Profitez du confort de la maison dans ce condo au 11Ăšme Ă©tage trĂšs propre et joliment dĂ©corĂ© qui surplombe ce magnifique parc tropical entretenu, la piscine chauffĂ©e et la plus grande plage de sable blanc privĂ©e avec des milliers de coquillages sur l'Ăźle de Marco. En regardant depuis le balcon qui s'Ă©tend sur la largeur du condo, vous voyez la piscine et le terrain ci-dessous et le golfe du Mexique et Tiger Tail Beach tout droit. Asseyez-vous sur le balcon et regardez les dauphins nager et gambader dans l'eau le jour et voir les couchers de soleil de nuit en constante Ă©volution mais toujours glorieux car il semble que le soleil coule dans l'ocĂ©an. Le condo est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e pour cuisiner et servir, un placard Ă  linge rempli de serviettes, draps, y compris les serviettes de plage. Aussi au condo et disponibles pour vous sont des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, une glaciĂšre de plage, des jouets de plage et un chariot de plage Ă  empiler sur tous les articles de plage qui rendront la randonnĂ©e tellement plus facile que l'on pousse simplement le chariot avec facilitĂ©. Au condo climatisĂ©, on trouvera des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, salon. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi Ă  Internet haut dĂ©bit, un cĂąble avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD Ă  Ă©cran plat, une douche de plain-pied principale BR et une baignoire dans la baignoire pour les invitĂ©s, des ventilateurs de plafond pour plus de confort dans chaque BR et LR. La chambre principale et le salon bĂ©nĂ©ficient de balcons en bord de mer qui surplombent le golfe du Mexique (plage), la belle piscine chauffĂ©e et l'Ă©lĂ©gant paysage tropical des mers du sud et du nord-ouest. Couldn’t ask for a better host than Joyce or a better place to stay! It’s a beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need and more! It’s absolutely beautiful and the sunsets every night were beautiful! Everything from the bedding, towels, cookware, dishes were top of the line. Very clean and staff is here is very friendly and pool was super clean as well. Great restaurants and shops nearby and beach was just a few minutes to walk to and absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

The condo was cozy with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and pickleball. Fyi..they have pickleballs on the courts for you to use as well as tennis racquets and balls for the tennis courts. Great location. We really enjoyed sitting out on the long balcony. Easy communication with the owner.

We’ve been going down to Marco Island for over 40 years. We’ve been renting the last 10 and this condo by far was the cleanest most up-to-date condo we have ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owner choice was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at this oceanfront condo was absolutely wonderful. The views of the Gulf were stunning, especially at sunset when the sky lit up in vibrant colors that could be enjoyed right from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals.The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, with very comfortable beds and plenty of blankets and pillows, making it easy to relax after a day out. The landscaping around the property was gorgeous, adding to the overall peaceful and tropical atmosphere. We especially loved the pool area—it was clean, spacious, and had plenty of comfortable lounge furniture for soaking up the sun.Another huge plus was the location. Within just a couple of miles, we found a variety of excellent restaurants, making dining out easy and enjoyable.Overall, this condo was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway.

The condo unit was as advertised and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and has a Kuerig and the Beds were very comfortable. Didn’t get to utilize the pool as it was closed for repairs which we were advised by Joyce a few weeks in advance. The beach is very nice but is a pretty far walk (10 min) which we also knew. Balcony is very nice and great for morning coffee and viewing the sunsets. Overall we had a great week in the unit and it was tough to leave.

Joyce was a pleasure to work with and very helpful to ensure we understood all her gifted amenities. TheCondo has two great views, sunrise and better sunsets. When there is Aug the heat drives you in doors and her Condo was the perfect relaxing spot to watch movies through our amazon account. A SLICE OF PARADISE

From the very beginning to the end, Joyce was amazing to work with. The property was in a great location. We absolutely loved the beach access and pool on property. We had absolutely everything we needed to stay there for a week. The condo and building were clean and just as described. The view from the condo balcony was in itself beautiful and relaxing. Not only would this be a great place to stay with friends, couples, but also a family with children. I hope to stay here next time I’m in Marco Island

Great small family stay

Beautiful location, condo, and beaches, but it was truly the small things that made this a pleasant stay. The condo had a great supply of cooking utensils, towels, book, literature, sunscreen, beach toys, etc. For a family like ours that wanted to cook some healthy dinners, and spend time at the condo and beach, this stay was very convenient and loved that didn’t have to go out of my way very much. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing week in Marco Island. The condo was great and loved all of the finishes. They outdid themselves from decor to having everything we possibly could need to feel like home. Beautiful Location and Comfortable Stay

The accommodation was nice, clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even better.One thing to note: the property has a rule that does not allow food or beverages in the pool, which was a surprise to our family. This isn’t a reflection on the owner, who was great, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of ahead of time.

Everything you could want and need

Sun, pickleball, and beach

A couple friends and I escaped the winter to enjoy a week of outdoor pickleball play and afternoons as the pool. Joyce’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, super safe in a gated community. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time longer!

Amazing vacation

My friend and I spent a week at the property. We had the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. We went to the beach, the pool, the bars, the restaurants
the location was incredible
with the exception of a couple of restaurants that we found, everything was within walking distance. We didn’t bring or rent a car. If we went somewhere not within walking distance, we got an Uber. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an Uber and the Uber rides were inexpensive. Everone at the property and in town were so friendly. The property itself was beautiful. It felt brand new. We spent most nights on the couches watching movies and it was the perfect place to lounge - comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was full-size and had everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Finally, the views were incredible. We spent hours a day on the balcony watching the water and the people and wildlife. Our host, Joyce, was lovely and so friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back next year - probably more than once! This was a dream vacation. Thank you Joyce!

This lovely condo has been in my family since the building was originally built. I took it over in 1989 and am a proud owner. I have always been extremely responsible as an owner and have taken great measures to keep my condo very updated and very well taken care of.
Marco Island has always been my favorite happy place to get away to, but since my husband and I are not able to stay for long periods of time, I look forward to sharing my wonderful place with you!
