Wow! Be one of the first to book our condo and enjoy it for your beach vacation! Our condo is new to the rental program and we have it ready for you to have a fabulous stay! Don't let the lack of reviews concern you due to it being a new rental. Tropic Winds is a fabulous, beach front, condo located in the most desirable west end of Panama City Beach, Florida. Our beach is spacious featuring over 300 feet of pristine sand and the beautiful Emerald Coast.
Immediately upon walking in the door of our Tropic Winds condo, you'll be mesmerized by the beautiful views of the gulf. Then you'll notice that we've upgraded the flooring to gorgeous luxury vinyl planks and recently painted the entire unit including the balcony railings. Looking for a beach-front property that looks and feels new and features an enormous balcony with spectacular views? Then look no more, our condo offers all of this plus nice and comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, upgraded toilets, nice decor, laundry room, and assigned parking under the building.
The kitchen features wrap-around cabinetry and breakfast bar. The living room includes a comfortable sofa (with sleeper pullout) and dual recliners which are fabulous for enjoying the gulf views, watching television, or taking a relaxing nap. A new 65" LED wall-mounted TV is wonderful for watching sporting events and movies. The gulf-front king master bedroom offers balcony access and private bath. The guest bedroom is large and includes 2 queen beds and convenient access to the guest bathroom. A separate laundry room includes a large capacity washer/dryer combination (purchased in 2021). Other recent updates include the water heater, replaced in 2023, and the A/C Unit, replaced in 2021.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require an additional $40 parking pass.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
