Cet élégant 2 chambres moderne, 2 salles de bain maison avec de beaux planchers de bois franc est parfait pour deux couples ou une petite famille. Vues sur la ville, la baie et l'océan. Marcher le long de la seule plage de sable à Yachats ou explorer les bassins de marée. Si vous préférez, vous pouvez regarder les vagues se briser et plusieurs soufflures à droite de la maison. Prendre un bain dans le bain à remous sur le toit ou profiter des câlins avec un bon livre autour de la cheminée. Détendez-vous la nuit et profitez de la cheminée dans la chambre des maîtres. A une cour paysagée pour profiter du soleil sans la brise toute l'année.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, as usual. The weather was fabulous, sunny, a little wind. We love the house and the location. Owners had added a new deck and new outdoor furniture. Love the fact that there is glass around the patio. No problem if it's a little windy.

We enjoyed this home very much! One of the few times there was a working Hot Tub! The view is fantastic. We had everything we needed for a relaxing mother-daughter get away.

The view was beautiful! We were able to see and hear the crash of the waves against the rocks while relaxing, but were still able to enjoy silence when wanted. It took all of five minutes to get to either the center of town or the Cape Perpetua visitor center that gave us access to all the hiking trails we wanted. It was nice to not need to drive for hours just to have things to do.

Great place in a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family that loves to cook. Beds were comfortable. The side deck was wind protected and became our favorite room. The hot tub is in a great spot for a 360 degree view of the ocean, mountains and town. Property manager was highly attentive to our needs.

Amazing Location

The sweetest little house with the most breath taking view. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple things needing fixed but the owner is aware and working on them. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Dreams Start with this View

We wanted a family get together where we could relax, and we got it. Across the street (not busy) to the tidal pools or a short walk to the sandy beach. The house is great inside and well stocked with just about anything you might have forgot. It's a short drive into town and worth exploring. Have no problem recommending this home.

Great place

Fireplace was not working when we were staying here so house got cold but they did have a small space heater. They were very helpful. Great place. They allow pets which is so important to me and family members. I would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful location!The home was lacking in cleanliness and upkeep. Most of the doors could not be opened…a lot of deferred maintenance for this beautiful cottage.

Overall this place is great. It could use a better cleaning job. Washer is clearly marked on how to use but the dishwasher could use the same. The buttons are so worn you can not tell what cycle to push. Location and view are awesome

Amazing Views But Needs a Little Love

The location of this place is amazing. It has the view that everyone drives to see the sunset. The place is filled with windows, so you get an amazing view from every room. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. However, this place is in dire need of basic maintenance. A lot of small items needed attention but the property manager was accommodating and helpful.

However the three of us were not completely satisfied with the lack of seating in the sitting area. Also the door to the deck was inoperable. We had to go into one of the bedrooms to get out to the deck. The salt air had damaged the screen doors.

There were gale-force winds most of the week, but the home withstood the weather well. Yachats is a delightful small town with interesting shops and restaurants. We had one small issue with a lamp, but it was addressed quickly. Otherwise, the week was perfect. Thank you!

Agate point house

We loved the house. It was in a great location and it had different seating areas to enjoy the views of the ocean. We thought the beds were comfortable. The propane wasn’t working at the house, so no fireplaces or cook top burners. The management company did leave electric burgers for us to use, and they did communicate the day before we arrived the propane situation. We still had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the house. Loved the rooftop hot tub.
