Senior Citizens Annual Gaither Fest Trip

Overall the property this year was good
just not AS good as property 219 that we are used to staying. The many steps were too many for our older group
both steps up to the entrance and the fact that there were lots of steps to the third story bedrooms. We realize that rodents can visit ANY home uninvited and unexpectedly, but this was an unwelcomed surprise. There were a couple of sticky traps in closets so at least the problem was being addressed. This was I think the fifth year staying in this renter’s properties and we have always been satisfied.

Everyone in the group loved the beds. This property is on the difficult side to access for the physically impaired so keep that in mind when booking.

60th birthday celebration

The cabin provided plenty of room for all of our guest. The furnishings were great. All of the beds were comfortable. Has a steep driveway but manageable. A lot of stairs. They need to do a deep cleaning on the floors everybody’s feet were black on the bottom. Should bring slippers or leave your shoes on otherwise the house looked clean. Water pressure in the shower not that great. Plenty of towels great assort of dishes. Washer and dryer was great to have.

Perfect Family Vacation

The location was great especially being near downtown so it wasn’t a long drive at all. It wasn’t high up on the mountain which my family loved about the cabin. Plenty of room for 10 people.

Perfect Location

We loved that you could walk to the bottom of the hill and catch a trolley. There lots of room for large family. The dishes and cookware could use an upgrade, but we made due.The hot tub was great . We went hoping to see bears, we did at the cabin and out in town .

Family vacation

We had a great time. Very nice house perfect for our family. The only issues we had is that there was no house number on the outside of the house for an easy find and the trash bin outside was not large enough for a large family spending a week with no trash pickup.

The entire place way great. Parking was our biggest complaint. 4 cars in that space was a bit much! Everything else was great!

Great stay, cabin was in excellent condition. The only issue we had was lack of curtains for people who were sleeping in the living room. Besides that everything was perfect!

Gatlinburg Christmas Vacation

Very clean, bright and open! 5 primary bedrooms all with king sized beds and TVs with en-suites. Perfect for our large family. 3 stories tall so lots of stairs. Each floor has a pull out sofa bed which were great for our grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub out on the balcony. The host was terrific answering questions. They even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us upon our arrival. I did note to the host a few more essentials were needed for the kitchen and she was prompt in responding that she appreciated the insight and would add the few kitchen items, asap. The driveway is steep and there is room for two vehicles to park by the cabin and another one can park at the bottom on the street. If need be, a vehicle or two could park on the driveaway but the parking brake should be used. The location is perfect! Close to Gatlinburg's main street but far away enough from the hussle bussle. We all enjoyed our Gatlinburg Christmas Vacation.

Large cabin

Very large cabin. The cabin is well taken care of and very clean. Check in easy. Parking is very limited for a family cabin. Not a cabin for someone who struggles with stairs. Would recommend this cabin for large family.

Very pleasant stay!

A wonderful rental home. Each family unit had its own space while also having plenty of space for us all to be together. All the amenities were in working order and we had zero issues with anything in the home. 5 king bedrooms with 5 on-suites. Great hot tub. We had a minor wasp issue and the property managers were ultra responsive to assist us. Be aware of bears! They definitely will make a dusk-time appearance. Location is great, very close to everything without having to be in the thick of things. Yes, the driveway is steep, but we were able to park three cars by the rental without any issues. All in all, a great place!
