Ce condo dispose de 2 piscines chauffées, d'une salle de sport et d'un bain à remous. Le célèbre John's Pass est à environ 3 km. Perfect Condo

This was perfect for our family. Quick walk to the beach and having the piers to fish from, my family had the best time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed already there! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

We rented the property for a week while several business co-workers were in town for corporate training. This location is within easy walking distance to a public beach access, and we could fish on the inter-coastal in the evenings after work just by walking out our door! Grocery and nice eating establishments are within easy walking distance. Accommodations were lovely and the unto was very clean.

Would stay again!!

We absolutely loved this place! From the checking in process all the way to the amazing decor! Checking in was a breeze, as well as getting ahold of Paul. He responded fast and made us feel so welcome. The pictures do not do this place justice! It’s beautiful and has everything you could ever need. This was our second time staying at the yacht club and we loved this rental! Do not pass up on this beautiful place!

Accommodations were lovely and it’s location was convenient to our traveling itenary We did as asked and took care of his house and had a good Tim the only thing we didn’t do was check in at office because every time I went they were closed with a limited time and unfortunately we had arrangements made that didn’t correspond with there schedule but had no problems with that either I would book again in a minute with this unit

Great Condo!

Spent the week of Christmas here with my wife and two sons. Great condo with a lot of room. Our family enjoyed the fun beach theme throughout the condo. We walked every where because everything was close including the beach. We walked daily at ROC park just across the road. Our boys enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. We enjoyed every part of this stay and had great communication with the owner.

5 Star condo

We have stayed at this condo 3yrs in a row. Paul and Cindy are excellent owners. The Condo is very clean and updated. The proximity to the pool, right out your “ back door” is a huge plus. The beach is also within walking distance. Along with a grocery store, CVS and a few local bars. Our friends that come and stay for a day or two, are always very impressed with this condo.

Perfect location and very comfortble accomodations. The property was as described homey and quiet

Great accommodations just as described. Beach a 5 minute walk Nd. Grocery store in iur backyard. The views are amazing amd we made ourselves at home in no time. Would rent this location again. It was nice to have everything we needed for the beach since we flew to Florida. Our granddaughter loved the beach wagon amd toys. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. The two sitting areas were great too. Quiet safe neighborhood. Our host was great!!

Amazing rental experience. Property owner was very professional and communicated consistently. Easy check in process. The condo is amazing and comfortable. Family of 5 and we were super comfy. Walking distance to the Madeira beach. I loved the fact that the pool is right behind the condo so we jumped in whenever we gat back from the beach. We did not have to bring anything for the beach because the condo had everything you could need. Would definitely come back!

Fun in the Sun

Condo was clean 👌 and ready for us. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were at Maderia Beach, Florida. Has a beautiful pool and we met lots of nice people there. There's a great park across the street and a wonderful walk way along the wate.r.also a great pier for fishing. We had a great two weeks there and enjoyed every day. The ocean is a short distance away with a beautiful beach area. ⛱ If you're older it's a first floor unit so no stairs to climb. Everything you need is there and the grocery store is a short distance away.

It was great! Just what we were looking for!

The property is as advertised. It is nicely decorated, has a great kitchen, is roomy and close to everything-including the beach. The owners, Paul and Cindy Freel were very friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with the water pump on the washer that needed to be replaced. Paul called a repair company immediately and it was fixed right away. The best part was that he was understanding and thoughtful through the entire process. We were appreciative! We were there 2 months, had a wonderful time and plan to return next year.

Don’t miss this property!

We have stayed at multiple locations in the MBYC and they have been fine, but Paul and Cindy’s place really felt like home to us. We hadn’t been there much longer than a day when we all agreed this was the unit we would want to rent over and over. The kitchen was fully stocked with so much more than I even expected- there was even an waffle iron. Having the two lanais was so nice with the kids, the pool is directly behind the unit, the grill was right off the lanai. Truly it was a wonderful experience. Paul and Cindy were quick to reply to any of our questions or concerns and we felt like they were just as excited that we were there as we were to be at their property. We cannot wait to come back again.

Just Perfect!

We picked the perfect location spot to spend our week vacation. Our daughter played in a softball tournament right across the street. No driving just walked across the street. We enjoyed the R.O.C. park even when she didn’t have games. Pickleball and a great walking path. The condo had everything (beach towels, wagon, coolers & lots of toys) for an active family. Stores were right at your fingertips along with several restaurants & the post office. We had a car but chose to walk most places. To get to the beach was maybe a 6-8 minute walk. The condo was amazing and very comfortable! Very clean! Pool was so close and it was awesome to be on ground floor. We felt very safe the entire time. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Hubby and I stayed 6 nights @ Paul & Cindy Freel’s beautiful condo. Communication was 5 ⭐️ cleanliness of condo 5⭐️safety of area 5⭐️ Friendliness of yacht club staff 5⭐️ease of entering property & parking 5⭐️state of art appliances, comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers, plenty of towels, plenty of cooking/baking/dishes available. Didn’t use grill or beach supplies but both were available. Porches were as attractive as the condo itself and the air/heat/lighting/appliances were all in working order. There were pods and dryer sheets available along with coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags. Winn Dixie and Dollar store short drive from condo, as well as the bay with benches. Too cool to use pool but have in previous stays and enjoyed. Did not use gym or billiard rooms this time but enjoyed on previous stays as well. We’re in our 60’s and I’m currently having issues that prevented us from walking too far so we didn’t get to the beach. Imagine someone younger would have no problems with the short walk.There are no complaints whatsoever regarding the condo. The Freel’s are 5⭐️with communication and we had no issues at all with them or the condo during our stay.

Peaceful!

The condo was just as it was listed and pictured. A few things we liked were: 1. Easy check in- stop at the office with your tag number to get your parking pass and head to the condo. You park right outside a locked gate that leads directly to the condo’s screened patio. It’s so close when you’re hauling all your things into the condo(suitcases, beach things, and groceries. We’re so spoiled now! We will always stay on the ground floor now. NO more elevators or stairs! 2. Safety- we all felt completely safe during our entire stay whether we were walking to the pool(50 steps from the porch), park(located directly across the parking lot), or walking to the beach(10 minutes) Winn Dixie(5 minutes). 3. Convenience- condo has beach towels, floats, cooler, chairs, and a wagon for a perfect day at the beach AND you don’t have to purchase it and figure out how you’re getting it home if you flew in like we did. However, the public beach rents loungers, umbrellas, and tables if you don’t want to bring anything but your towel and sunscreen! 4. Cleanliness- I don’t know how their house keepers do it, but we did not feel any sand anywhere in the condo. With that, it was very clean! 5. Responsive- before, during, and after our stay! They were always a text message away and I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple minutes. Thank you for allowing us to relax and rejuvenate.

Séjour mémorable…qu’on aurait aimé plus long !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le condo de Paul. La communication avec lui fut toujours très efficace et cordiale autant par courriel, texto et téléphone. Les instructions pour le départ et l’arrivée étaient claires. Le condo est impeccable, spacieux, très bien aménagé et bien équipé. La cuisine offre tous les accessoires nécessaires mais il n’y a pas d’ingrédients de base comme des épices ou autres condiments. Nous étions une famille de quatre incluant deux adolescents et tout le monde a apprécié son espace. Il y a également deux petits salons extérieurs qui permettent de se détendre. Le condo est situé dans un complexe très tranquille, occupé principalement par des petites familles. Une des piscines du complexe se trouve juste à proximité et elle demeure assez peu fréquentée aux heures de repas. Notre aîné a apprécié utiliser le gym qui était aussi assez tranquille. Il y avait beaucoup d’accessoires pour la plage dans le condo qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable (serviettes, chariot, jeux de plage, glacière). Le parc public situé en face est aussi un atout considérable. Nous avons apprécié les terrains de tennis et de pickle ball (il y a des raquettes) ainsi que le terrain de basket (ballon fourni). Nous n’avions pas de voiture et nous avons pu profiter des environs aisément en allant faire nos courses à pied (épicerie, magasin vendant de l’alcool, pharmacie) à moins de dix minutes. La plage est à environ dix minutes à pied. Elle est propre, accueille principalement des familles et offre un petit restaurant sur le bord de la plage incluant des salles de bain. Si vous voulez un peu plus tranquillité, il suffit de marcher cinq minutes à droite sur la plage, vers Reddington Beach car ce sont des condos et des résidences privées qui longent la plage. Vous pouvez apercevoir des dauphins ! Vous pouvez également utiliser le trolley bus pour un coût modique pour visiter d’autres plages du secteur. Nous avons visité Treasure Island (plage blanche assez vaste, près de plusieurs commerces, qui offrent des locations de sports nautiques, chaises ou parasols). Nous avons aussi apprécié Passe-a-Grille, qui est accessible en taxi, qui est assez étroite mais qui présente l’eau la plus claire et turquoise permettant d’observer plusieurs poissons. Ste-Pete est aussi très agréable autant pour flâner et faire du magasinage , les musées comme celui de Dali, les beaux et bons restaurants, apprécier la nouvelle architecture du Pier. On recommande !

First time snowbird

Let me start out by saying that Paul is an extremely gracious host. He is very accessible and available and always ready to answer any issues that may arise. The property and location were perfect, however I felt it was a little smaller than I expected, especially the bathrooms. The bedrooms are a good size, the only problem is there is no access to the closets that are in each bedroom. That was a problem for us as there was nowhere to hang anything for 6 people, especially coming with winter coats, besides nowhere to store all the luggage. We ended up buying over the door racks to hang some things. There is a smaller chest type closet but definitely not big enough for 6 people. Also, we felt there were not enough bathroom towels for everyone, only one per person. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. The area is great and loved the amenities. If you don’t mind limited closet space, you will love this home.

Great time

Nice size unit in excellent location. Very well kept community minutes from everywhere: CBS, Beach, Bars, pool Enjoyable!

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice condo. Really enjoyed our stay. Close to grocery store, eateries, and a short walk to the beach. Loved being near the inter coastal and the park across the street. Enjoyed watching softball games, and other activities, or just talking a walk around the park. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Owner very responsive. Loved eating meals either inside or in one of the two enclosed side porches. Would definitely stay at this condo again.
