L��unité A 204 est située au deuxi��me étage du bâtiment A et comprend un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen-size dans la deuxième chambre et un nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette unité présente une décoration de bord de mer, une connexion Wi-Fi, de nouveaux meubles et de nouveaux appareils de cuisine.

Peachtree Place est conçu avec de grands porches et des fauteuils à bascule, reprenant les moments simples et insouciants de ‘Old Florida’. Profitez des piscines, de l'accès aux plages, du terrain de sport, des fers à cheval, du vélo, de la marche et bien plus encore.

Recommend and top of our list for next PCB stay!

I was hesitant because of the ridiculously affordable price, but the condo lived up to our expectations and exceeded them. We loved the size, comfortability, proximity to the beach. We traveled with an infant so I was worried about baby-proofing, but the condo was already very safe and we didn’t have to move many things out of reach. It seemed very clean, aside from stains on the couch/chair. We really, really enjoyed this quiet community and would love to stay at this location again. Unbeatable price for the condo!

Location, location, location

This is our 3rd stay since 2017. Nothing has changed or been updated during this time. Sofa and chair are very dirty looking and stained I found quilt and placed over it. Mattress on King bed is sunken on both sides and should be replaced. Minimal items in kitchen. Front windows are so dirty it’s difficult to see out. Check in for the unit is 10 miles east and you may not find out until 30 minutes before you arrive. TV difficult to operate and no instructions. No soap and very few towels. Those available are worn and stained. However, the property is clean. Nice pool and unit is directly across the street from boardwalk to the beach! AC works well!

We really loved this condo. The location is great, beach access directly in front of complex, quiet community, check-in and out was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this owner and their condo, would choose this one again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Place

It was perfect. Quiet part of town, easy access to beach and needed stores. I gave 4 stars for check in and description because you have to drive about 20 minutes away for the door code and they are building homes where you used to be able to see the ocean in the first picture. It was still wonderful and would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

If you like being away from big crowds of people this spot is great not as crowed on beach we do not like big crowds so this location worked great for us. Simple booking process, simple check in/out process. We loved staying there.

Terrible experience with LSI Properties. They moved our reservation without telling us.

They moved our reservation without telling us. The property had stained sheets upon arrival. The door would not lock without the key locking it. The shower curtains were an old ripped liner that caused a lot of water leakage. The location was wonderful though.

its was everything we hoped for...beautifully decorated and clean....lots of supplies BUT only 1 washcloth in each bathroom....I went out and bought more....bed comfy....room needs shade or curtains....BRIGHT all nite from outside lights and morning sun but WE loved it anyway....right across from the beach and the pool was next door !!!We enjoyed pool everyday and played shuffleboard at night...would love to stay here again..!!!

Fantastic Place!

First off, the pictures doesn't do this place any justice!! When we first got to the property we had no idea that the office wasn't on the property and was trying to figure out what we was suppose to do to check in. I contacted Counts Resort Properties they apologized for any confusion and gave me the address where to go to check in. Once I got to the office Brandi was so nice and also apologized again, she gave us a tour map along with other stuff to do around Panama City.. She was very professional and made me feel welcomed! once we arrived back to our unit and we went in, it was so clean and had such a home feeling that we knew we chose the right place. The beach is right across the street from the condo ( perfect b/c we had a 16 month old baby with us, so we didn't have to carry her far). Everything was provided for us, just like at home. all we had to do was get our own groceries. It's in a very quiet location and everyone in the building was so nice and respectful. the rooms are good size we had 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby and yet there was still enough room for us all. This is the perfect spot for a Family! We will definitely be back next summer!!

Nice, Quaint Condo

This condo exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you would need for your beach vacation. One of the rooms has a nice closed off porch area, and there is also a large porch area in the front. The only problem we had was that we had to climb the steps each and every time. (That was only a problem because we had our elderly mother with us) But even then she wasn’t complaining because we were right across the street from beach access 73. It was nice to have the beach right across the street and it wasn’t hard crossing the road because this side seems to be the more quiet end of PCB. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone viewing and considering. We will be back!!
