Studio spacieux - Casa Tres Lunas # 1

En plein cƓur de 5 dĂ©cembre, Casa 3 Lunas est une maison de style Puerto Vallarta. DerriĂšre ses portes se cache un grand patio verdoyant avec des arbres fruitiers Ă  savourer. Il est Ă  quelques pas de la plage, du centre sportif municipal et juste en face du marchĂ© aux poissons. Il existe Ă©galement un accĂšs facile aux bus qui parcourent Vallarta.

Il s’agit d’un studio complet avec cuisine, faisant partie d’une maison avec un patio commun oĂč vous ĂȘtes toujours le bienvenu.

En tant que professeur d’anglais au lycĂ©e, je travaille Ă  temps plein pendant la semaine, mais je suis accessible par SMS pendant mon absence. Je suis habituellement Ă  la maison et ma porte est toujours ouverte pour rĂ©pondre aux questions ou donner des conseils.
Anglais, espagnol, français et italien parlés

Je fournirai du café et des filtres, de l'huile d'olive, du sel, du shampoing et du savon.

Wonderful stay in authentic Mexican home!

We thoroughly enjoyed a 5 week stay in this very large and comfortable studio. Rosana is such a lovely, attentive and knowledgeable host, always there if we needed something. Authentic Mexican neighbourhood, feels very safe, people are friendly, great restaurants and very walkable to ocean. Excellent market close by.

Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay in this friendly, lively, authentic Mexican neighborhood. Rosanna was very easy to work with. The apartment was clean, quiet and as advertised. The bed is very comfortable. There is a wonderful outdoor market a 2-minute walk away.

helpful owner, nice central location but a little sketchy at night. Comfortable well appointed large studio. Great for 1 or 2 people. The sleeper sofa is best for children. Friendly pets on site. Lovely garden space with fruit trees.

Lovely abode

The location is perfect for a local flavor of the neighborhood with a close walk to the beach and town. The host was available for questions and gave great recommendations for dining. I would definitely revisit the casa for my next trip to PV. It’s a very different experience from a resort or condo with a pool and amenities so make sure you know what your intention is before booking long term.

Warm and Friendly

Fresh starfruit, friendly dogs, and a sunny patio created a warm and friendly stay. Our host was always available and very responsive. The property is in a PV neighborhood within a short walk to the fish and vegetable market with many resturants, bars, buses and taxis nearby and a 6 block walk to the beach. We felt comfortable, safe and secure.

Feel like a local

A short walk from the beach but a world away from the resorts. We loved the experience of being in town. The property was secure and provided a great place to relax when we felt like taking it easy. There is a great cafe next door, La Petite Maison, a wonderful way to begin your day. Overall a great place to stay.

Great spot for a local feel

Rosana was absolutely wonderful! She is very nice and very helpful. This property is a less than 10 minute walk from the beach and from several different restaurants. Honestly it was a better experience than what I could’ve hoped for. I would definitely stay here again as the place was even better than in the pictures. I would recommend to anybody looking to have a local feel while visiting.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I love my neighborhood, even if it’s a bit noisy at times. There is so much going on a few steps from the gate, and I rarely need the car. A walk to the malecón, the beach, the mountains or the open market are easy to do.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My property is full of trees, most of them are fruit trees. I started by planting a few and I’m slowly growing a forest. In the middle of the concrete streets and city life my garden feels like an oasis. My two dogs and two cats enjoy watching birds come in and out, and butterflies too!
