Profitez de 120 pieds de plage privée isolée et de trois structures séparées pour vous étendre. Nous avons un minimum de six nuits de juillet à août. L'enregistrement a lieu le samedi et le départ le vendredi pendant ces mois.

La maison se compose de trois structures distinctes - la maison principale, une suite de maison de plage et la maison de bateau, qui sont toutes incluses dans la liste. Il est situé à environ 30 minutes de Cornell et d'Ithaca College, et à seulement 1,6 km du parc d'État de Taughannock.

We had a great weekend at Mia’s lake house! The property was spacious and just what we were looking for! The decks were great to hang out on and the lake front is gorgeous. We comfortably slept 9 people in the house. The check in was easy and Deborah (the host) was very responsive when we had questions about the extra sheets.

Hard to see the lake from house. Trees are overgrown. Nice appliances and kitchen set up. Bedrooms are small. Beach house needed a good cleaning, very musty and bugs. Dock on water and lakefront are gorgeous. Having kayak and paddle boards was wonderful.

I was very fortunate to find this listing late in the season for my three generation family and my 10 pound Havanese-poodle. The property is just as clean and lovely as listed and more. The host, Debra, has all the comforts of home waiting for you, extra sheets, blankets, dishes, etc. Plenty of deck chairs on each level for taking in Cayuga Lake scenery and of course watching the kids on the shore below. The property has three separate buildings with an incredible deck and stairway system connecting all of them. Full disclosure, there are many, many steps from the main house down to the water. And many, many going back up again. But it is worth every step. We will definitely book here again.

The lake house was in a great location with a beautiful setting. The view of the lake was awesome. To help travelers plan please note that 2 of the twin beds in the main house, were more like a wooden slat futon beds with a thin mattress pad. They were not twin beds as listed. We could not sleep in the beach house due to the musty/moth ball smell. A flashlight was needed to see down the deck steps as most outdoor lighting was not operational.

Thank you so much for your feedback. As I mentioned, the lighting is being worked on and should be operational shortly. We haven’t been notified of any smells in the beach house, but are happy to look into it. The futon beds are twin size with futon mattresses and are what is pictured in the description. Wonderful place for a Finger Lakes getaway with a great beach that we and our dog loved and nearby hiking, wineries and restaurants. Debra was fantastic, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The main house was clean and well equipped with high-speed wifi for the couple of meetings I wasn't able to get out of. Highly recommended.

Unique house and beautiful location

Our stay was wonderful! House was immaculate. The only tough thing to get used to was the sulfur smell from the water but that is to expected with a lakehouse. A beautiful spot.

Our extended family stayed at Mia’s lake house for the memorial day weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college. The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Used the kayaks and enjoyed the lake thoroughly. The host was welcoming and made our stay very easy and memorable.

Lake Weekend

This house was absolutely incredible. The view of the lake from the house deck, boat dock, and private beach were breathtaking. There was plenty of space for all of our guests and the house was extremely clean upon arrival. We also loved the kayaks and paddleboards provided by the owner. This added an extra element of fun on the lake! I would highly recommend this property to anybody thinking of visiting Cayuga Lake, NY.

Wonderful!

This was our first time in the Finger Lakes. We were thrilled with this house, and it turned out to be all that we needed and then some. The location was beautiful, the view was amazing, and Debra Wallace was incredibly responsive. When we asked questions, she was back to us within an hour in rare cases, and within minutes in most cases. I can heartily recommend this property to anyone!

Family Vaction

This beautiful, private, lake property, with 3 buildings that added so much to the experience, was perfect for kids, adults and 2 dogs! Lots to do on the water , kayaking, swimming, ;lots of sea glass to find and great fishing off the boat house dock, The house has charm and comfort as well as everything we needed. We did bring a couple of extra fans and our own coffee machine, other than that the house was well stocked with bedding, towels, cute-kitchen with everything you would need. Also a washer and dryer was an added bonus . A great family friendly place where family memories were made! We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Many years ago a young couple bought a thousand acres of land in Texas because God wasn't making any more land. They brought their children up going to the ranch in Bastrop, Texas where they explored the creek, tended the cows, rode horses and raised chickens.

As the children got older, one decided to keep her portion of the ranch but others had moved away. Their daughter, Marie, decided to trade her acreage in Texas for a slice of Cayuga Lake. It was her favorite place on earth and for over 20 years she poured her heart and soul into renovating the house to make it more comfortable for guests and she spent as much of her summers there as she could.

In 2020, Marie (known as Mia to her eight grandchildren) tragically lost her life to ovarian cancer and passed the lake house on to her daughter, Debra. Debra and her family continue the tradition of spending summers on the lake and sharing the magic of Mia's Lakehouse with many guests throughout the rental season.
