Our family of 6 spent 4 fun nights at the home. Highlights were the proximity to the beach and tide pools, enjoying the outside patio and hot tub, and dinners overlooking beach. Access to the beach requires a short walk across the outlet of the yachats river but it’s easy to cross in lower tides. We also drove a couple minutes to the opposite side of the beach where you can just walk to the beach without crossing the river. The town had lots of options for food and fun. We enjoyed evening walks to the tide pools and watching the sunsets. Highly recommend this home for its location.

We had a wonderful visit at this property. Great kitchen with everything you’ll need. The views are spectacular. Spent lots of time sitting on the lounge in the front window enjoying it. Evenings in the hot tub listening to the waves and watching the stars was heavenly. We’ll be back.

I stayed at the property with my two kids grown ups now and my 3 grandkids. It couldn't be more more beautiful!! The kids loved taking short walks and returning to the cabin was always special. Eating our meals while planning our next day was fantastic. We all loved the location,!

Wonderful stormy stay

This house was in a great location-walkable to everything. Beautiful views and unique/timeless home. We appreciated the views. The basement game room entertained nieces and nephews during stormy, windy weather. Cozy warm for an older home. Great kitchen, eating area and living area with great light and views. Hope to stay here again.

Property Manager is really good with communication prior to and during stay. The sun umbrella for front porch was a great addition! Kitchen pretty well stocked, most seasonings and basic coffee (only 1-2 days of coffee so bring extra Kcups). For groups it's good idea to bring 2-3 rolls of extra TP and extra roll of paper towels.

Great location

Walk to town. Walk to tide pools. Walk to grocery store. Tremendous views from both levels. The house is clean and nicely decorated. All the furnishings were comfortable. This is a well planned vacation rental. And the hot tub with fabulous view was clean and just the perfect temperature.

The perfect girls weekend retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I walked by this rental house months ago and knew right away it would be an ideal place to come stay with friends. I was not wrong -- perfect location with ocean views, short walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and Yachats trails, open kitchen for cooking together, large comfy beds, and TWO decks (one with a hot tub). Doesn't get better!

Needs some work

We’ve stayed here for several years & have loved it in the past. The property now needs some freshening up and definitely new beds! All three of the beds were uncomfortable, there are several area rugs that are curling and are definite safety hazards, piles of debris on deck etc.
