Desert Morada est notre plus rĂ©cent Ă©tablissement et est l’un des 12 duplex en duplex situĂ©s autour d’une piscine rafraĂźchissante. Toutes les unitĂ©s ont des cours arriĂšre clĂŽturĂ©es, des laveuses et des sĂ©cheuses, un accĂšs internet wifi et une tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble. Maison J est rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec deux chambres et une salle de bain complĂšte avec douche Ă  l'italienne. Chaque chambre a un lit king size. Les nouvelles fenĂȘtres sont baignĂ©es de lumiĂšre naturelle. Casita donne sur la piscine rafraĂźchissante et l'amĂ©nagement paysager du dĂ©sert. Parking sĂ©curisĂ© et pavĂ© dans une rue calme. Soigneusement meublĂ©es, toutes les nouvelles cuisines et salles de bains! Nouveau carrelage en bois partout. IdĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  dix minutes en voiture du centre commercial Tucson et de bons restaurants. Non loin de l'UniversitĂ© de l'Arizona et des hĂŽpitaux de la rĂ©gion.
Les tarifs mensuels n'incluent pas l'Ă©lectricitĂ© - nous facturons sĂ©parĂ©ment pour cela. Factures d'Ă©lectricitĂ© typiques: 50 USD par mois en hiver, 80 Ă  100 USD par mois en ïżœïżœtĂ©.

Quite and Clean

We liked our spacious 2 bedroom unit. It was clean and had everything we could possibly want including big towels for the pool. It was a quite settling and near a grocery store. We would return again.

Cleanest VRBO ever!

We stayed a full week. This place is super clean! I had two complaints
 beds are not terribly comfortable and the plastic chairs by the pool are brittle. I would assume from the sun.. perfect size for our stay!

Beautiful property, better than we expected

The owners/managers have taken a property and rehabed it to a beautiful vacation stay. Everything has been updated very nicely, the buildings and the grounds seem to be perfectly maintained, and the whole property is beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed meeting other guests, many of whom were repeat visitors. Although the neighborhood is not very walkable, the location is right near many of the attractions that are of interest to us, mainly bicycling and hiking. A good grocery store is one block away; many more, and lots of good restaurants, are not much farther away. We'll be returning!

Great Little Casita

Lovely little home away from home with all the mods cons you could ask for. Would both stay again and recommend to anyone else looking for a nice place in the Tucson area.

Cute and Cozy

This spot is excellent! I did not walk the neighborhood or know anything about the area surrounding it, but the unit/community is very safe, secure and wonderful. I stayed alone in the unit and felt safe at all times. It is very spacious, quiet, and offers everything you could need. The gated parking lot and assigned parking space is very convenient. You can get a hold of management at any time. I would definitely stay here again!

Casita near The Loop

A very nice compound. It is very well maintained. The property owners are very responsive to any questions and needs. The location is great for people who are coming to Tucson to cycle. The casita is very close to The Loop. Enjoyed our stay. Coming back next year.

Winter respite

Great quiet getaway

Loved this 2 bedroom Casita in a small unique and quiet complex. Very comfortable accommodations, safe and very easy access to everything we wanted to do in Tucson. Will definitely stay here again.

the casita was nice and we felt safe behind the walled facility,

property was nice, wish the pool had been heated, tho we new in advance that it wouldn't be. The area seemed run-down and I wouldn't want to walk down the street at night. I will NOT be using VRBO services again, as I was charged an additional fee by VRBO just for using there services. Thus I was charged by VRBO for using there service which I had already paid for. Never again.

Safe, secure and close to the Mall

Amazing stay.

This place is amazing. Everything was spotless and immaculate. The bed was so so comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Maintenance was needed and they responded immediately. Parking was secure and gated. We will be back.

Nice small complex of modern casitas/townhomes

The 2 bedroom unit had unique, comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for 3 adults. Located near the foothills, we could easily access the river wash trails for cycling and the Sunday farmers' market while still getting to downtown attractions easily. This complex is a number of casita-style units around a small swimming pool with a gated parking lot. The kitchens are large and modern allowing us to cook many meals at home during our 3-week stay. The bathroom had a lovely tiled shower - you can tell that the ownership includes an architect.

Spacious, well-appointed gem

Beautiful home with two bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, full laundry and bathroom. Great location and very secure behind a large automated gate. My husband and I would stay again.

Just Perfect

We love it here. Cozy, clean, great location, secure property, private patios, excellent value. Walk to Sprouts and Rillito River Trail. Close to everything: shopping, downtown, etc. Pool is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend..

Refreshing stay at the Desert Morada Casitas

Clean and well-managed property with many comfortable amenities, such as washer/dryers in all units, front porches, back patios and a sparkling clean pool. Owners are very responsive with any needs you may have. I'd happily stay here again!
