We have been coming to Tucson for three years now and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. If you are looking for a two bedroom two bathroom close to campus this is it. The house was perfect! Quite large for a two bedroom two bathroom, very clean, nice touches like supplying water bottles, and the whole process was very smooth.

This house was exactly what my wife and I needed for our stay in Tucson. It was a central hub between all of our destinations that was very easy to get to from any direction. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had anything we needed, every room was nice and clean, and the washer and dryer were so nice to have available. The host was also very pleasant. Just a perfect stay all around.

I'm proud to call Tucson my hometown, having enjoyed its unique beauty since I was just a toddler. Sam Hughes beckoned me with its walkable streets, the comforting shade of large trees, the enchanting charm of its homes, the welcoming embrace of friendly neighbors, and the incredible convenience of being near the University of Arizona.

Some of my personal favorite activities in the local area include leisurely visits to Himmel Park, a short walk away, offering fun spaces for kids, a relaxing pool, bocce ball, and ample room for dog lovers. And being so close to the UofA provides the opportunity to catch thrilling sporting events, exciting Broadway in Tucson performances, and, of course, indulge in the diverse culinary delights of nearby restaurants and bars.

I'd be thrilled to offer insider tips and recommendations for your stay, ensuring you make the most of your time in our beloved neighborhood and city. Just ask!

The most rewarding aspect of hosting guests at my property is the chance to share my passion for this neighborhood and Tucson as a whole. Meeting people from all walks of life and introducing them to the beauty of Sam Hughes brings me immense joy. There's no greater satisfaction than hearing from guests how much they enjoyed their stay and felt at home here.

While every guest brings their unique stories and energy to our space, one memorable experience that stands out is when a family hosted a small reunion here. Witnessing their joy and the special moments they created in our bungalow was truly heartwarming.

As for our property, it boasts a unique blend of vintage charm and modern comfort, setting it apart from others in the area. You'll find it perfectly equipped for your stay, whether it's the gourmet kitchen or the delightful outdoor oasis. I'm confident you'll feel the magic of our home as soon as you walk through the door."
