spot of choice year after year. The community is known as one of the most family friendly on the island, providing guests of all demographics with a fantastic opportunity for sun and fun on Sanibel!
You will be near to restaurants, shopping, and activity, while still far enough removed to be reminded that you are on vacation and provided ample opportunity to socially distance away from the hustle bustle that can characterize island life during season. This location is also advantageous in that it provides quick on and off access to the causeway, as to allow guests a quick commute into and from Fort Myers without having to contest with Seasonal traffic. All in all, a superb residence in a superb location!
Getting Around:
Loggerhead Cay is centrally situated on Sanibel Island, just a three minute drive to the Sanibel Causeway and subsequently Fort Myers. We are less than a 45 minute commute from RSW, the regiona airport servicing Southwest Florida. Uber is available on Sanibel and bikes can be included in your rental.

We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to checking in.
E-Bikes are not allowed on property.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space they desire while on vacation.

Perfect Family Friendly Condo
We had the most comfortable stay at this Loggerhead Cay condo. The kitchen was stocked with every amenity needed. It was clean, spacious, great pool, and great walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Sanibel is back!
This was our first visit post Ian and was pleasantly surprised how many businesses are open. The storm’s devastation is still visible but it was exciting to see all the work going on to bring Sanibel back. The condo was awesome and we had a great time!!!

Wonderful experience
Great location, close to shops/dining yet felt private and safe. Evenings were peaceful & quiet. Condo was clean, welcoming & comfortable with all kitchen necessities. Closet space & many drawers in bathrooms/ dressers were awesome & made it easy to stay organized with luggage hidden away. The large walk in showers were great as were the large capacity washer & dryer located behind folding doors inside of our condo. We visited many close beaches but the best we found for shelling was just a short walk from our porch across to the back of the property. Showers are conveniently located at the end of the property to rinse sand off before returning. We brought our dog with us & many people asked to pet him, knew his name & talked to him daily on the beach. We didn't use the pool but being a former lifeguard, I can say that the pool was a very good size & well taken care of with clear water & had plenty of chairs/loungers. Would definitely recommend staying here.
