Confortable, privé, et tout à fait est cette adorable maison indépendante à Santa Margarita. "Margarita" est idéalement situé au milieu de notre fabuleux pays viticole du comté de San Luis Obispo. À seulement 10 minutes de San Luis Obispo par l’autoroute sud 101 et à 20 minutes de Paso Robles par l’autoroute Nord 101. La maison est très proche de la ville et un endroit merveilleux pour se promener. Vous trouverez cette propriété extrêmement propre et bien équipée pour votre séjour. Je m'assure personnellement que tous les draps et les meubles sont en parfait état pour votre confort.

We had such a nice stay. The house was perfect, cozy comfortable clean, the bed was great. We loved the little small town of Santa Margarita, being able to walk to dinner, but also being just a short drive too many beautiful destinations. It was exactly what we were looking for and the hosts were very accommodating. The house had everything we needed and then some

We loved our stay here! Very clean, very comfortable, exactly what we wanted and what we expected based on the VRBO listing. Shari has a really great attention to all of the small details and amenities that make the stay extra special. Highly recommend! And the bottled water, coffee and banana bread were amazing!

The cottage was immaculately clean, the host was so nice, it was very comfortable for a couple. Parking was a bit tight with my truck but we made it work. The host surprised us with a treat on the doorstep in the morning.

The host, Sheri, is a delight. The home is very clean, well appointed, lovely outdoor spaces. The bed, pillows and linen were so comfortable I had to read the labels so I can order them for our home. The kitchen is well stocked for eating in and bbq on the porch. The shower head and hot water were an unexpect happy surprise. Lots of light and privacy. Sheri made homemade banana bread and provided local fresh eggs and water. Our two night stay went so fast we didn't get around to enjoy the treats but super appreciated the kindness. Thank you Sheri and hope to stay at your lovely VROB again soon.

Great location 5 minute walk to town. Nine minute drive to Atascadero, 15 minutes to Templeton. Host was very friendly. No complaints at all. Would definitely use again.

Shari's place was an excellent place to stay! Quiet, comfy, two areas to sit outside, places to eat nearby (walkable). The bed was lovely, coffee was available and Shari added a little bit extra; some banana bread as a treat. We would definitely stay there again.

Shari's Place is Santa Margarita's hidden gem. Beautiful space (so very personally thought out) with plenty of room. Homey, cute and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. We were visiting family and invited them for a bbq! We hope to visit again soon 3

NEW ITEMS: ALL NEW WINDOW COVERINGS, BETTER WI-FI, NEW SET OF SHEETS, NEW HALL CLOSET AND QUARTZ COUNTERS. FYI - The power went out yesterday, but our vacation rental had power because of our solar program with battery backup!!!

My husband purchased this property in 1982. Many things have happened between then and now, but it's our favorite house - loving it more than our residence next door! The front house was built by a carpenter. The back house was originally a garage and has expanded and improved throughout the years.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Cozy, comfortable, nice size rooms, storage, separate laundry room and you cannot help but feel a specialness while you are here. We are unique in that I think we are the only one bedroom in town and I will bet it is the cleanest! I actually use your cleaning fee to pay my excellent cleaners - and then, I look at it again and again.

In the living room you will find a new GOOD QUALITY sofa with a pull out standard bed. No middle bar and a comfortable, good mattress.
