Sunset Azul est une villa au rez-de-chaussée entièrement rénovée avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain à l'extrémité sud de Holmes Beach. Cette unité a été mise à jour et est confortablement meublée. C'est calme, mais proche des commerces, des restaurants et des arrêts de tramway. Mieux encore, cette unité est à seulement quelques pas des plages de sable blanc. Cette villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de plans de travail en granit, d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, d'un coin salon confortable et de chambres luxueuses, meublées clé en main dans un magnifique décor de l'île. Les équipements comprennent également une piscine chauffée, laveuse / sécheuse, télévision par câble, DVD, Internet haute vitesse, climatisation, barbecue à gaz et plus encore. The most perfect place to stay for our fanily of 5. The walk to the beach was 2mins, so many amazing restaurants/shops/cafes near by, and the pool was so fun. Seabreeze was fantastic to work with during our stay. They even reached out on our 2nd day to see if we needed anything to make our stay better. We have already rebooked with the company for next fall break!

A great time at this property

We enjoyed our time here at SunSet Azul!

Sunset Azul was the perfect home for a family of four. The main bedroom had a large comfortable bed and the second bedroom had two twin beds. The kids loved their room as it was very cute and cozy, had its own TV, and a good sized closet. The home is located steps from the beach. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach to a nearby cafe for hot tea and fresh squeezed lemonade. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time!

The bungalow is literally a 3 minute walk to the sand of Holmes beach. There are two parking spaces, which we're confident for guests or if you rent a golf cart. The location is prime. It is on a quiet side street. Pool is shared between 4 residences. Bungalow has a grill and washer/dryer on site. We had a fantastic time!

A Beautiful Place highly recommended!

This is a great unit! Full kitchen, washer and dryer IN UNIT, comfortable bed, and beautiful natural light through the unit. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and Walgreens/Publix. 2 parking spots are your for the unit also. We also appreciated having access to the beach equipment and small pool on the property. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

A location that can't be beaten! Can't wait to return.

I had an amazing time at Sunset Azul. The moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and fresh the condo smelled and it stayed that way during the entire week! You can't beat the location. A simple walk around the corner and you are on the beach.. not crowded and just perfect. I also enjoyed the pool that was at a perfect refreshing temperature. The host is absolutely lovely and answered any questions I had about the property. I adored everything about my time spent there and can't wait to return.

Perfect Beach Rental

Azul is a very nice vacation rental. It's has a very nice layout and amenities. I used the grill for steaks, fish and burgers. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Beach is a close walk and beautiful. White sands an super clean water of the Gulf. They provide a nice beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. They provide just about everything you need including,; dishwasher and laundry pods, towels and beach towels. The pool is beautiful with nice lounge chairs. Super recommend Booking here.

Another great stay at Sunset Azul

It was another great stay at Sunset Azul. I absolutely love the location. I can walk to and from the beach throughout the day to grab a drink or take a break from the sun. It's also an ideal location to check out different areas since it is in the middle of the island. The place itself is spotless and feels very new and comfortable. I slept like a baby every night and got to take an early morning walk collecting shells at sunrise. I couldn't ask for more. Wish I could stay forever!

Overall Satisfaction

The cottage was exactly as depicted! It was clean, well appointed, very close to beach, gorgeous landscaped pool right outside the door. There were plenty of lounge chairs. Which were very comfortable and not falling apart which was a sure plus to me! The owner came by to see if everything was okay which I’ve never had in all my travels. Loved our experience there!

Excellent Stay!

EXCELLENT communications between me and Seabreeze, constantly getting a text or an email. Even a few phone calls. I was very impressed with them. The unit we stayed in was wonderful. Very nicely decorated the air conditioner was awesome! The outside was nicely landscaped. The only suggestion I could say would that there should be two trash cans outside for each side and if you want people to recycle there should be a can inside to have them put recycle into to take to the street.

Our stay at Sunset Azul was fantastic!! Lisa was a great host. It was a very tidy and lovely space equipped with everything you hope for. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed...plus some. The big bonus was the in unit laundry! Our kids loved the pool and all of the pool toys that were available for all of the units to use. Easy walk to the beach and stores like Walgreens and Publix. We hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful place!

My family stayed at the Sunset Azul and it was a dream vacation! Beautiful place close to beach, very clean, well stocked and great pool area! Also, the beds were so comfy! I slept better than I do at home! SeaBreeze did a great job with communication throughout the whole process and was very prompt anytime I had questions. I was very impressed! Also, the last day we had a late flight and they let us store our bags at their home office. They even greeted us and gave my kids some swag! Loved meeting the people there! Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back with my family next year and staying at same place!

Sunset Azul unit 1

The property was beautiful and the condo was quint, charming and just the right side. Appliances and washer and dryer were in great condition. The stay was quiet and peaceful. The only few recommendations I will suggest are : Patio table needs to have an umbrella, replace beach furniture, and mattresses that are more comfortable. It is a little gem. The condo was clean and stocked will. The interior was charming. Overall a great place to stay.

As advertised, a lovely property that is close to the beach.

This property is everything it is advertised to be & I loved the beach vibe décor. The short walk to Holmes beach was so delightful. The property was very clean and quiet. The bonus of having a cart to pull beach gear including the beach chairs provided made it even easier to enjoy a day on the beach. We have older kids so didn't use the pool much but it is a beautiful area & others were enjoying it frequently. Bonus is the proximity to Walgreens and Publix for any items you may need in a pinch.
