Cottage super confortable, Ă  distance de marche de la plage

Parfait pour les couples. Excellent emplacement à distance de marche de la plage. Breezy, aéré et lumineux. Espaces de vie extérieurs. Récemment rénové et bien équipé. Caché derriÚre une barriÚre de sécurité privée.

Ceci est un petit chalet confortable, petit avec une grande sensation. Il est parfait pour se dĂ©tendre et ĂȘtre proche de tout ce que notre rĂ©gion de la cĂŽte du golfe a Ă  offrir. Ce que nous aimons dans la rĂ©gion, c'est qu'elle a une vraie ambiance dĂ©contractĂ©e et plage. Il y a plusieurs belles plages dans la rĂ©gion, Siesta Key, Crescent, Venice Beach, etc., mais la plage de Nokomis est dĂ©contractĂ©e, jamais trop de monde, dispose d'installations agrĂ©ables et propres et de concessions. Il y a aussi une aire de jeux en face de la plage pour les petits et vous pouvez mĂȘme descendre au parc de la jetĂ©e pour regarder les bateaux entrer et sortir du golfe. C'est un trĂ©sor cachĂ© et parfait pour ceux qui recherchent plus d'une ambiance dĂ©contractĂ©e mais toujours assez proche de Venise et de Sarasota pour faire du shopping, etc.

La literie et les draps sont trÚs confortables. Il y a des vélos sur la propriété pour aller à la plage. Chaises de plage, glaciÚres, etc., disponibles pour utilisation. Moins d'un demi-mile de la plage, bar / restaurant tiki, glacier et épicerie. Blanchisserie sur place.

Une escapade parfaite et un endroit idéal pour échapper à l'hiver!

Everything was truly perfect. The home is darling, inside and out. The accommodations were above and beyond. Anything we needed, was there for the using. We felt very comfortable there and would return in a heartbeat. It IS very close to shops, eats and of course, the beach! 10/10 recommend. Thank You!

Excellent stay. The property is beautiful. The house is very nice and greatly equipped. They have bikes, chairs, umbrellas and coolers available for your beach excursions. Communication with host was excellent. Quick to respond to any questions. We stayed 5 nights and are looking forward to a longet stay next year. Highly recommend.

I wanted to find shark teeth and my girlfriend wanted to lay on the beach, we found this place for a long weekend getaway and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Hosts responded quickly to the very few questions we had.This place is perfect for the couple get away in an area that didn’t feel at all touristy. Property is very private and is so close to the beach. We will be back! Thank you again for the great stay.

I was down to watch my horse compete at the Venice Equestrian Tour during the month and the cottage was a perfect spot between the show grounds and the beach as well as super close to fun and good restaurants.

Charming Cottage-short Walk to the beach

Everything about this property is outstanding! We very much enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. From the short walk to the beach, to our dog loving the fenced in yard and of course, the pool. This home exceeded our expectations! Sparkling clean on arrival. Extremely well appointed, especially the kitchen with all the cookware, utensils and serving dishes you could ever need. Very solid and cozy bed. Beach gear provided, including two bikes, coolers and a wagon -- no need to pack beach gear, they've got you covered! We spent a lot of time on the patio and the screened porch which both had nice outdoor furniture and kitschy beach decor. When we let the owner Josh know on our first night that we were short on washcloths, he showed up the next morning and dropped off more. Our little dog loved the LARGE fenced yard (a rarity in this area). Short walk to restaurants and the beach. If you're a single or a couple looking for a place in the Venice area, I highly recommend the Pink Pineapple. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Venice area.

Great location and lovely property!

we love staying at the pink pineapple with our two schnauzers. It was close enough to the beach that we could go to the beach and feel secure that our dogs were comfortable. The property has a security gate and was fully fenced, which was convenient. The cottage chat everything we needed. To downtown Venice and the farmers market on Saturday. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Spot

We love the Pink Pineapple. Josh & Elise are so nice, helpful & very responsive to questions. It would have been a perfect vacation if we hadn't had to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. After that, the weather was perfect & the little pool is wonderful for afternoon chilling. We'll keep coming back as long as we can.

Pink Pineapple

What a perfect house for my husband and small dog. It was exactly as pictured except the pictures don't do justice to how nice the fenced in backyard is for a small animal. We had great bikes to ride to beach, a great laundry room, and screened porch. It was a wonderfully quiet location for two old retired people. We have already booked for next year!

Perfect Getaway

A week in Nokomis Fl.

The Pink Pineapple was the cutest little place! We had everything we could possibly use, on a beach vacation, available to us. The home was comfy and clean. We really enjoyed the screened porch in the evenings. It was nestled just off a main road in Nokomis, but very quiet area. Very close to fun little local tiki bars with waterfront dining. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Our hosts were available for any needs we may have had, but never had to contact them because they had already covered absolutely everything!!
