Ce complexe au 7100 Gulf Drive est bien gĂ©rĂ©, entretenu impeccablement et a la rĂ©putation d'ĂȘtre l'un des meilleurs de l'Ăźle!

Profitez de la plage de sable blanc juste en face du complexe, trempez-vous dans la piscine communautaire rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e ou faites une partie de tennis (les courts sont Ă©clairĂ©s). Le complexe est sur la route de tramway gratuite de l'Ăźle et il y a un arrĂȘt juste en haut de la rue sur la 78e et Gulf Drive. Le chariot permet de se rendre facilement dans les magasins locaux, de manger un morceau ou de simplement s'asseoir et profiter du paysage pendant que vous parcourez l'Ăźle.

Ce 2e Ă©tage, unitĂ© de fin a deux chambres, deux salles de bains et est entiĂšrement meublĂ©. La chambre principale / principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante. Cette salle de bain vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e en octobre 2019! La deuxiĂšme chambre est meublĂ©e de deux lits jumeaux et offre un accĂšs rapide Ă  la deuxiĂšme salle de bains. Les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs sont situĂ©s dans la chambre principale et le salon. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une cuisine de base. La terrasse privĂ©e offre un aperçu du golfe du Mexique et est parfaite pour prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner ou dĂ©guster un verre de vin le soir! Nous avons des chaises de plage Ă  votre disposition. Si vous avez besoin de chaises supplĂ©mentaires, vous pouvez demander au gestionnaire immobilier sur place.

Le complexe dispose d'une buanderie, il est donc possible de faire votre lessive sur place. L'unité a une place de parking réservée.

Clean, convenient, with the old island vibe. We absolutely love the Nautilus and will definitely be back. Claire and Deena were so helpful and accommodating. So many amenities included in the unit. Just steps to the Gulf and Sunset. 5 Stars!!!

Your condo is beautiful! We loved the decor, especially the art you have hanging on the walls. The kitchen was well supplied and everything was very clean. It was very quiet while we were there (no construction noise and few people). The complex looked great, too, considering the two hurricanes that hit last year. We enjoyed the beach and the pool almost everyday. We also noticed your lovely book and game collections, as well as, beach toys and items for people with young children.

Felt like home. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. Relaxing location, quiet, family orientated complex. Great size beach, water depth slowly increased with gentle surf, so great for all ages. Wonderful sunsets.

Perfect location

Steps from the beach, you cant go wrong! Views of the gulf right from the balcony! The condo was clean and plenty of room. Lovely vanity area for getting ready. Even a dishwasher so theres no washing dishes on vacation! Check in was a breeze! Very quiet street and perfect area

Our Third Time Back!

We had yet another beautiful, relaxing, and fun-filled week here at the Nautilus. I've said this before in a review: the relaxing vibe of this place just can't be topped. Everyone is so kind and accomodating.Clare's condo is clean and very well-furnished. We hope to come back for a fourth stay! :-)

Short Title

Nice. The hurricanes did some damage, but the room was great and the construction didn’t interfere with us at all. Good quiet place at night. Deena was very nice. Had a great time.

Sunset Paradise

This condo is very nicely decorated with comfy furniture. Dining table and balcony table provided ample seating. Coffee table perfect for jigsaw puzzle. Loved the walk in shower. My only suggestion would be to provide additional silverware. Only 1 dinner fork, 4 dessert forks, 5 spoons and 7 knives. We had a great time with Family and extended family. The sunsets every night were a highlight. Ann Marie is a great place to vacation.

Great location

The condo is located at such a perfect spot on this beautiful island. The beach is so beautiful and you can set off on many fun adventures from this spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. Fritz was very helpful and we met very nice people who were staying at other units at the Nautilus. We had a fantastic time staying here

warm and wonderful

I loved the hard wood floors and the cleanliness of the property. The pool was wonderful and simple easy access to the beach made things simple and relaxing. wished for more pillows in the master and a few extra clean blankets. But the furniture and decor was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Right on the beach

You can’t beat the location of this place- literally steps from the beach, and half way between Bradenton and the end of AMI. Great pool, laundry on site, nice people and Fritz the manager is right there if you need anything. There is construction/renovation going on, but it didn’t bother us too much. Great place - would stay there again!

Amazing stay!!

My family and I had an absolute blast on our first visit to Ana Maria Island. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The proximity to the beach was terrific and we were able to quickly run out to catch a sunset every night. The complex was clean and well taken care of. Fritz the property manager was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed being able to utilize the pool when we needed a break from the beach. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs to lay out and relax. The properties location was a great middle point to go between the northern end and the southern end of the island. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Excellent Location

Property was taken care of well. Interior of unit was nice but could use some simple upgrades such as shower curtains, kitchen supplies, towel racks and ceiling fans. Overall it was delightful and I'd stay there again!

Our Second Time Back!

My family returned to this condo for the second time and again had the most wonderful, relaxing experience. Clare's condo is well furnished, clean, and updated. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained by the friendly property manager, Fritz. The vibe at this place just cannot be beat; everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Thanks to Clare for being uber responsive and accommodating! We certainly love AMI.

Relaxing, quiet getaway!

We had a great stay in AMI. This property does not have a beach view but is an easy walk to the beach and the pool. The complex and the pool are both very quiet (most of the people staying there were older) but there were tons of people out on the beach if you're looking for kids and more activity. Both Clare and Fritz were wonderful and we were so thankful that they were able to be flexible on our check-in/check-out times. We will definitely be back!

Overall good stay

We loved the facility however the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work so the bedroom was miserable to sleep in
it was so hot !! The vents were completely open in the bedroom. Also the ceiling fan in the living room looks like it is going to fall at any moment. Other than the two fans the stay was wonderful. I informed the facility person of the fan the first night but it was never addressed.

Great!

Our family stayed a week and enjoyed our visit. The condo is clean and updated. It could use more utensils, but other than that, no complaints. The location is perfect. On the beach and an easy bike ride to Pine Ave for shopping and fishing at the city pier. We would stay again. The property manager, Fritz, is great and very helpful.
