Waterlemon Villa est une maison de vacances privée 3BR, 3BA située sur la colline surplombant Coral Bay, St. John. À 700 pieds au dessus du niveau de la mer, cette désinvolture élégante retraite est suffisamment élevée pour capturer les brises des alizés et assez près du port à regarder les voiliers vont et viennent. La vue à couper le souffle 50-mile le Sir Francis Drake Channel se étend tout le chemin à Spanishtown Port sur la pointe sud de Virgin Gorda. Deux chambres doubles et une chambre à deux lits peuvent accueillir jusqu'à six personnes il est donc idéal pour trois couples ou une famille, mais la vie privée de l'emplacement et la piscine rendent tout aussi attrayant pour une lune de miel ou un voyage d'anniversaire! Les plus grands groupes peuvent louer la maison à côté et ainsi accueillir jusqu'à douze au total.

La maison est équipée pour la cuisine gastronomique avec des pots et des casseroles, Cuisinart bons couteaux, de vastes ustensiles de cuisine, un micro-ondes, et, bien sûr, un mélangeur et une margarita mis! (Ce est une maison de vacances, après tout). Il ya un barbecue à gaz Weber et beaucoup de plats et verres si vous souhaitez cuisiner. La table en fer forgé sur la véranda en haut est un endroit idéal pour manger et profiter de la vue.

Il ya plusieurs options pour se détendre à la Villa des chaises longues à la piscine, à des chaises à bascule sur le porche de niveau inférieur, à l'osier situé sur l'étage véranda en. L'osier salon confortable, situé dans la grande salle est un endroit formidable pour regarder la télévision ou un film ou tout simplement écouter la stéréo.

Restaurants Coral Bay sont à cinq minutes de la maison, et les plages de plongée en apnée en circulation de Salt Pond Bay et Leinster Bay sont un pittoresque 10-15 minutes en voiture. Mettez les chaises de plage et la glacière dans la voiture, prenez les serviettes et passer la journée à explorer. La beauté naturelle de Saint- John vous attend!

Coral Bay et Waterlemon Villa sont un facile 20-25 minutes à l'est du quai de ferry à Cruz Bay. Venez visiter, paradis appelle ...

Waterlemon Villa accueille les enfants de 8 ans et plus. La maison ne est pas adaptée pour les jeunes enfants en raison de la hauteur des porches et des murs de soutènement. En outre, un escalier raide entre les premier et deuxième étages peut rendre la maison potentiellement indésirables pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à naviguer escaliers. What a lovely home! And I can’t stop thinking about the view! We had a fabulous time and the villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay-snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. The hosts were extremely accommodating even helping us stay extra nights when our flight was cancelled and answering all of our questions prior to our visit. We can’t wait to plan a return trip!

Just spent 1 week at Waterlemon Villa, 2 adults 2 kids 2 grandparents. Overall we had a very nice stay. The view is phenomenal and the screened porch was so nice to have and a unique feature of this property. The kids enjoyed the pool which is small but pleasant. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and we made several dinners at home without any issues. Bedrooms were comfortable with well functioning AC. We liked the outdoor showers. Communication with owners and property managers was good and listing is accurate. Condition of villa I would say is good but mildly worn, about what I would expect at this price. It was clean. The furniture was comfortable and good condition. We had a minor plumbing issue which they offered to have come fixed but I didn't want workers in the house for a day or two while we were there. The stairs are a bit steep, the bunks are upstairs so if you have little kids you'd probably want some kind of baby gate. The main point I would make for those considering is that the drive way is NOT a joke. It requires one very confident driver in your party and as others have noted, a lot of courage the first few times. We did not feel excited about doing this in the dark so we didn't stay out past sunset. I'm sure once you've done it a bunch of times it becomes more 2nd nature but we were just feeling more comfortable by end of week. If you want a glorious view and don't mind an adventurous driveway this is a good value.

Thank you for your review and I am so happy to hear that you had nothing but positive things to say about Waterlemon Villa itself. It sounds like you enjoyed all the Villa has to offer. It is a shame that you never grew accustomed to the road leading to our property. It must have kept you from exploring many areas of St. John. Our actual driveway is paved flat and on a gentle incline but the public road to get there does have a very steep incline that can make you wonder! Luckily 4 wheel vehicles and slow speed handle it just fine. I was hoping that your review would better reflect the considerable level of communication we provided you with before your stay. I'm happy to hear that our management team provided a high level of service while you were there as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waterlemon Villa. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The location was ideal. It felt like all of the beaches and restaurants were a simple short drive yet Coral Bay was quiet and had a very chill vibe. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish—clear instructions, quick responses, and genuinely welcoming.As indicated in prior reviews, as long as you have 4WD (and use it properly!!) there are no issues navigating the driveway.We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch VRBO experience. Five stars all the way!

We had a fabulous week here with our four kids and my in-laws. The views were incredible and it was so quiet. The outdoor showers were absolutely amazing. The breezes were wonderful and sitting on the screened in patio under the fans was surely my favorite spot. The steep indoors stairs were a challenge for my youngest daughters (3&7) and my older in-laws (73&75) other than that we loved our stay. I was very impressed with the well appointed kitchen and how well everything was cared for. The drive up to the villa took some getting used to had to use four wheel drive a few times. We loved our stay and it will be a lifelong memory for us. We got to watch our kids fall in love with the island we honeymooned on 14 years ago!

Excellent place to stay on St. John

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa on St. John. The view was incredible, the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was so refreshing. The air conditioner was new for this visit and worked perfectly! The property manager was also extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Saint John vacation

Loved the location, totally private, beautiful house with awesome views. The kids loved the pool and the outside showers. The only thing is that the road leading to the house is not for faint of heart but that’s part and parcel of Saint John.

Amazing Home!

Well kept home with stunning views and the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental home. We cooked, grilled, enjoyed the pool and had amazing beach excursions daily! Communication was impecable. We hope to return for another visit!

Waterlemon

Great place. Beautiful vistas. Tim very helpful with check in process and minor repairs.

Coral Bay comfort

An excellent spot for one family in Coral Bay. House is well-equipped and comfortable. Manager is responsive. Everything as promised. And with the fabulous down-island views… Great stay!
