C'est vraiment l'un des plus beaux condominiums d'efficacité à Daytona Beach. La vue depuis ce dernier (8e) étage, unité directe en bord de mer est spectaculaire!

Le complexe de condominiums jouxte un parc en bord de mer avec des tables de pique-nique couvertes, des installations de cuisine et une aire de jeux pour enfants.

Harbor Beach Resort a subi une restauration de plusieurs millions de dollars qui a Ă©tĂ© achevĂ©e en 2010. En plus des amĂ©liorations esthĂ©tiques, le complexe a remplacĂ© tous les balcons, balustrades, portes coulissantes en verre, fenĂȘtres et climatiseurs.
L'unité 804 a installé un nouveau plancher de bois franc, des lambris blancs à haute brillance, des moulures de rail de chaise, un nouveau siÚge et une nouvelle chaise en cuir,
Nouvelle suite en osier et nouvelles verticales. De nouvelles armoires de cuisine «style cottage» ont été installées ainsi qu'une nouvelle cuisiniÚre à surface lisse, un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, un four à micro-ondes sous meuble et des comptoirs en carreaux.

TrÚs bien placé, le bùtiment aurait besoin de rénovation, mais l appartement est bien et trÚs propre. J y retournerais sans hésitation, je vous le recommande. TrÚs bon rapport qualité prix.

Host was great ! Good communication and great welcome email with all pertinent information about door codes parking and access to amenities. Condo is in a great location plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Full oceanfront view from balcony for beautiful sunrises and great view of sunsets from the entryway which faces west ! I wish all owners were as well organized and professional as the owner of this condo.

Our stay was everything we expected. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pool area quiet and relaxing. Building located close to restaurants and some attractions.This was the first time renting from this owner. We will definitely use his unit again.

Great Location and View

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. The unit was clean and well equipped and met our needs. Check in was easy. It was a perfect place for long walks on the beach and to restaurants etc.

70th Celebration

From first finding this VRBO and communicating w/ the owner, all went extremely well - owner is/was very detailed in directions etc. There was not one issue at all, just followed owners instructions. This was a home away from home only better! The view was spectacular and we were extremely lucky with the weather - I will probably be back in the fall or next spring - and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for a very relaxing stay!!

Great communication very the owner. He responded to all my questions very quickly and accommodated my requests. The property is in a great location, the view is beautiful. Cold AC, big TV, functional kitchen. My daughter is 3 and was OBSESSED with the pool. She cried her eyes out when it was time to leave. We will certainly rebook.

Spectacular!!

This is our second stay in this unit, and it’s even better than the way I remembered! The unit is newly remodeled and spotlessly clean. The balcony is on the eighth floor and overlooks the ocean. Sunrises are spectacular. The owner is responsive and always available. The check-in process was smooth. The owner provided us with a welcome message that made everything so easy. The unit is walking distance from the pier and Oceanfront restaurants. I highly recommend for anybody to come and stay in the spectacular paradise.

Great view and attention to detail!

What a lovely condo! It's apparent that the stocking of the unit was well thought out and decorated with vacationing in mind. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We were there for the Daytona 500 and the location was the closest we've ever been able to find! The view is to die for and, though we didn't spend much time there, the pool area looked very inviting and well kept up. This unit stays on the top of our list!

Great location, comfortable stay.

We were in town for a week and this room was exactly what we were looking for. It was practically ON the beach itself. The room was pretty much exactly as described although it was a little smaller than I pictured in my head. It was very comfortable for the two of us but I feel like it would be a little crowded for more than that. The vertical blinds were gone and there was a curtain in their place over the balcony door. I would have preferred the balcony be private, with solid dividers but that may not be an issue for you. The furniture had been changed since the photos I saw in the listing. The sofa is small and is not that comfortable but we managed. There is cable and a HUMONGOUS TV, too large really for the size of the room and the furniture arrangement makes it not very watchable from the chair but there's always the bed. All that said, we had no real issues with the room except for the cable service. It was spotty a couple of days and didn't work at all on our last day. Host was quick to respond to my email. **My complaints concern the building itself and should be no reflection on this host. Indicated ice machines had been removed but there WAS ice in the lobby. Lights were missing leading to our room from the elevator. It was very dark and hard to open the lockbox without a flashlight. Trash chute room is very dark. Main building doors that were supposed to be locked at 7pm rarely were and sometimes stood open. Still, we'd love to stay here again.

Great Condo!

The condo is perfect for a getaway for two😍 the balcony right on the beach was my ABSOLUTE favorite!! Just beautiful! Very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable! The only thing I’d have to say is that communication with the owner was tough. We have stayed at many places over the years through VRBO and always emailed back & forth through VRBO the entire time. However, he never responded to my email. I had to call him. When I did get in touch, he said he’d email all the info for the room; Wi-Fi, etc and he never did. Definitely not a deal breaker. Communication just needs to be better. We had a GREAT time and loved the room!!
