Welcome to Coco Bay Cottages, a collection of 3 cottages and 3 villas that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean front to protected Coco Bay. The Tahiti Cottage is a charming remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath with AC to enhance your vacation. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed can be added in if needed for a small additional charge. Note: Property has been newly renovated and is absolutely adorable!
This cottage also features a beautiful porch that looks right at Coco Bay and our private dock. The Tahiti is the best place on the island to take in the incredible sunsets. Centrally located on the grounds, both the ocean and the bay are your personal playground. Coming by boat? No problem, we offer free dockage during your stay.
Comfortable rattan furnishings throughout, as well as flat-screen television, full stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and wireless internet. Take a short golf cart ride and enjoy the pool and a nice lunch at the Green Turtle Club.

Where else on island can you watch the sunrise and the sunset without leaving the property.

A slice of paradise

If you’re looking for a quiet island escape, this property is pure perfection. The cottages cozy, well-appointed, and just steps from the ocean. They include everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a laid-back island charm that instantly makes you feel at home. If you’re looking for peace, privacy, and direct access to some of the best beaches in the Bahamas, this is it. The water is crystal-clear, and there is daily visits at the dock of turtles , sharks and rays. The hospitality is outstanding—the care taker Rex goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, from arranging golf cart rentals to sharing local tips on the best spots for dining and exploring. Green Turtle Cay itself is a charming, friendly island with a relaxed vibe, fantastic food, and plenty of adventure if you want it. We can’t wait to return

Cottage life

Tahiti cottage at Cocobay Cottage's was exactly as expected from the description. We were looking for a beach property that was simple and give us an island feel. This property checked all of our boxes. The location was perfect, beach was amazing, communication with owners was great and the property care taker Rex was available as needed and so welcoming! We did know ahead of time that we would need to provide our own beach chairs and cooler and you could rent these on island. If you are looking for simple and wanting to enjoy island life then this is where you need to stay! We loved it and hope to stay again in the Tahiti in the future.

Beach house in a perfect location

We enjoyed a week in paradise! This cottage have the perfect location with access to a dock for the boat in Coco Bay and a beautiful beach on the Atlantic side. The cottage has basic accommodations and everything works well. Internet, AC, hot water works well. Excellent value in general. The property manager keep great communications and the on-site manager Rex was amazing! He was very kind and helpful! We had a unforgettable vacation! Green Turtle cay is espectacular in nature and beaches.
