We loved the condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, great view! Beach chairs, and other beach accessories were provided. Beds were comfortable as well. The condo complex does a great job keeping the pool and facilities clean. Owner was very promptIn communicating with me. We definitely would consider staying there again if we return to Marco.

Great Vacation

The property was excelllent with fabulous views. Highly recommend and would stay here again.Lots of nice extras in the unit like lounge chairs, games, beach towels, all the kitchen necessities, etc. Having stayed in a lot of rentals having these comforts really makes a positive difference.

Summer family vacation at Marco Island

Our family greatly enjoyed the stay at Ken’s condo. Ken is wonderful to deal with and excellent communicator. Getting to the ocean is a bit of a walk but is worth it. Balcony views are spectacular.

Another perfect stay!

This was our second visit to this property. And reservations for next year as well. The owner, Ken, is so easy to reach and talk to. He is always concerned about your happiness with the space. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for a visit to Marco Island.

Great experience and condo

Simple check in and check out. Owner was very responsive. Condo is exactly what the pictures present - very nicely updated and extremely comfortable. Great views. Entire condo complex has private access and all amenities were available whenever we wanted. Overall great experience.

Excellent stay in Marco

Excellent property. Great location. Beautiful wrap around balcony, giving amazing views in 3 directions, including great sunsets. Ken was very responsive to any inquiries. Though we only had 2 people, condo could easily accommodate 4, lots of room. Would book South Seas again, and Ken's place would be my #1 choice.

Amazing

This was such a great experience and such a wonderful stay! It was very clean and the views were amazing and breathtaking. The property is located in a great location with a great view of the Gulf as well as a short walk to the beach. We had an amazing vacation and look forward to coming back soon.
