Brand New Peaceful Trois Chambre Maison avec vue

Bienvenue... Desert Serenity est une toute nouvelle maison et a été achevée en décembre 2018. Venez profiter de tout ce que le sud de l'Utah a à offrir, dans le confort de votre maison, dans notre belle maison de trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Nous sommes nichés dans un quartier calme entouré de vues incroyables sur les montagnes.

La Verkin est situé au centre de tout ce que le sud de l'Utah a à offrir. Notre maison est à 30 minutes du parc national de Zion et à 2 heures du Grand Canyon et de Bryce Canyon. Nous sommes situés à seulement 15 minutes de Sand Hollow State Park et de Quail Creek State Park, où vous aurez accès à la plupart des sports nautiques, des sentiers de VTT et des dunes de sable sans fin. Les parcours de golf Sky Mountain et Sand Hollow sont situés à seulement quelques minutes, tandis que les clubs de golf Coral Canyon et The Ledges sont à 40 minutes. Il existe également d'innombrables sentiers de randonnée et de vélo. Pour ceux qui s'intéressent au shopping et au divertissement, vous pouvez être à Saint George en 25 minutes, assister à un concert à Tuacahn en 45 minutes et être au centre-ville de Las Vegas en 2 heures. Pour les mois les plus froids, visitez la station de ski Brian Head située à environ 90 minutes.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed to relax after our adventures. The leather sectional with reclining chairs was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking and exploring. The location was ideal, with an easy drive to Zion National Park and close to great restaurants and shopping. The owner was wonderful to work with, friendly, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay here while visiting Zion. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was strong, and the family room had the best La-Z-Boy couch—perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Kitchen was great, we like to cook had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable plenty of towel, etc. Yard was spacious, they had a fire pit which was a plus for us. Close to stores, Walmart not too far away. Close to Zion national park. It was just adults but if you had kids the one bedroom would have been ideal.

We had a wonderful two night stay here and really wished we had longer. Set on a very quiet and peaceful street, but within a 10 min walk to local restaurants it was just perfect. One of those places where the pictures just don’t do it justice! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the rooms spacious with plenty of storage space and the icing on the cake was the number of coat hooks - so practical and well thought through.

Excellent base close to Zion

We stayed here with our grandkids while visiting Zion NP. It was about 25 mins from the park which wasn't too bad. Meanwhile, the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the nice open layout made it great to hang out together. Grocery store was nearby and we loved Red Fort and Indian restaurant just a couple blocks away.

The house was a “home away from home!” It was very clean, warm, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. It was a great location for visiting Zion, Kolob, and Bryce. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and The Owner was very easy to communicate with. We loved our stay.

Easy to book rental, in a very convenient location on West side of Zion park just 20-25 minutes from park entrance, reasonably priced and away from the crowds. Very clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend.

Hi... We are the Didericksens (Mont and Mindi) and Majors (Jeff and Stephanie) and we want to welcome you to our home. We live in Northern Utah but have spent the past 25 years traveling to Southern Utah to enjoy warm winters, ball tournaments, outdoor recreation and all that Washington County has to offer. As a family (Mindi and Stephanie are sisters) we have dreamt of the day we could have a "home away from home" and in the spring of 2018 our dreams came true as we broke ground on Desert Serenity.

As a family we spent countless hours driving through Washington County looking for that "special place" to call home. We wanted a location that would be central to Zion, Sand Hollow, Brian Head and all that Southern Utah has to offer but not compromise our desire for a quiet and relaxing environment. Upon our arrival at Cherry Orchard we knew we had found the place. With the east facing backyard (offering evening shade), the quiet neighborhood and the INCREDIBLE mountain views we know you will feel the same.

All of our furnishings, linens and kitchen items were bought new with comfort and convenience in mind.
