Magnifique condo en fin de deuxième étage à seulement 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Ce condo offre tout ce que vous pourriez demander pour échapper au froid. Les expositions est et ouest offrent des brises de mer incroyables et un magnifique balcon pour passer la journée à la plage, à la piscine ou au tennis. Toutes les commodités sont proches: épicerie, pharmacie, plage, shopping, restaurants. Cette maison vient d'être mis à jour, de nouveaux meubles et prêt à être apprécié! Terrific Location and Ideal Host

I stayed for a month and enjoyed every moment. The extra half bath and air mattress were lifesavers when I had family visit for a couple of days. I’d rent this property again next year if I could, but it’s already been reserved. Host was able to help me find something for next year, too.

Comfortable one bedroom condo.

We loved the balcony which was in the shade of several palm trees. The condo contained everything we needed for our stay. We’ll be back for certain. Bob was a joy to work with, and knowing that he was always available by phone if we needed anything was great.

We stayed at Bob’s condo for a month, October into November 2025. One of the best parts of our stay was the helpful responses we received from Bob both before and during our stay. When minor questions came up Bob was very helpful and responded quickly. The condo is very nice, clean and well decorated. Lots of space, open concept kitchen/living room with new appliances and everything you need to make meals. Having the two bathrooms was nice when we were both trying to get ready at the same time. The bedroom was large with a comfortable king size bed and walk-in closet.The condo was equipped with everything you need. Good internet and TV package, 55” TV, three beach chairs, nice patio set, large good quality bath and beach towels and all the basics to get you started. The surprise was a collapsible clothes drying tree that held a lot of clothes which came in very handy because there are some clothes we don’t put in the dryer.The condo is in a very nice and safe development. There are 2 pools, tennis and pickleball courts and beautifully kept grounds, all just a short 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the closest beach. Our two favorite beach parks with lots of parking were Carlin Park a 5 minute drive or Jupiter Beach Park a 7 minute drive. Great location, close to everything – lots of restaurants, Publix, Walmart, and shopping.Looking forward to our stay at Bob’s next year!

Robert to the rescue!

I had to give a lower rating for the cleaning but that was no reflection on Robert, but rather his cleaning company. I alerted him to the problem and he handled it immediately! He was super responsive and offered information and suggestions on the area. He was an EXCELLENT host!

Fantastic option, would stay again

Great property in a beautiful location, with no safety concerns at all. About a 10-minute walk to the beach but there is also plenty of roadside parking 50 yards from the sand. Spent a month here and would do it again! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Beach Condo! Amazing property and a hidden gem - we love this place.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. This is our second stay here and you can’t beat the location. The owner was a joy to work with and very responsive. The condo was absolutely spotless and just like the pictures. The home is very spacious and comfortable and is well equipped with everything you need. There was also brand new patio furniture on the balcony which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our coffee each morning out there and our cocktails each evening. The balcony is shaded so it is very comfortable. The beach is so close, it only took us a few minutes to walk there every morning We also walked to Carlin Park several times during our stay, it is a great park. The condo has two pools which were very nice too. We joined the Tennis Club on the property as well and played tennis each evening - the clay courts are beautiful. We will definitely be returning again in the spring!
