This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfectly located on an extra large property, just a short 3 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of fabulous Indian Rocks Beach, guests are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, shopping and beaches the area has to offer.

Newly remodeled, upgraded and furnished, this 2-story home features over 1100 square feet of beautifully air-conditioned living space with a loft-style master suite, private deck, and ensuite. The home has been equipped with everything guests will need to make their stay extra comfortable and enjoyable, including beach umbrella, beach chairs, wagon and his & her beach cruiser bikes.

The living area is clean and spacious with a brand new outdoor deck for resting and relaxing. Centrally located in the best part of Pinellas County, you will soon discover why the region is referred to as the Sun Coast! An easy 30 minute commute to Tampa International Airport, this fabulous beach property is non-smoking.

The kitchen is fully equipped including choice of two coffee makers, (Keurig & traditional Mr. Coffee), blender, toaster, can opener, etc.

The house was fantastic! Perfect location, clean, had everything needed. Host was the best. Very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Definitely our favorite rental ever.

Fantastic Beach House

Joanna was a wonderful host with a beautiful home just a couple minute WALK to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!

Adorable beach bungalow in a great location!

We spent July 4th weekend at this lovely renovated home 2 blocks from the beach! The garage housed a beach wagon, chairs and insulated beach bags. Everything you need for the beach! Living, dining and kitchen open floor plan with a bedroom and bath on the first floor. A large deck for sitting outside and relaxing - a quiet escape after a busy beach day!The upstairs master suite has a en suite bath and private balcony. This is a charming rental that feels like home. Joanne is super attentive and has thought of everything! One example is the bath towels - they were soft and fluffy - the best towels I have ever seen in a rental! Our favorite restaurant, Guppy’s is right down the street, so leave your car in the private parking spot! Definitely would stay here again! 🥰

The Perfect Coastal Retreat!

We have been coming to IRB for over 25 years and I absolutely loved this beach home! Joanna, the host, was fabulous and her hospitality was much appreciated - the welcome snack basket and waters were a great touch. The home is light, bright and airy with beautiful updates and finishes. It's the perfect quiet spot to relax and refresh! Cleanliness, comfortable beds and furnishings, nice outdoor space on the upper and lower decks, and the coastal decor made this the perfect retreat! The location is awesome - less than a 5 minute walk to the 17th Street Beach access (IRB chairs & umbrellas location) and our favorite, Guppy's restaurant. The only regret is that I didn't book a longer stay. Highly recommend Flamingo Road to others and we will definitely be back again!

If you're clicking around debating on multiple properties, with several tabs open, and many favourites--stop here and book this property!You'll find dozens of reviews on this site for a wide variety of properties; many mentioning the cleanliness, safety, and location of a property. This location goes above and beyond any expectations you may have for staying with VRBO.The location is almost undersold by the listing... You take one right turn and you can see the beach access. It's a corner unit in the midst of a wonderful residential area of the beach. Quiet, safe, and so pleasantly relaxing you will forget everything about your real-world troubles in exchange for tropical bliss.Everything you'd need for the beach is included on-site. Every appliance is brand new and SPOTLESS.I've stayed at dozens of properties on this app, and I can safely say this goes into the VRBO Hall of Fame. I could write an essay exclusively focused on how accommodating and responsive we found the Super-Host Joanna. I've never dealt with a particularly "bad" host in my travels, but many are focused on giving you the keys and only speaking again once they need a review. This is NOT Joanna--she could teach a class on how to properly host on this app.We asked for an earlier check-in as we were arriving earlier than expected, she made that happen. We asked for experiences, restaurants, and suggestions and we received a voluminous response. Joanna's property is worth it, no exceptions.

In preparing this vacation home, I've worked hard to make it clean, comfortable and inviting for all those who wish to explore the area. As a dog lover and owner myself, I know how important it is to be able to share life's adventures with our furry companions which is why I chose to make this a dog-friendly property.

Indian Rocks Beach is one of the Sun Coast's best kept secrets in my opinion, and I'm so excited to share it. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.
