Confortable, privĂ©, et tout Ă  fait est cette adorable maison indĂ©pendante Ă  Santa Margarita. "Margarita" est idĂ©alement situĂ© au milieu de notre fabuleux pays viticole du comtĂ© de San Luis Obispo. À seulement 10 minutes de San Luis Obispo par l’autoroute sud 101 et Ă  20 minutes de Paso Robles par l’autoroute Nord 101. La maison est trĂšs proche de la ville et un endroit merveilleux pour se promener. Vous trouverez cette propriĂ©tĂ© extrĂȘmement propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour votre sĂ©jour. Je m'assure personnellement que tous les draps et les meubles sont en parfait Ă©tat pour votre confort.

Shari is a great host and provides a clean welcoming experience. We have family in the area and this is our go to stay when we visit. And the location is perfect for visiting SLO or wine country (which we did!).

Shari’s home was absolutely lovely! I highly recommend staying here if in the Santa Margarita area. Her home was immaculate, bed & pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

A nice retreat

A cute, charming, clean and comfortable cottage with an accommodating owner. In a sleepy rural town a quick drive from San Luis Obispo, this was a nice place to wind down after graduation in SLO. Walking distance to a good breakfast and a few antique/vintage stores. .

Cute cottage

Shari's place was perfect for my husband and I, in town to visit friends for a long weekend. It was clean, well equipped for basic cooking and food prep, and an all around cozy home.

Our stay at Shari's place was outstanding! She was warm and welcoming, the little house was clean, comfortable and cozy, and the neighborhood and town were quiet and felt safe. The kitchen, laundry, bathroom and linen closet were all well stocked and contained everything we needed. We were able to cook several great meals for ourselves to save a few bucks on our trip, and after longer days of walking, hiking, and swimming, we had no problem getting comfortable and having restful nights of sleep. We highly recommend Shari's place!

Santa Margarita Gem

Shari’s Place is a very comfortable spacious cottage on a quiet private lane. With many special touches, the cottage has everything needed for cooking, relaxing, and restful sleep. We enjoyed walking the streets of the small friendly town of Santa Margarita and loved the hikes nearby at the Lake and beyond.

Charming Santa Margarita Getaway with Perfect Outdoor Spaces

The house was lovely and perfectly located for my stay. I could easily walk into town for a light meal or wine tasting at Ancient Peaks. It was also ideally situated between San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles. The house itself was beautifully outfitted with everything I needed for a weekend away. I especially enjoyed the two outdoor seating areas where I could sit with my morning coffee and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Sweet stay in Santa Margarita

Very cozy with everything we needed during our weekend staying in Santa Margarita. We came to Santa Margarita for a wedding and Shari's place was just a mile away from the venue. The cottage was thoughtfuly decorated and she even left us a couple delicious pastries from a local bakery. The place was spotless, quiet, lots of blankets, towels, and everything in working order. I loved the print outs w/ maps and lists of local restaurants and attractions too. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone who plans to stay in the area!

Wonderful, peaceful cottage

Stayed at Shari's place for our daughters Cal Poly orientation. The commute to SLO is very quick and easy. The cottage was very clean, comfortable beds, well appointed and quiet. Shari was easy to communicate with and very hospitable. Great stay!

NEW ITEMS: ALL NEW WINDOW COVERINGS, BETTER WI-FI, NEW SET OF SHEETS, NEW HALL CLOSET AND QUARTZ COUNTERS. FYI - The power went out yesterday, but our vacation rental had power because of our solar program with battery backup!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My husband purchased this property in 1982. Many things have happened between then and now, but it's our favorite house - loving it more than our residence next door! The front house was built by a carpenter. The back house was originally a garage and has expanded and improved throughout the years.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Cozy, comfortable, nice size rooms, storage, separate laundry room and you cannot help but feel a specialness while you are here. We are unique in that I think we are the only one bedroom in town and I will bet it is the cleanest! I actually use your cleaning fee to pay my excellent cleaners - and then, I look at it again and again.

In the living room you will find a new GOOD QUALITY sofa with a pull out standard bed. No middle bar and a comfortable, good mattress.
