Great location

Perfect home base for a beach stay. Loved walking on the beach lazing by the pool and enjoying the view. This was a perfect place to stay and make our own meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Great spot for our get away.

Clean and Well Stocked

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Oceanview is actually better than it appears in the listing photos. King bed was very comfortable. The owner is very nice and was available for any questions we had.

Maria’s place is tastefully decorated. Everything you might need is provided. Bed is very comfortable. Icing on the cake is the ocean view from balcony.

Small apartment

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed a month. We did not realize it was bike week. Very noisy and the parking was terrible. Otherwise it was very nice. It is small perfect for a short stay.

The rooms were clean and well stocked. The view was amazing, and the other tenants in the building along with the staff were very sweet. Will stay at Maria's again. Absolutely wonderful host and excellent communication. She was available to accommodate and communicate.

It does have an ocean view but you are looking at public toilets below the balcony.

Hi Shar . Yes you are right you can see the bathroom from the balcony and they are across in the public park. I wish you could say also some positive about the unit or the amenities and been right on the beach.This is the first any guests complains about the park. I am sorry that you din't have a nice time, this things I can do nothing about it, The city decided to make a park there and we couldn't do any thing about it. Hope you be more happy next time in another place.

This quaint little condo was perfect for my family of 4! Two boys, my husband and I. We stayed 3 nights/4days. Check in & out were easy! Any issues were handled very quickly and by the owners themselves. Very personal. They are very thorough in making your stay accommodating and peaceful! They even worked on the 4th of July to help without hesitation! We will definitely be staying again. Thank you Maria!

Little Paradise

We've just spent a month there and loved our stay. The condo is very clean and well equipped. There's absolutely nothing missing except you and your toothbrush. The balcony is great, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the city. The sunrises are magical. The building is well-maintained and the staff very friendly.The pool is so big. Maria is available and quick to respond to our requests. We had a dream vacationThank you Maria for sharing your Little paradise. I recommend it.

Good location to the beach

Room was good. This is an older building. During the stay one of two elevators was out of order the final two days of our 8 day stay. Not a big issue as Room is on the 3rd floor so use of the stairs became a faster option. There is still visible hurricane damage and continued repair operations. Parking is a challenge after 6pm. Room 4 stars, building 3 stars.

Nice property

Maria is an outstanding owner, very communicative with us as renters. My son and I stayed during my son's baseball tournament. Maria was great about letting us get into the rental early. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Happy that pool and gym were open, as many properties still have their amenities closed, almost 2 years after Ian. The staff at this facility works hard at keeping it clean. Only compliant, which isn't Maria's responsibility, is that one of the two elevators in building was not working, so only working elevator had long waits, and got stuck for some renters on day we checked out. But since our unit was on third floor and near the stairs, we always took the stairs. Just be sure to bring amenity key because stairs are locked to get access from ground level.
