Bienvenue à Coral Sands Beach House à Indian Rocks Beach! Votre chez-vous dans la petite ville balnéaire d'Indian Rocks Beach. Vous ne voudrez pas quitter cette propriété étonnante avec une atmosphère familiale très côtière! Le chic côtier à l'intérieur et le plaisir de la plage à l'extérieur!

Notre adresse est: 2301 1er. St., unité A, plage d'Indian Rocks, FL 33785. Nous sommes situés sur la 23ème avenue et la 1ère rue. Emplacement incroyable en face de la plage!

Vous allez adorer notre terrasse extérieure couverte à Margaritaville avec Tiki Bar et son coin salon! Détendez-vous et prenez un verre après la plage. Super endroit pour passer du temps avec vos amis et votre famille!

Nous avons même inclus une cheminée électrique pour vous garder au chaud.
Nous avons également une cour arrière avec des chaises en plein air, une terrasse ombragée et une douche extérieure parfaite pour un rinçage rapide après la plage!

Entrez et vous vous sentirez comme à la maison! Notre thème de récifs coralliens confère à cette maison de plage une ambiance côtière chic. Tout est neuf avec de beaux meubles de plage. Deux chambres et deux salles de bains avec une pièce supplémentaire ouverte à côté du salon avec un lit de repos avec deux lits jumeaux. En outre, un canapé-lit dans le salon pour un total de 8 personnes.

Récemment rénové avec tous les nouveaux meubles et tout le confort de la maison. WiFi gratuit et télévision par câble avec DVR et Smart TV pour se connecter à Netflix et Hulu. Nous avons inclus un wagon rempli de chaises de plage, parasol, serviettes et jouets de plage pour les enfants. Très propre! Garez votre voiture juste devant l'unité. Pas d'escalier ou de longue promenade avec des bagages ou des courses.

Très bien situé, à une rue de l'une des plus belles plages de la Floride avec des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Beaucoup de restaurants à distance de marche, y compris la boulangerie française, Sandys, 18 sur les rochers, Thai Pan Alley dans toute la rue.

Soyez au centre de tout tout en profitant de l'endroit calme.

Indian Rocks Beach est juste entre Clearwater Beach et St. Pete Beach. Il n'y a pas de gratte-ciel et le nombre de places de stationnement sur la plage est limité. Vous pourrez donc en profiter !!!

Coral Sands Beach House

The location was great, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was nice the host provided beach towels, chairs and wagon. Easy check-in, listing was accurate and house was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We love Indian rocks beach area. Walking distance to the beach! Check in was easy! Kitchen appliances were all super nice and made it easy to cook in. Had all utensils and everything you’d need! I loved they provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. The outdoor shower was awesome to rinse before coming inside. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of this property. We also really appreciated the fenced in yard for our pups. The property had some things that needed fixing. When we emailed the owners they were very responsive. We loved walking everywhere and the restaurants were great!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was absolutely perfect for an easy beach vacation and there were a lot of things supplied at the house to make it even easier! We also really enjoyed the backyard with the beautiful lights, patio furniture and shade, plus of course the outdoor shower that we use daily! The screened porch was also a lovely addition, and a wonderful place for us to hang out in the warm evenings. We really appreciate any stay where we can bring out dog and he loved sniffing around the backyard and lounging in the screen porch. This stay is exactly as advertised, and although the home is older, and has seen some renters, we had zero issues and the hosts were thoughtful when setting this home up!

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in IRB. The cottage is cozy and perfect for a few couples or a small family. We liked being so close to the beach, as well as several good restaurants. We liked the French bakery, the Beach Grill, and Guppy’s (highly recommend the swordfish!). The cottage is well stocked—we only cooked breakfast, but it was good for that—although I suspect that someone has taken a few coffee mugs because there were only three. I really appreciated that there was hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, and thoughtful touches like kitchen towels and gray towels. I also thought that the house is very pretty—I loved the arches and dark wood trim.

Fantastic experience

We were only able to stay for two nights, but it was wonderful! We loved being just a short walk to the beach. The highway, while busy, wasn't terrible to get across. The location allows for quieter beaches. We liked having the space for our family of four. We used the kitchen everyday. The tiki bar family room was awesome too. The only thing I can think to add would be a less sheer curtain on the door from the tiki bar to the sunroom. We found an extra shower curtain in the closet to help with the transapency. We can't wait to come back. IRB was the best!

Amazing AND Affordable

This was our first experience using a VRBO type of rental and I’m so glad it was here! The host was quick with her responses. She even offered to drop by if we needed help with anything. The house included all the essentials you would need on vacation just as if you were in a hotel suite but much better! The beach items were a God send for our daughters and the umbrella was a blessing for us! The outdoor shower even has hot water...wasn’t expecting that but it was a pleasant surprise! Honestly, this stay has set the bar pretty high for those that follow. For a family of six, finding comfortable accommodations can be a challenge. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone!

Worst rental experience

We are the type of guests who understand that things happen. So, as long as the host responds & resolves issues promptly, we will never mention it again, including in our review. That has always been our experience with past hosts. But the host for this property responded to say that issues will be resolved but didn't follow through. So I had to follow up multiple times. Finally, I had to contact VRBO to report the issues & even then, not all of them were resolved. The most significant issue: We killed several cockroaches inside the house & we asked the host to provide pest control services to address the issue. I followed up with her multiple times only to be told that she was waiting to coordinate her husband coming to spray with a required inspection with the city. I was in complete disbelief that she would leave her guests hanging with a cockroach problem because it wasn't convenient for her/her husband. While the roach issue was the worst, we also experienced several broken things: beach chairs, beach wagon, dishwasher handle, bathtub knob, ceiling fan (no pulls), as well as holes in the walls. Finally, the house was dirty & in desperate need of a deep cleaning. While the location is great, there are much better options...

Paula is a kind of guest that threatens Hosts to leave a bad review if she doesn’t get money back. She tried to blackmail us and messaged us ‘we tried to resolve this outside of VRBO but since you don’t agree we’ll have no option to leave a bad review’. Her behavior is against VRBO EXTORTION policy and should not be tolerated. Based on her review she has probably done this in the past. She also tried to say that our listing is not accurate because it says we provide beach chairs and one was broken. Some of her complaints are questionable since we’ve never had issues of that sort. We also provided 3 cleanings total, once per week, free of charge during her stay so for her to say the place was not clean is insulting and just not true.

Location, location, location!!!! So close to the beach and a pedestrian cross walk. Our family loved the screened lanai. Cute decor. There were a few minor gaps: no toaster, ice maker, first aid kit or lobster pot as listed. However, by no means were these deal breakers. We purchased and left for future guests a cooler on wheels and boogie board. We will definitely be back!!

It was alright

We stayed right after hurricane Ian. There was no damage to the IRB area from the storm. However, upon arrival there was no electricity at the home. Thankfully it was merely an over sight by the property owners. They had turned off the power to the home in preparation of the storm and not turned it back on. The owner was very responsive to communication and came over quickly to turn power back on. The HVAC unit did not cut on successfully at that time, however, and we had to reach out again about 45 minutes later to let the owner know the house was getting warmer instead of cooler. They did come back over and fix the issue and the house had cooled off by the next morning. The house was well stocked. There were beach toys, towels, chairs, and a wagon. There was plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and other basic toiletries. The kitchen was stocked adequately to be able to cook most any food you would want and the kitchen appliances were newer and very clean. The home in general seemed clean with the exception of a bath mat that was very wet. The neighborhood was nice. There was a large house across the street that was loud every night, but there were no safety concerns for our family. The beach access was quick and easy to get to. There were a few issues that are worth noting. During our stay we got a 5 minute notice that a maintenance worker would be there. We were just arriving home & not aware of the situation, so when we let our dogs out to potty, the worker &dogs were in for a somewhat unpleasant surprise. No harm done, but it was stressful. The worker completed outside work &had to come inside the home and access the attic. As the renter, I would have expected for these things to be taken care of on days and times the home was vacant. I did message the owner that we were uncomfortable having workers at the house and would prefer no one le come during our stay. He was responsive and said he understood &assured me that was fine. However the next day landscaping was at the home. When I messaged landscaping was there, they requested I ask the workers to make sure they cleand up the fenced in area. I was a bit upset as this is not what I was anticipating. The washer&dryer were not in great working order (we had to cycle multiple X) &the bath tub has some issues with the water fixtures, but everything else was in good working order. Furniture was great. Beds slept terrific. House was as appeared in pictures.

Super Amazing Wonderful Trip and Stay!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying at this property! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants close by within walking distance. My doggo was allowed!! (Keep in mind that Indian Rocks Beach does NOT allow dogs on the beach.. I did not realize this prior to going.. BUT we drove 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach, and north ClearWater beach allows dogs and it was SO WORTH IT). Great stay, property, communication, materials. Community was extremely laid back, calm and not super busy and crowded at all. We loved the tiki bar room. We hope to make it back some day!

Great location. Beautiful home. Friendly host.

The place was very nice and mostly clean. The only issue I had with cleanliness was that there was a lot of pet hair on the carpet. I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't had a baby crawling around on it, but it could have used a good vacuuming. Make sure to communicate with the host about the key code before arrival as the code sent by vrbo is incorrect. The location was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
