Le front de mer Kealia # 403 est un magnifique condo rénové avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Les matériaux, les finitions et les meubles de cette chambre à coucher, une unité de bain sont de la qualité à part entière. La cuisine entièrement équipée est particulièrement frappante avec ses appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, ses comptoirs en granit et ses armoires sur mesure. La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit queen, plus un coin bureau dans l’alcôve. La salle de bain a une douche à l'italienne avec un banc. Pour un confort ultime en matière de vacances, il existe une laveuse / sécheuse superposée à chargement frontal.

De la véranda, vous pourrez savourer les couchers de soleil tropicaux, l'observation des baleines en hiver et la vue sur la piscine, le barbecue et la plage. Il y a deux grandes tables de pique-nique dans un coin ombragé et de nombreuses chaises longues pour bronzer, lire sur la plage, socialiser avec les autres clients ou même dormir, vous êtes en vacances, après tout. Située à côté de la réserve faunique de Kealia, la plage et les terres ne sont pas aménagées pour une promenade de 7 km de sable blanc, jusqu'au village de Ma’alaea avec son port et son aquarium. The condo was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for an 8 night stay. We used the beach chairs and beach towels every day, and the cooler was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place! Great View!

This is a very comfortable, well equipped unit. The view from balcony overlooks pool and ocean. It was mostly very quiet except for the sound of the waves. The unit is close to many restaurants, food carts, a wonderful bakery and shave ice place. We were there to whale watch. So a bonus was that we were not far from Ma'alaea Harbor a departure point for Pacific Whale Foundation trips. We also enjoyed the bird life at the Kealia Wildlife refuge and pond. Our only issue was that during our entire stay several kids were in the pool seemingly all day including the adults only time.

The property's location near many restaurants, a bakery, and a shave ice place is also convenient. It's also good to know that the property is close to Ma'alaea Harbor for whale watching and the Kealia Wildlife refuge for birdwatching. However, it's unfortunate that there were some issues with the pool during your stay, especially with children in the pool during the adults-only time.We will make note of this issue and forward to the property management for future guests, but overall it sounds like you still had a positive experience. Everything you need is included-plenty of towels, extra bedding, beach chairs and umbrellas, covered assigned parking and A WASHER & DRYER!! The view from the 4th floor lanai was captivating, steps from the pool and beach. The only complaint was that the AC struggled to keep the bedroom cool since it is located in the living area. We bought a standing fan from WalMart and left it in the condo. By placing the fan in the hallway, the bedroom was much more comfortable. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

We appreciated the designated garage parking, the cleanliness of the condo, and how well stocked the condo was too. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, however beds are such a personal preference thing that I don't hold that against the condo or stay here.The beach chairs, boogie board, beach towels, cooler, etc. sure were nice additions to this condo! The kitchen was well stocked too, and I appreciated having access to basic cleaning supplies (vacuum,broom) so that I could tidy the condo as needed (I'm a clean freak). The view from the condo was fabulous! We also enjoyed the pool, the beautiful beach, and even swimming in the ocean in front of the condo. We will be back!

Kealia Condo 403

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo exactly as described and pictured. Very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Loved having the little washer/dryer available. Very centrally located, just as easy to go north beaches as south, we enjoyed both. Beach in front is beautiful and we walked every morning. The path down to the beach and the shower at the top are great. Never needed the AC unit in the condo, slept well with the ceiling fans on and windows open. We came in late, and left early and never needed to engage with property management. Everything we needed was easily at hand. Was very happy with the shady underground parking for this unit. We very much enjoyed the aquarium just up the road at the harbor. We also took a snorkeling excursion on Trilogy, which was top notch and their food was great. I dropped a star on the location for two reasons, we had high wind warnings several days in a row, and the property is in no way protected from the wind, when other places the wind was not as noticeable. Also, there was quite a bit of noise. Lots of sirens from the road and in this particular unit noise from the pool and the lawn. Didn't bother us too much, and always quieted down by 7pm or so. Just not 5 star.

Nice, the condo we rented was outdated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was outdated and too much furniture in it. The bed was super hard and the pillows needed to be replaced. Also my husband used the swifter on the floor, only there 2 days and it was pretty dirty. The location of the property is amazing, the grounds were kept up everyday. The condo needs lots of work inside, a new air conditioner in front room and one in the bedroom would of be idea. it was very loud and hard to sleep at night. The pictures of the condo really didn't show how outdated it is. I think once they do upgrades to the inside of the condo it will be much nicer and really enjoyable. Thank-you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was clean & well maintained. It was in a convenient location for us. We had very little contact with the property management, so that would be good thing. Here's a few nits:There is literaly no cupboard space for groceries. They had to sit on the counter.There were five remotes in a basket, but no instructions on how to use the TV. We followed HDMI cables and figured some things out and were able to watch some of the Olympics.The instructions for the washer and dryer did not match the appliances. If an owner wants guests to treat equipment well, the instructions should be up-to-date.There was no laundry detergent supplied. We had to buy our own.The straps on the beach chairs were broken, making it difficult to carry them to the beach.

The description was very accurate and property even more beautiful than we imagined. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Everything was new inside and you had lots of stuff for us to take to the beach so we really appreciated that as well. We loved the secluded beach. We loved the BBQ's outside. Everyone that stays there or lives there was extremely friendly. Very close to town and lots of restaurants. We even loved the awesome pool. I really miss our breakfasts on the lanai. Wonderful stay!

From start to finish, this property was excellent. The check in was easy, the keypad entrance made things efficient and the property was extremely clean. As you walk through the door the first thing you see is the amazing view of the ocean and it’s breathtaking. It has everything you need from toiletries, cleaning supplies and plenty of beach supplies. Every section of the home has notes so you never have questions and it’s one less thing to worry about during a vacation. We loved listening to the waves crashing and every day felt like paradise there. Loved it!

Well appointed oceanfront location

We had a great time staying here. Check in/out process was easy. Lots of great amenities in the unit including snorkel gear and beach gear. Great location on a quiet stretch of Sugar Beach. Loved having the windows open and listening to the sound of the ocean.

Amazing stay

Very good stay. Would be nice to have a small welcome letter to know where the beach things are (beach chairs, body board, cooler). Other than that everything was awesome!
