Palm Paradise est le nom de notre charmant condo au Beach and Tennis Club Condominiums et est la premiĂšre destination en Floride pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter des belles plages de sable fin de Bonita Springs, en Floride. Ce condo de luxe est situĂ© dans le bĂątiment 5 au 6Ăšme Ă©tage et Ă  quelques pas du cĂ©lĂšbre restaurant "Doc’s Beach House" sur la plage de Barefoot. Ne jamais manquer de choses Ă  faire. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le balcon avec votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e ou choisissez parmi une gamme d'activitĂ©s telles que bombarder le matin, faire du jet ski, du parachute ascensionnel ou simplement profiter du coucher de soleil. Ce condo une chambre, une salle de bain a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et une vĂ©randa (balcon). Le Beach and Tennis Club est un complexe dotĂ© de deux piscines chauffĂ©es et de 10 courts de tennis Har-Tru. L'Ă©tablissement propose Ă©galement des restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©, un spa / salon, des terrains de pĂ©tanque et de shuffleboard.

Convenient location

Decent place to stay. Pools were closed though, which I wish we would have known beforehand. We would not have booked here if we knew that. Lots of construction on-site and surrounding area made for some loud mornings. Hurricane cleanup continues. Condo had some nice extras: beach chairs/towels/umbrella/wagon.

Property

The condo was fine -the property we could not use any of the pools- no tennis courts. More then a few steps to the beach. Loud construction all day - hard to walk around.. The beach had port a pots no bathroom facilities. We will not be back- not a relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay!

This condo was great to stay at as it fit my families checklist. Pros: Very clean, fully and completely furnished, great neighbors, great location and Lisa was fantastic to work with. Possible Improvements: The mattress needs updated. The TV needs updated and unlocked so we could use a game system on it. I would highly recommend this unit.

I like to begin and end with positive remarks when reviewing a property. The property as seen on Vrbo shows a lovely 1 bedroom apartment. Amenities were non existent. The building was under renovation from Hurricane Ian (Sept 2022). 4 of the 5 buildings had been finished however bldg 5 was not.

Make sure pools are open and place under construction

Extremely disappointed that the pools were not open. If we would have known this we would not have booked. Should take pics of pools and wording that there are pools out of the listing. Our building was under construction. Power was out for partial of the day due to the construction. Elevator got stuck and did not work one night. Communication on getting into the property came only a few hours before check in. Would have liked a little info before that. Listing should be re worded on what is truly going on with the property. The condo it self was as in the listing. Very clean and nice. Close to beach and good places to eat.

Condo was great. Fully equipped. We even had beach chairs and umbrella. We walked Bonita Beach every morning shoes on and shoes off. There are alot of shells. The Beach & Tennis Club complex is still remodeling from hurricane. (Not mentioned in the listing) Our building was being painted and the pools aren't open yet. (Probably why the price was reasonable) To contact Lisa(host) TEXT HER. I tried VRBO message board and 1 phone call no response. Texted her on hot water issue and she responded in seconds. Finally, you need to get a parking permit from the complex office and Doc's Beachhouse makes great Fish and eggs. I will stay here again.

Great apartment with major drawback

This apartment will be very good...when the building work in the communal areas is completed and the swimming pools are open.When we arrived the guys doing the building worked looked at us uncredulous that someone was going to stay here.At no point were we warned about the extent of the building renovations. I was told by the host that there is some building work so car parking in restricted. This made me assume that the work was in the car park.This is not conducive to a restful holiday.After trying to contact the host on a couple of occasions with no reply, I contacted VRBO. They gave me a full refund after seeing the photographs of the communal walkways.I think this is a great place in a wonderful location. If you are booking in future, please check that the building work is completed.

Great anniversary getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend stay and highly recommend the unit and its close proximity to the beach and pools. The mattress was a bit too soft for us being used to a firmer foam mattress. Otherwise, the unit is well maintained and was a comfortable, quiet location to spend our anniversary.

We loved our stay at Bonita Beach & Tennis. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, had a great view of the bay next to us. It’s small but it was just my husband & I so it was all we needed. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lisa!

Great Location

Great Location: A short walk across the street to the beach. Walk to three restaurants easily from the condo. It is a studio type condo with an open floor plan and balcony on the back side of the building. Still had a reasonably good view though. Would stay there again if vacationing in the area.

We loved our stay at this condo! Check in was super simple, we had a nice little view of the channel, and there were some cute little restaurants right next to us! The condo was just like it was pictured online. It was quiet and relaxing! We would 100 percent stay here again!

The condo was clean and nicely appointed. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs for us to use and the Beach is a short walk through the parking lot. Cute restaurant for breakfast and lunch on premises. Enjoyed our stay and would request this unit again.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Bonita beach is the best. This unit is clean and laid out well. Nice large closet. I highly recommend it. We will be back!
