Il y a une vue sur l'eau de chaque pièce du condo! Tous les conforts de la maison avec aucun des soucis. Notre condo, dans la tour 3 du South Seas Club, vous offrira l'expérience de vacances haut de gamme que vous n'oublierez jamais. Que vous aimiez vous détendre sur la véranda ou marcher sur la plage en profitant des plus beaux couchers de soleil, cet endroit est fait pour vous et votre famille.

Ce condo lumineux et lumineux, décoré et peint de deux chambres a une vue imprenable sur la plage sud-ouest de la cuisine, salle à manger, salon et les deux chambres. Avec beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille ou tous vos amis, notre sixième étage 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo front de mer est magnifiquement décoré pour le style et le confort et peut accueillir six personnes. Le lit king-size dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis, et un canapé-lit queen peut accueillir confortablement votre séjour de vacances. En outre, notre salon spacieux, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, et deux salles de bains complètes offrent amplement d'espace pour la vie de vacances détendue.

Lorsque vous vous relaxez à l'intérieur, nous avons toutes les commodités pour vous sentir chez vous: 2 télévisions, DVD, fer et planche à repasser, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, vaisselle, argenterie, ustensiles, casseroles, serviettes et draps. Extras comprennent de nouvelles chaises de plage, parasol, tables et chaises sur la véranda, serviettes de plage, sèche-cheveux et accès internet haut débit WIFI dans l'unité. Des installations d'exercice sont également disponibles dans le bâtiment. Laveuse et sécheuse sont situés juste au coin de cette unité.

Cependant, nous savons que vous aimerez être à l'extérieur pour profiter de tout ce que South Seas et Marco Island ont à offrir. Il suffit de sortir du bâtiment et vous êtes à quelques pas de la grande piscine chauffée, dix courts de tennis, des courts de pickle ball et des quais de bateau dans notre belle communauté fermée et bien sûr la plage Marco et Tigertail. Les mers du Sud sont adjacentes à la plage de Tigertail, une réserve naturelle pittoresque de trente et une acres et une zone de nidification des oiseaux de rivage qui offre une aire de pique-nique avec des grillades. Il y a une concession qui loue des chambres à air, des canots, des kayaks, des pédalos, des planches à voile et des bateaux électriques, qui peuvent être utilisés pour explorer un lagon tropical. Si vous aimez pêcher au lieu de s'asseoir à la plage, cet endroit sera votre sanctuaire. Vous êtes à quelques pas de pataugeoire et attraper snook, vivaneau, rouges, poissons-chats et plus encore.

Vous trouverez également des locations de jet-ski, du parachute ascensionnel et bien plus encore en face du Marriott Resort.

It is a beautiful view from the balcony. We found the furniture uncomfortable on balcony & the living room. Marco Island is a lovely place to visit.

Great location and great condo overall. A couple of issues with the TVs working a few times which was annoying, but we didn’t really watch a lot of tv during our stay. The owners provide all the beach gear with the condo which was a huge plus, especially the wagon as the beach is a bit of a trek with little ones!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and the beach was gorgeous. We found everything was as advertised. We would highly recommend this rental and hopefully we will be able to return next year.

Beautiful stay on Marco Island

We loved our stay in the condo on Marco Island. Condo was fully stocked with kitchen items, linens, beach supplies, ect. We would definitely rent this condo again on a return trip to Marco Island.

Awesome destination. Condo was perfect. We really loved the balcony with multiple access points. Great view of beach. Only wish… the ocean was a little shorter walk. No complaints. We will be back to visit for sure.

Absolutely wonderful!

Great home! The view was awesome! Clean & bright. Everything that you need from kitchen supplies to toiletries to beach chairs/toys/umbrella. We cooked in (for the most part) and this was the first condo that we have stayed at that already had salt/pepper & seasonings. There were also ample supplies of soap (hand/dish/dishwasher), paper towel, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags and Kleenex. So nice that we did not have to go out and buy these things prior to arrival or shortly after. A true blessing! Would stay again!

We have stayed all along the Gulf Coast from Clearwater to Naples, but Marco is our favorite!

Upon arriving we were swept away by the beauty of not only the property but the view from the condo. It was like we were in a piece of Heaven on earth and time stood still as we enjoyed walks on the beach, the beauty of the sunset on the ocean. Each night we enjoyed a different restaurant, which always included fresh seafood and live music. The owners of the property, were very responsive from the time of booking, during and after our stay. Cleaning was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking. We were also pleased to find beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. The property was exactly as described and a perfect spot for refreshing, enjoying the beautiful ocean and we will definitely be coming back soon.

Highly Recommended Condo

This condo was wonderful! The view was exactly as pictured. It was clean with nice décor and was stocked well - from the furniture on the balcony, to an array of good books in the T.V. console, to items in the kitchen, to plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for our family of five. The bath towels and linens were a nice quality and plentiful as well. We communicated with the owner on a couple of occasions prior to our trip down and received prompt and helpful responses to our questions. The overall facilities are fantastic with beautiful tennis and pickle ball courts as well as shuffleboard and bocce ball. One of the main attractions is the location of this condo on the island because the beach area (which you can see from the pictures) is huge with not as much "people congestion" as noticed on our walks south down the beach. The condo's proximity to the Tiger Tail Beach area provided easy access to us when hunting for sand dollars (which were plentiful)! We had a wonderful week here and would strongly recommend this condo unit as a place for your family to stay while enjoying Marco Island!

Relaxing getaway with a fabulous view.

We spent a week on beautiful Marco Island Feb 25 - March 4. Our condo was lovely and very well supplied. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We were the 2nd renters for the new owners and they didn't miss a beat on supplying anything you may need. We spent a lot time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. The balcony receives morning sun until about 2:30 standard time. You weren't able to see the sunset from the balcony, but what a nice evening walk to the beach to enjoy it with the roar of the waves keeping you company. It's a 10 minute walk to the waters edge. It's easy to roll a beach cart or stroller if you have children. The owner's also provide the cart, chairs, umbrellas and ice chests. We enjoyed dinner at places the owners recommended and they were wonderful. Sunset Grille, Joey's for Italian entrees or pizza (across the street), and Snook Inn (where we saw a sail fish show off with a huge jump). We ventured to find a Mexican restaurant and tried Margarita's and another seafood restaurant CJ's on the Bay, both very good. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation.

Pleasantly surprised as advertised, clean, beautiful view, quiet, centrally located to everything.

The property was well maintained, not just this one unit we stayed but the whole condo complex. The security was top notch, from the security to enter the complex, but also the key entry to get in to the building at all entrances. No unwanted guests allowed, which we liked and felt safe. Our condo was well furnished, as the owners have thought of everything for their guest's stay. Good internet access for us that work through the week, or for enjoyment. The hallways in the condo unit were quiet too, never heard any unwanted noise, especially after 9:00pm. Wonderful pool area, never too busy or full. Bottom line, we would absolutely stay at this condo and property again. Thanks Scott & Kelly for the opportunity good job.

Great getaway with teens & AMAZING views

We had a great stay at this property! Amazing views greet you and are visible from every room in the condo... even when you aren’t down on the beach you feel like you are. My son enjoyed fishing at the nearby TigerTail Beach and the resort boat docks, as well as the beach and local ponds. It was great to have that as an option for him while we were at the beach. Great restaurants in the area made for fun dinners every night. We rented a pontoon boat and cruised the channels, fished and did some shell hunting on island beaches. This condo gave my teens their own room, and allowed them to have things to do while still getting some much needed downtime. We loved this property and will definitely return! Scott is great to work with and is very responsive!

Absolutely lovely 2 bedroom condo!

Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided - including a big screen TV with plenty of channels and a great picture. The view from the large deck is breathtaking. A wonderful place to stay in “paradise”.

EVERY room has a view of the beach AND a slider to the balcony!!!

WOW is all I can stay for starters. We have stayed at every beachfront accommodation imaginable and this condo is hands down our favorite. As I said in the title, every room has a view. Even when I sat facing away from beach I could still see it in the mirrored wall in the living room. Waking up every morning and seeing the gulf even before getting out of bed is motivating for us to get up and get going. In addition to the views, we enjoyed the beautiful decorating, the very attractive and updated well-stocked kitchen, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the entire place. Last month we stayed in a condo on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and there is no comparison to this place in terms of the condo itself and the relaxing, serene surroundings. While talking to folks at the pool we found out that not all the condos at South Seas have been updated but this one is like new with many upgrades. We're looking forward to our next visit.

When they built this building they truly had the view in mind. Immediately after purchasing we spent a lot of time, money and energy making sure the condo would provide many years of enjoyment for all it's visitors.
