Welcome to our top floor oceanfront studio condo at Sea Dip Beach Resort in Daytona Beach, Florida. If you are searching for a Daytona Beach beachfront condo with private balcony views, you have found it.

Located directly on the sand, this oceanfront studio features stunning Atlantic Ocean views from your private top floor balcony. Enjoy breathtaking Daytona Beach sunrises, refreshing ocean breezes, and the relaxing sound of waves just steps from your door.

This family friendly beachfront studio comfortably sleeps up to four guests with one spacious king bed and one full size sleeper sofa.

Brand new custom blackout curtains provide excellent light control for restful sleep after a day at the beach. Bedside charging stations with USB and USB C ports, along with touch lamps, make powering your devices simple and convenient. The rotating TV can easily face the sleeper sofa for comfortable movie nights, and an oscillating fan offers additional airflow.

The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, plates, cups, bowls, and silverware, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals in your Daytona Beach condo.

Beach essentials are provided for your convenience, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. Just bring your suitcase and start relaxing.

Sea Dip Resort amenities include direct beach access, an outdoor oceanfront pool with updated lounge furniture, a newly renovated indoor pool, game room, laundry facilities, and free parking.

This was the perfect place was a long weekend getaway! The property is very clean and well maintained. The pool was great and the beach access was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated that they had all the beach gear! Some Great restaurants and shopping are just a beach walk away.

Noce short stay

Great hosts! Small unit with a full tiny kitchen that all works. Great for a couple but works with a kid or two as well. It's small with just one room with kitchen, small 2 seat table, king size bed and a pop out all in the one room. Oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator all work well.

We work right here in Daytona Beach so we purchased this unit for ourselves, our family & our friends but we missed hosting others (we sold our other rental) so we decided to share this one as well. We want to make sure our guest to be happy so that they think of us when they want to visit Daytona Beach again.
