Appartement confortable situé dans un quartier calme. Conduite privée pour voitures ou bateau. Quartier établi avec une entrée. Lanai extérieur pour se détendre avec une zone de jeu étendue.
Situé à quelques minutes du lac Hickory.
Principales attractions de cette zone: stade Charlotte, 1 1/2 heure, Biltmore House 1 1/2 heure et stations de ski Boone NC 1 heure.


Super endroit pour rester seul ou en famille!

Appartement avec allée privée, parking et entrée de plain-pied.

L'espace
Mon appartement attenant est bien éclairé et a beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Parce que ma maison est au bout d'un cul-de-sac, l'appartement est calme et offre de l'intimité. Ma maison est à seulement trois kilomètres du lac Hickory et d'un accès par bateau local utilisé pour la navigation de plaisance, la pêche et la marche (exercice). Mon espace est à 50 minutes en voiture de Blowing Rock / Boone Area et à environ une heure d'Asheville, Charlotte et Winston Salem.

Je suis à environ une heure et demie du domaine Biltmore, du stade Bank of America (Carolina Panthers), de la cueillette des pommes, du ski sur neige et de l'eau, de la bonne randonnée, du Blue Ridge Parkway (de beaux paysages à l'automne lorsque les feuilles changent) couleur) et de grands magasins à Charlotte ou dans les magasins d'usine de Blowing Rock. Je suis à moins de 16 kilomètres du stade CRAWDADS et du centre de conventions Hickory Metro.

Accès invité
Les clients ont accès à l'appartement de sous-sol de débrayage. Terrasse privée avec coin salon extérieur. Tous les clients ont accès à une salle de bain, un salon avec cheminée à bois et un espace cuisine.

Great place to stay

We were in town to move our son into college nearby and this place was a great find. Owner has it stocked with everything you need, the place is very clean and beds are very comfortable. The owner is very accommodating and communicated with us frequently making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Felt like home

For all ages!

My 96 year old dad and I stayed here for four nights while visiting his 94 year old wife at Brookdale Senior Living. It was a short drive and very nice accommodations for both of us. Beautiful setting, well appointed inside, very nice host, and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Deborah.

This is the most comfortable place I've stayed at

Beautiful property if you like quiet away from town a few miles this is the place to be has a grill to cook with the interior is amazing like being at home. The host is a very nice lady and keeps it set up nice. We will be back to stay again

Wonderful place

Spent the weekend there for my son’s birthday. What a wonderful place. Clean and comfortable. We had the Firepit burning all weekend. Nice quiet neighborhood and huge back yard to hang out in. Property owner was great.

Check in was very easy with a key code door . There is a large kitchen with a microwave ,Kerig (with coffee and creamer ), popcorn popper,air fryer ,pretty much anything you could think of . Snacks were left out as well .

This is a fabulous property whether with a family group or group of friends. Every want or need has been thought of by this host for your comfort! Way above and beyond, plenty of everything and then some. It is like staying with your sister or an old friend.

Hickory Area Getaway

We used this rental as a convenient place for family to gather for a weekend. Unit was very clean and exactly as pictured in listing. Location in a quiet residential neighborhood was good for us. Enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and would have used the fire pit if the weather had cooperated more. Lots of nice touches from the owner like a duraflame log for firepit and k-cups/sugar/creamer for coffee.

I was in Hickory for a professional training at LRU. My family traveled with me. This property was a short drive to LRU. The neighborhood was quiet, and the accommodations were lovely… and cozy indeed! In my opinion, however, the true magic of this property is its host! She is a gem of a human being. No matter the time of day, she was responsive— almost immediately! … and when a family emergency arose suddenly, she was kind, compassionate and flexible. Hoping to stay with her again next summer when I have training again!!

Returning Guest to Hickory

Great Place. I love the comfortable reclining leather chairs. So quiet. So close to Hickory Lake and Public Boat launch, Shady Hiking Trail along lake and fishing docks. If I have to be away from home for work much nicer to stay here near lake than in Business District.
