Condo en bord de mer avec vue dégagée au premier étage. Zone est une grande escapade en famille avec l'unité située sur une rue sans issue. L'unité est fraîchement peint et décoré avec un thème tropical. Le salon et les trois chambres ont une télévision et un lecteur DVD. Projeté dans balcon de la salle de séjour et balcon privé hors master suite sont meublées avec des tables et des chaises pour les loisirs en plein air. L'unité a une laveuse et sécheuse et une salle pour le stockage sur le porche d'entrée pour les engins de plage pour votre commodité.

Landing Pelican dispose de deux piscines avec chaises longues, barbecues et des tables de pique-nique, aire de jeux pour enfants et piscine pour les enfants sur cette belle propriété paysagée. Deux ascenseurs, chariots à bagages et un parking couvert sont disponibles pour votre commodité.

Great vacation rental

This condo was great, it’s all new and updated and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is stocked well with anything you would need to cook. We have been to pelicans before and this condo is definitely one of the nicer ones. Ron and Carol made the whole process very easy.

We had an amazing family vacation. We have stayed at Pelican's Landing previously so we really enjoy that area of the beach. Close to many restaurants, shops and things to do. Only problem- as I understand a check in time but if the condo is ready I don't understand why an early check in is not possible. We had family arriving at all different times and one had traveled from California and our other son arrived around 1pm. We unfortunately were stuck in lots of traffic so we made it around 3:30. We tried the combination to get into the condo and it of course would not allow us in. Until 4:01 pm the combination would not work. If it wasn't ready for the next guest I would understand - then we left something when we left and had to call the housekeeper to let us back in which we appreciated very much. Overall, excellent stay

Annual family trip

We stay at Pelicans landing every year and always have a freat experience. This ywar the unit we stayed in fitnour needs perfectly. We have stayed there before and fornthe last fee ywars weve had family stay in that unit. Always a wonderful time. Owners are fabulous to deal with and their condo is well taken care of ans feels like home.

4th of July

Condo was clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. Everything mostly as expected. It’s a little out of the way to attractions and happenings but not bad. We enjoyed the pools atmosphere and beach access. Would have been 5 stars easy if the beds weren’t so hard.

Girls trip 2022

Had such a fantastic week with the girls at this condo. Wonderful area and oceanfront views were great! Unit was laid out well and mostly clean. We did find dirt/dust along the baseboards and beside dressers but nothing we couldn’t wipe up quickly ourselves. We did get a surprise visit from some very large cockroaches over the course of the week. Check in/check out was easy and fast. Beach access was super close and pool was great. Overall would stay here again.

Thanks for your 5 star review. We do strive to make everyone's vacation experience a 5 star. If you had notified us about the dust on the baseboards we would have contacted and sent our cleaning company to the condo to take care of it. We do pay to have an exterminator treat the condo for roaches. We will call them to let them know. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Amazing!

We used to stay every year at Pelicans Landing in a unit owned by a friend of my husband! He sold his unit and we haven’t been back in a few years! When we found this unit we were ecstatic! It was nextdoor to the unit we always rented! Our stay this time was perfect! It is the cleanest rental I have ever been in! The location is perfect and we had everything we needed! We love this place and are so happy we have found another unit to hopefully be able to come back to every year!

Great condo and vacation June 2023

The condo is in a low-rise building we were on the first floor overlooking the pool right off the elevator though there was no noise. Very convenient to get to the pool and the beach within 2 to 5 minutes. The owner has extra chairs and Beach shovels and buckets for the kids. Plenty of towels. The condo is perfect actually seem better than the pictures. Nice to have the laundry right there in the condo so we can keep things dry. definitely recommend this condo

Perfect ocean views

Our family loved this condo! It had an amazingly beautiful view to the ocean with palm trees and dunes. Kitchen had everything you needed and your own laundry. The elevator and grocery carts really helped with loaded and unloaded your gear. The place was well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo!

We love the Shore Drive area & have been staying there for 15 years. We needed to find a 3 bedroom place & this more than fit the bill especially being ocean front. The rental process was easy & the condo was clean with a layout that was perfect for us.

Myrtle Beach Rental

This three bedroom condo, two bathrooms, was very clean and a wonderful location for a family vacation. We had four adults and one child that was two. The condo is on the first floor and was so convenient for parking and going to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to return next year.

Great location and family friendly. Grounds and building are clean, however room could have been sanitized and cleaner, especially during this Covid time. Definitely would return again for 3rd time.
