Escapade dans les Highlands

Avec ses vignobles, ses champs d'avocats, sa faune et son océan, cette maison est le lieu idéal pour vos vacances. Vous serez niché dans les belles collines de Nipomo sur la côte centrale de la Californie.

La maison a environ 3500 ft² d'espace de vie. Cela peut accueillir pas mal de monde! Les trois chambres sont toutes assez grandes. La chambre principale au deuxième étage dispose d'un lit king-size californien. Juste à côté du maître, vous trouverez une couchette avec un lit double et des lits jumeaux. Il y a deux chambres au premier étage; une des chambres a deux lits queen et l'autre a un lit queen. Il y a un canapé-lit dans la salle à manger si nécessaire. Il y a une piscine couverte chauffée à l'énergie solaire, mais toujours assez froide pendant les mois les plus froids, et un jacuzzi extérieur donnant sur la vallée. Vous ne devez pas utiliser le jacuzzi seul ni permettre aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. Il y a un barbecue au propane que vous pouvez utiliser à votre guise. Vous pouvez utiliser le garage pour quatre voitures pour garer vos véhicules.

Vous aurez accès à toute la maison, à l'exception d'un placard fermé à l'étage. Nous vous demandons de rester sur notre propriété, nous vous expliquerons où se trouvent les limites de notre propriété à votre arrivée.

Great Relaxing Stay

This is a great house with plenty of space for several families. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor deck and the kids loved the indoor pool. There is a large kitchen perfect for meal prep and lots of different spaces to hang out.

Spacious family getaway.

Our grown children and their families joined us for a family vacation. The house was spacious enough for all of us. The indoor pool was a great activity for the grandkids when we returned and were preparing meals. The location was far enough away from crowds but close to all the attractions. The owner is making many upgrades to the yard. We all enjoyed our stay!

Overall we were very happy with our stay! The house was huge and had more than enough room for our whole family. The owners were quick to respond on any questions about the house. Beautiful Property!

This home was everything and more from the photos. The views are breathtaking and the house is much bigger than we expected. The hosts were incredible to work with and the process was smooth from beginning to end, even with the holidays and rain. We can’t wait to go back!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The house was great. We were 12 total. Everyone enjoyed the stay,there was plenty of room for everyone. Host provided all the essentials. When we stayed in other locations we would have to purchase all the paper towels toilet paper ,not enough towels

Everything we wanted, and more

Spacious house, great outdoor areas for us and for our dog, quiet and scenic location though also close to essential amenities, flexible living options, chilled atmosphere, amazing pool. Would have loved to have stayed longer, but the house is fully booked for months ahead :( Thanks Kim and Josh

Great Location

Our family found the property very spacious with lots of room and beautiful views of the mountains and coastline. The location was perfect for privacy and our children really enjoyed the pool and spa. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we needed for cooking. Our host was nearby so if we needed anything we could contact them as needed. The property was once built with entertaining in mind and has a lot of spacious areas for everyone to enjoy.

Relaxing getaway

Our group of 12 (six adults and six small children), spent a wonderful weekend at this relaxing getaway house. The house is quite roomy and while the dining room is small for a home of its size, there’s a lovely outdoor dining space that was better for accommodating large groups. A few minor quirks that you would expect from a well-used rental were addressed quickly by the owners, and several thoughtful touches (games in the living room, board books by the changing table, large bean bag by the bunk bed) were a nice surprise.

Family Thanksgiving

It was the perfect place to have an early Thanksgiving for our family of 14 who live at the opposite ends of the state. Good size kitchen (double ovens!) plenty of room for sleeping and an indoor pool to keep the kids busy. We stayed for 3 nights. The first day it was raining and the pool kept everyone busy. The next two nights the stargazing was superb! We will be back!

Great Stay

The home is as decribed and hosts were available and easily accessible. The house was bigger than expected and clean upon our arrival. Location was great and about 10 minutes away from big shops and restaurants. The pool was a BIG hit since it rained most of tbe days we were there. Home was fully stocked with appliances. Kitchen tools, and toiletries. We had a minor issue with one of the TVs and Kim made sure to come over and fix it immediately. Would definitely return to this home!

Perfect family retreat

We had a wedding to attend in SLO and we are a large family with kids ages 12-4 so we decided to book this place for the location proximity, bedroom accommodations and most importantly the pool. The pool was warm and fun for the whole family and attached to the house (indoor). The house is well lived in but definitely warm and welcoming and super easy to get comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything (including spices) and super sharp knives which is usually not the case at other rental properties. The hosts were responsive, communicative and very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area and recommend this place to others. We don’t have an infant but there is a crib with bedding and a changing table which is in my opinion, a luxury.
