Propre et soigné, cet endroit idéal comprend un VRAI lit (matelas en mousse queen) et tout le confort de la maison! 1 blk de l'autoroute 101, vous profiterez d'une détente tranquille. À quelques minutes de la magnifique forêt de séquoias et de l'infâme avenue des Géants. À 18 miles du College of the Redwoods, à 35 miles de l'Université d'État de Humboldt. Riche en flore et faune, à quelques pas de la rivière Eel, ou à 15 minutes en voiture de la réserve faunique de Humboldt Bay, ou au cœur du parc national de Redwood. La plage est à 15 minutes en voiture. Désolé, PAS d'animaux pour le moment.
Comprend un lit queen-size délicieusement confortable. Le salon arbore un futon queen size. TV dans le salon. La salle de bain a une petite douche. Cuisine complète, approvisionnée pour utilisation. Le réfrigérateur est de «taille dortoir», mais convient pour quelques jours de nourriture.
Belle terrasse à l'arrière de l'unité.
Il y a une autre unité sur la propriété, mais ce studio est calme et privé.

We love the outdoors and were able to reach the Avenue of the Giants from here. The place was clean and we were able to make our meals easily. If the weather would have been warmer the outside patio would have been lovely to enjoy.

I love this place, mainly for the location. The host is friendly and professional. She kept me informed about weather notices. I was able to extend my stay without any problems. When I return to this area, I will definitely plan to stay here.

Rio Dell Gem

Great place for a couple to stay in the Rio Dell/Fortuna area. Very easy access to 101 making it easy to go North or South. Quiet neighborhood. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Also very nicely stocked with coffee/teas and bathroom necessities. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect for what I needed.

This is a cute little apartment. It is just the right size for a single or couple. The location is right off the 101 so there is easy access. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The Eel river is 1/4 mile away. There is also paved walking trail that borders the river.

Convenient location.

This was a perfect utilitarian place for 1 or 2 people. Close to the highway, the forest and rivers, not far from Fortuna.

Just what we needed

The Rio Dell Redwood Retreat was perfectly located for a trip to the Redwoods and more. The hosts are incredibly organized and have a cute little hideaway prepared with everything you'll need to enjoy a quiet vacation.

Fun Fun!!!

We had a wonderful time visiting Humboldt Redwoods State Park and the Lost Coast! Hiked many many miles daily, and had a nice cozy place to come back too ; to relax and dry off after long days! It was a perfect location and great for the two of us to retreat back to for some comfort and lodging!

Quiet and comfortable

Nice little place to stay while exploring the Redwoods and the Humboldt Bay area. The house is well supplied and comfortable. There is an interesting collection of books and some lovely art.

Redwood. Retreat was refreshing!

I enjoyed my stay. The rental was cute and provided everything I needed and had a cute outdoor sitting area. The hot water was a little tricky, but was fine after I figured it out. I plan on staying here in the future.

What a cute and lovely stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend getaway to explore the Redwoods and surrounding towns. The house is so cute and has everything that you need for a relaxing stay, including a full kitchen and tv. The bed was very comfortable and there was a kitchen table area where I could get some work done if needed. The backyard was such a lovely place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings or eat dinner. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property

This property was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to everything we needed and such a cozy space. The property owners left little touches to make the space welcoming. My favorite were the roses in the vase in the kitchen window. If we are ever in the area again, we will for sure be staying here!

Very unique!

This might be the most interesting VRBO we've stayed in! A little 1 bedroom built into a garage. It has all the necessities and Jim was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to questions!

Perfect stop for a redwood visit

Perfect stop if you are headed to the avenue of the giants part of the redwoods. Everything you could possibly need was provided by the owners with close access to the highway. Clean and organized property from top to bottom. I would recommend this property to others, exactly as described

Perfect for our needs

The place itself was so clean and well cared for. The hosts thought of everything. The only negative that we had was the size of the shower and that is a small negative that we knew about as we signed up for this. The Rio Dell town is really small without many options but Fortuna is 7-8 minutes away with more options. We found the location to be an ideal spot to visit the Redwoods South (Avenue of Giants) and the Redwoods North (Orick). Overall, we were really happy with the place and the seamless nature of the whole experience!! Highly recommend!!!

Little piece of paradise

Randi and Jim were absolutely amazing at communicating, the place was wonderful & clean, the bed was a little stiff for me but realize we all have difference preferences. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, lots of nice touches including coffee, granola bars, masks, hand sanitizer, shampoo/conditioner, fresh unopened sponge! The back patio is private and loved using the fire rocks gas fire pit!! Great stay, amazingly close to the Redwoods. I had a wonderful stay!! Thank you so much
