Cette incroyable maison de vacances offre 3 chambres et 2, 5 salles de bains ainsi qu’une belle et spacieuse cuisine et un coin repas. La communautĂ© offre une superbe piscine et un centre de tennis pour votre plus grand plaisir. 2 vĂ©los supervisĂ©s sont fournis pour vous permettre de monter et descendre le magnifique et pittoresque 30A et vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement 0,7 km du point d'accĂšs Ă  la plage.

En entrant, vous verrez le beau plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et Ă  votre gauche un porche avec moustiquaire qui est parfait pour votre cafĂ© du matin. La belle cuisine contient une grande Ăźle merveilleuse. Au premier Ă©tage, vous verrez une vaste chambre des maĂźtres avec un lit king size et une magnifique salle de bains principale. La laveuse et la sĂ©cheuse sont situĂ©es au premier Ă©tage pour votre commoditĂ©, ainsi qu'un refroidisseur de vin. Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage se trouvent deux chambres: l’une avec un lit queen size et l’autre avec un lit king size avec une salle de bain attenante entre les chambres.

We had a great stay for Spring Break. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Excellent and quick response with some plumbing issues. Plenty of room for family of five and friends for dinner in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for having us, we had a great vacation!!!

We didn't care for it and that alone may keep us from renting this specific house again.We appreciated the games, puzzles and books in the cute bonus room. By far my wife's favorite part of the house was the swing on the porch!Overall the house was great, could use a deep clean sooner rather than later but nothing we couldn't deal with. Neighborhood was very quiet and we very much enjoyed the visits from the deer.

January 2022 Stay

We loved our time at Hakuna Matata. The kitchen is well equipped including an Instant Pot, Crock Pot, Keurig & standard coffee pot. Only item I wish it had was a liquid measuring cup. House could use a deep clean but nothing we couldn't deal with. Ohers have commented on the comfy couch, we disagree but that's personal preference. MBRM bed was comfy, bath was nice but needs some attention. We would recommend this house to others but probably will not return mainly due to couch.

We did drive each day, but we could have easily have biked to the beach. The home was lovely and the couch was so comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the evenings and even using the grill. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Great house with some A/C issues

The layout was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and there is a room that is off the living room with a door that was a perfect office for the work my husband needed to do during our stay. The property was generally clean, and nothing rose to the level of needing to contact the management company but the bathrooms could use a new round of caulk and the kitchen could benefit from a deep clean (cabinet fronts had food smudges, food fell off the placemats when we moved them the first night, food stuck on some utensils and the strainer, etc). The air conditioner has something strange going on and is very loud and doesn't seem to work efficiently so it runs often. There is a portable air conditioner in the primary bedroom which does work to keep the room cool but is also very loud. If they are are able to fix the central A/C it would be a place we would love to stay again. The neighborhood amenities (pool, tennis/pickleball courts) were great and a lot of fun. We rented a golf cart to go to and from the beach and although not necessary, made trips back and forth much easier and nicer. We had one issue with the door lock that required the management company to come out and they responded quickly and solved the problem temporarily for us and had a plan to fix it but we left the next day.

Relaxing Perfection

We loved this beautifully decorated and well maintained home. It was clean, spacious, with everything we needed in a great location. The property management team was responsive to anything we required. We would certainly rent this property again.

Great Vacation
