Three bedroom condo with 2 1/2 baths. Description on VRBO is accurate. It was a lovely condo and we had a fantastic stay. We hope to visit again soon and would definitely stay at this condo!

Everything was as it was supposed to be. Only had issues with wifi...owner responded quickly with issue with elevator not working. Would highly recommend area and accommodations!

Our stay was very nice. Plenty of room for my family. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and all the extra goodies that was provided. The only issue we had was it wasn't cleaned very well from the previous vacationers. We found lots of dust and dirt and even a piece of glass on the floor. We would like to stay again if we go back to that part of Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach 2015 from the Florida, New York Gang

Rented this Condo for a week in July / August. 2 Families shared the unit. The Condo was Fabulous ... Just as the description states. Walking distance to the Ocean .... Flip Flops Bar .... & the World Famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar. We were lucky enough to have Jeff hook us up with another Condo Owner in the complex & had 2 other families join us for the vacation week. The Condo Unit was very clean & was very well furnished. Washer & Dryer were an added bonus. Jeff was very easy to deal with & our Vacation went off without any hitches. Would defintely rent this unit again & will be recommending it to anyone visting the Myrtle Beach area.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay ,I have 2 teenage daughters and we all had a blast ,easy access to everything. No hidden fee`s or surprises when we arrived and booked. Unit was everything owner says it is and my wife appreciated the candle when we left so we can use it when we arrived back to our home for a great reminder ! Jeff was very easy to deal with no sales pitch just a genuine guy.

Hello, I was interested in renting your condo for a week. We would like to bring our motorcycles and trailer, does the condominium allow that? Would we need to call ahead to make arrangements for a place to park the trailer?

We rented this condo for the month of October. The condo was very nice, convenient location and had all the comforts of home. Owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Everything was exactly as described and the price great. Will rent this unit again.

Very nice condo

A very nice unit for the price. The unit was clean as was the whole Pelican's watch complex. Owner was very easy to work. Beach is arcoss street within a 3 min walk. Washer and dryer are a plus if you what to wash/dry swinning suits ot beach towels. Great location for families with small children. Would stay there again.
