The location of the property in relation to Universal is very good- it's only about 10 minutes by car. The property itself leaves a bit to be desired. The apartment/condo complex is filthy- dumpsters overflowing and trash/garbage everywhere. Lots of noise from outside the unit at night. The unit itself was in fair condition. There was a lack of kitchen pots/pans/dishes/cups; there were no hand or face towels and the towels left for use smelled musty. No hot water in bathroom sink and the dishwasher did not clean.
It was a fair price for what was received.
One bedroom apartment full of amenities and nice touches. Lots of this was new to me especially gate access app, and had some concern intitially; but worked perfectly. Very happy with this visit.
I needed a temporary location until I was able to move into my home. The inside of the property accommodated what I needed. When I first reserved the property, the listing mentioned a king bed with bunk beds in a separate room, and when I arrived onsite there were two queens in one room and two twin bed/trundles in the living room. Owner did well with the communication, I would say better instructions getting access into the property initially but otherwise everything else moving forward was fine. If I had any recommendations for the property owner, I would say buy a ice cube tray, oven mitts, and dedicated kitchen towels.
For those new to the Orlando area like myself, the neighborhood is not the quietest and the area is somewhat close to downtown/Orange Blossom Trail, so make sure you are aware of the location.
The property is nice. Very much designed for a younger crowd who are not planning on staying. The availability of the washing machine was very helpful. The only issues we had were the bed in the bedroom was too low but the 6 bed availability was incredible
