Appartement situé au coeur du 15ème arrondissement, face au métro Commerce, à 15/20 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffet, idéal pour se promener dans une rue animée et commerçante, avec de multiples boutiques et tous les cafés et restaurants environnants.
Récemment rénové et parfaitement équipé, vous serez chez vous le temps de votre séjour. Cet appartement de 2 pièces peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes avec un canapé convertible en grand lit simple (120 x 200) dans le séjour. Le calme est remarquable car l'appartement est au fond du couloir de l'immeuble qui le sépare, par 2 cours intérieures, de la rue.

GREAT location directly across the street from Commerce metro. The area is full of nice shops and cafes. Anne is a delight to work with and the apartment was luxurious in its furnishings. The separate bedroom is large and includes a closet and storage. The W/D works well too. The apartment is VERY quiet and the portable A/C works really well!

Anne-Francis, could not have been more kind and accommodating. She came herself to let me into the apartment and to review everything necessary to have a good stay. She provides excellent communication, in particular a written manual in English on how to use appliances, etc. Which helps very much. The location was great, and most of all at the end of a month long trip, it was so peaceful and quiet tucked in the back of the building. The building was very secure, which was also comforting. Her taste is excellent. The towels and bedding were so comfortable, and the shower was glorious after my long trip. I almost hesitate writing so many wonderful things because I’m afraid that it may not be vacant again when I need it! There are stores and cafés very convenient for shopping as well. When I had trouble with the Wi-Fi, she sent her son to fix it immediately. There’s nothing more I could’ve asked for.

The apartment is just as it is in the photos. There was a helpful manual as well for the heater and washer/dryer. Location was excellent, nearby metro stations. There is a lot of places to eat and shop at close by as well.

We had a wonderful stay in this little flat. Super convenient to all the sights in Paris in a lovely little neighborhood that was vibrant with lots of little shops and normal, everyday people. Not a major touristy area. Flat was super quiet and clean. Air conditioning and laundry machine were hugely helpful. Beds were very comfortable and Wi-Fi worked great. Bathroom and kitchenette were renovated and great to use. Host was super communicative. Made for a lovely stay! Perfect for me and my kid.

Excellent communication with the host. She let me know about the local supermarkets, metros, and other nearby shops. The apartment was lovely, very comfortable...nice thick towels with towel warmer, washer/dryer, and Air Conditioner. The shower got hot quickly and the pressure was very good. Tons of shops and restaurants/take out food nearby. The property was indeed quiet and the metro about 100 feet away was the best. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Paris apartment! We spent 4 nights here and highly recommend. Clean, all the essentials, quiet, comfortable bed, and excellent communication with the owner. The location is ideal with fantastic patisserie steps away. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. 25 min walk to Eiffel Tower.

A wonderful stay in Paris in a great location. Metro and shops just outside the apartment building. Apartment was clean, recently renovated and with plenty of kitchen supplies to make our stay in the apartment comfortable. Our host was very helpful and met us at the apartment to explain everything we needed to know about. So nice to have a personal touch to the start of our stay. Cute little apartment just opposite Commerce Metro station. Everything was in perfect condition, and the decor was really nicely put together - with the same colour pallet used through out the apartment. We stayed 3 nights and it had everything we needed. It felt very relaxing and away from the crazy tourist areas, yet still just a short metro ride away. Communication was outstanding and check in/out was easy. Recommended!

Perfection!

We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location, the perfect size, the perfect host. Easy access to everything, quiet, close to the Eiffel Tower and in a not too crowded area with lots of stores and cafes near by. We LOVED it!

Anne, just a short note to thank you for our wonderful Paris accommodations. Not only is your apartment comfortable and well-appointed, it’s perfectly located. Rue du Commerce, with its narrow cobblestoned single lane street, shops, cafes and Christmas lights feels like a village within the city. The café and metro are right across the street, the sushi shop is one step to the right, and the patisserie is two steps to the right. After walking the streets of Paris for 4 days, I can’t imagine a better place to stay. We’d love to stay with you again when we revisit Paris. Thanks again. Steve

I adored my 9 weeks in this apartment, alone much of the time but with lady friends coming to visit.

This is a wonderful location. Close to major Metro and good connections. Safe, ground floor, well appointed, not glamorous but very utilitarian. I pray to return!!

Perfect Stay

Great location in a friendly and safe neighbourhood with easy access to the metro. Delicious food options nearby. The property was very clean and fresh, the air conditioning helped on one warm evening. The convenience of having a washing machine really helped as well. Would definitely love to come back and stay again. Anne was very friendly and responsive; we truly enjoyed meeting her.

Wonderful- Exceptional apartment on our favorite street in Paris

The apartment far exceeded our expectations- great location, immaculate, bed was so comfortable and the washing machine was a plus. Anne was unbelievably kind and helpful- she is truly one of the best hosts we have met! We would return there is a heartbeat.

Cozy and comfortable in a great location

We very much enjoyed our month in Anne’s apartment. It was quiet and cozy - just the perfect size for the 2 of us. Public transportation (both bus & metro) is close by. We loved having a dishwasher and an efficient easy to use washer/dryer. Thank you, Anne, for making us feel welcome in your very clean, well equipped location.

We booked this property many many months before our trip. Anne was very kind and helpful from the day we booked. She kept in touch with us throughout our planning, even being accommodating to our many flight changes by the airline. She met us at the property at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know and gave us tips for getting around. Without hesitation, we will look at one of her properties for our next trip.

Je joue régulièrement au tennis et golf, aime sortir et diner avec des amis. J'aime également les voyages, source d'enrichissement et de découvertes. Et enfin, le design, l'architecture et la mode font partis de mes centres d'intérêts.

Je suis tombée sous le charme de ce logement, parfait pour accueillir des amis ou des vacanciers. Si je devais séjourner quelques temps à Paris, il serait pour moi le lieu idéal tant pour son agencement que pour son environnement (place du Commerce) ou encore pour sa position idéale dans paris pour se déplacer, se promener, visiter ou sortir.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

L'appartement est lumineux, les éclairages sont multiples pour satisfaire tous les goûts. La chambre est doté d'un placard spacieux et le lit est de tout confort.
Le séjour permet d'accueillir 3 personnes avec un module formant le canapé-lit astucieux (lit simple) et, le plus important, également confortable. Un lit Bébé peut également être installé avec un vrai matelas.
Autre avantage : vous pourrez moduler et arranger le salon selon vos envies, et facilement.
Je prends plaisir à vous accueillir avec le sourire. Soigneuse et exigeante, j'aime que les personnes autour de moi se sentent bien. Je suis toujours à votre écoute et là pour vous aider.
