We had a fantastic stay at Mark and John’s. The location was great and was only about 15 mins to the parks and super close to Disney Springs and the outlets. There was a good amount of food options near the hotel, including a Dennys and IHOP, and shopping places. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great having a separate living room and from the bedroom. Also having a kitchen area to cook in with everything we needed and a full size fridge was great. Beds were super comfy and clean and there was a pack and play there for us to use. There was plenty of free parking in the lot as well even on the nights we came back late from the parks. Mark checked in with us multiple times through our stay to make sure we had what we needed and that was appreciated very much! Would recommend this rental highly to anyone looking to book close to WDW. We will defiantly be back for our next vacation! Thanks again! - Heather and Kaiden

The only thing was that this was a suite at a hotel. The address was to the hotel and was confusing as I did not see any indication it was hotel property. That said, it was a nice place, very very close to anything you want to do in Orlando and clean. Host was great and kept in communication every day.

We squeezed a quick trip into our schedule and this was perfect for our Disney and relaxing trip. We were close to the parks, Disney Springs and walkable bars/restaurants. The pool was quiet for the mornings we wanted to relax. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. John and Mark were great to work with and stayed in constant communication with us for any of our needs. I would definitely look into this same place for our next stay.

The property is centrally located which makes it super convenient for shopping, eating, and park access. The room was nice, and well equipped and furnished. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Very quite. Comfortable bed. Close to attractions and hotel where my seminar was. Pool area was big, clean and comfortable The only issue I had was with my GPS taking past the property. Thanks to the owner for having a picture of the outside of the facility. Will visit again.

Place was very clean and host was very responsive with any questions. Nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Outside heated pool and hot tub are a plus! Bathroom and kitchen could use an update, but other than that, very nice place to stay.

Perfect location!

This was in the perfect location for us!! It was easy to find, the surrounding area is quiet, and it’s only a couple of minutes away from restaurants, Seaworld and Disney Springs!! If you prefer to leave the chaos at the theme parks, then this is the place to stay!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner, Mark, was great, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is really close to the theme parks and anything else you may need while staying. We would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this complex because of its convenience. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again. It was perfect for a quick trip, but had the convenience of a small kitchen! Thank you for having us.
