Belle nouvelle maison de plage, construite en 2018. Parfait pour une famille ou plusieurs couples. La maison est située dans la zone 4 X 4, vous aurez donc besoin de quatre roues motrices pour accéder à la propriété. 8 personnes confortablement. Enroulez autour du pont avec des sièges en plein air. La chambre principale a un lit queen. 2ème chambre à coucher. La 3ème chambre a un lit superposé simple. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen. Laveuse / sécheuse. Espace de vie ouvert avec une grande table de ferme pour les repas.

This was our 2nd time at this property. We love the location and the proximity to the beach. Katrina communicates well. We hope to be back again sometime soon.

Beautiful property and area

My family and I rented this this property for a week long vacation and it was an amazing place to stay it was exceptionally clean and well stocked with the items most needed and the information from the the owner allowed us to plan for what wasn’t available

Beach Getaway

This is my family’s first time visiting Carova Beach. We had an excellent time. My family enjoyed being able to drive on the beach. We enjoyed the seclusion of the property and everything was as listed.

beautiful place

first time going to outer banks, NC & the experience was amazing. The house was beautiful and super close to the beach. Only complaint was the oven didn’t work, the grill was really not a grill, and you definitely need to bring bottles of water because the sink water isn’t great other than that the house was amazing. Definitely would come back!

Outstanding experience

Katrina and her husband were great to work with and awesome hosts. The house is even better than described. As all say, the horses, wow! Walked right up past us and we just stood in awe. House is very well equipped. Only regret was not able to bring the food we needed on first trip in because Jeep was full. Could have just spent more time enjoying the area. Hopefully will be back sooner than later. Thanks.

what a wonderful place!

Waited a few days to write a review to give me time to reflect. In doing so, I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife has talked about it everyday since. Driving on the beach was tricky at first but by the end of the week, I was as comfortable at driving as a local. Saw many horses, which my granddaughter (6yo) found to be very exciting. Beaches were always perfect. Sandy beach all the way out to the 3rd break. We swam, surfed, boogie boarded, skim boarded, paddle board, body surfed, every day excepted one. That day we went crabbing (at the park maybe 1.5 mis away).. The house.. was very nice, clean, and well set up. Everyone slept well, plenty of room. Outside bar area was used.. often! Drank, ate and played cornhole on the large covered patio. Really couldn't use the canal. There was a dredger barge work set up plus the cacti made it tricky to walk to the edge anyway.... All n All, I am very happy I rented this place. It was a vacation that we will be talking about for a very long time. Thank you Katrina!!

Best retreat in a beautiful and tranquil setting!

This is our second time staying at Katrina’s modern, functional and super clean beach house in the OBX 4x4 area. We re already planning to go back next year.! A week was not enough! Katrina was very accommodating to our needs, same as the last time. We always feel like home in her place.

Great location

Enjoyed the location we saw the horses every time we drove on the beach. The house was a short walk to the beach and a great place to relax after being out and about or coming from the beach.

Picture Perfect stay on the 4x4 beaches of beautiful Outer Banks, NC

The home was very clean and had everything you need to make you feel at home. Such a comfortable home and very private. The serenity of sitting on the back deck or lower patio in the evenings was wonderful. It’s close to the beach. So close you can hear the ocean. Our trip was perfect! Will definitely be back and would recommend this home for a relaxing, worry free stay! The host was wonderful. Thanks for being a part of mine and my husband’s wonderful 2022 beach getaway!

Great Beach Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and we pretty much lived on the screened-in deck. The house also has a great layout otherwise. We are avid runners but don’t really like running on the beach (the slope, LOL) and the grid-like set-up of the neighborhood made for great running. It’s super easy to either walk or drive to the beach and the section of beach that is best accessible from the property is one of the nicest in terms of expansiveness of the beach and quieter level of traffic. Overall, a great stay for us and the pups!!!

Cool way to enjoy the beach

Had a great time. It was quite and peaceful- just what we were looking for! We kayaked the canals and stargazed by the beach. Loved it here. Beware of the catus! It definitely caught us by surprise.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Horses came right up to the house! Quiet and relaxing with beautiful sunsets! Katrina was Johnny on the spot with any questions we had. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Property

The house was great...all elements were very accommodating and it served as a great location to get away for our vacation. You cannot truly appreciate how remote the house is until you actually venture there, which took us by surprise for our first trip there. Once there, it was a great location. The screened in porch and lower entertaining area were great for our family and we really enjoyed the property.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The check in was easy; Katrina made sure that we were able to check in without issues. The property was clean and comfortable. My kids loved spending every day at the beach and playing in the surf. We walked the beach just across the VA state line and found sand dollars and conch shells. We spent one afternoon in Duck getting donuts and walking around. We enjoyed being a little more remote and having a more laid back environment than the hustle and bustle of town. The house was easy enough to access with a 4x4 SUV. We loved our vacation, and Im sure my kids will cherish it for many years.

Fabulous Family Adventure

We loved everything about our stay! Our kids loved the horses and we spent the majority of our time on the screened in porch. Our kids loved swinging on the patio downstairs in the evening too. The house was clean and just what we needed. We absolutely recommend this house for families with small children or anyone who is looking for a relaxing week.

Magical!

This house is awesome! Showers are especially great, as is the kitchen! Clean, well stocked, great appliances. Beds were comfortable, walking distance to the beach which is gorgeous! Saw horses every day in the yard and underneath the coveted porch on lower level! Fantastic experience! House has a loved feel to it! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. The location is very quiet and private. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. I always bring a small amount of must needed kitchen items from home, but honestly didn't need them with this kitchen. The porch was in the process of being screened in and will be wonderful when completed. More than one of us enjoyed a little nap at on the patio, very comfy. Really enjoyed being able to bring our dogs on vacation too.

Magical Memories

This was our first visit to OBX and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Driving along the beach to reach your beautiful home was a thrilling start to our vacation (and my husband favorite part). Our boys were up every morning before logging on to school to go fishing in the canal and went paddle boarding for recess. Best of all, the HORSES! Our last night we enjoyed s’mores by the bon fire only to have a couple of horses and a foal join us.....Magical!!🐴

Magical Holiday

Beautiful house with everything we needed. Perfect place to escape COVID. We spent everyday on our own private piece of beach with our two boys and dogs. Owners could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Already looking forward to a future visit.
